Overview
Our luxury air conditioned villa with a private pool and spa in Orlando is in a great location, situated within a 15 - 20 minute drive from Disney World. Shops, restaurants and a petrol station are all within a few minute's drive. The gated community of The Abbey at West Haven is one of the most sought after locations in Central Florida. It is approached by a wide, lushly landscaped main boulevard. Villa guests have access to the community centre with a large communal pool, tennis courts, gym, volleyball court, and table tennis.
We have a fantastic large pool deck that faces south with native plant landscaping around the perimeter of our wide corner plot.

Saltwater pool chlorination system, which makes the water much softer on the skin but still kills bacteria.

Large comfortable sofas in the Lounge
Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
Facilities
Living
This is an open plan room with a cathedral ceiling with high windows letting in lots of light. Large comfy sofas and coffee table with large flat screen TV. There is also a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, large fridge / freezer with ice maker with filtered water.
There is a laundry area next to the Games Room with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is an iron and ironing board provided as well.
Dining
Open plan dining area next to the lounge and kitchen. It has a large wood table with 8 chairs. There is direct access to the lanai and pool deck via the patio doors.
Bedrooms
The downstairs master suite has a US King size bed, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a large chest of drawers with a mirror above it and a flat screen smart TV. There is a large double width built in wardrobe with a safe to store your valuables in.
The upstairs Queen suite has a US Queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror above. This room has access to an open balcony with 2 chairs.
Two further rooms have twin single beds in each, with bedside tables, lamps and flat screen TVs. Each room also has a large built in wardrobe and small chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bathrooms
The master suite has a large ensuite. There is a corner bath, seperate shower, 2 vanity basins with storage underneath. There is a seperate room with WC.
Queen suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, single basin and WC.
The 2 twin rooms share a bathroom which has a bath, with shower over, a single basin and WC.
Downstairs there is a WC with hand basin.
Outside there is a pool bathroom with WC and hand basin.
Games Room
The converted garage hosts a slate bed pool table, foosball table, tennis racquets & balls. There is also a ceiling fan.
Pool
There is a large pool with attached spa, both of which can be heated for a small additional cost. The surrounding pool deck has sun loungers and chairs. The lanai has a table with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and an overhead fan. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing suncream off before entering the pool or spa.
Outside
The villa is situated on a large corner plot with landscaping using native plant species to the rear and side of the pool deck. The gated community is the smallest in West Haven and is very quiet.
Internet
1000mbps Internet connection with Wifi available that covers the entire villa and the pool area.
Baby Equipment
There is a cot, push chair and high chair. No bedding is provided for the cot, please bring your own.
Location
The Abbey at West Haven is located in Davenport and is a small private gated community close to Disney. Luxury Florida vacation rentals direct from the owners.
The Abbey is just one of the subdivisons within West Haven which is very close to Champions Gate. If you are visiting any of the Orlando theme parks you will no doubt drive through the Champions Gate Village to access the I4.
The Champions Gate village is the nearest main area with lots of shops, restaurants and a Publix super market. It's less than 5 minutes away. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you can see what's available.
If you are happy to drive a little further then there are over 50 restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. This is around 15 minutes away.

Booking is really easy with a 30% deposit
Pool and Spa Heating is £20/night extra
A £250 security deposit is payable at time of booking and is refunded after your stay providing there is no damage reported.
All guests are required to depart by 10am and arriving guests to arrive 4pm or later. For early or late departures, a fee is applied please ask.
Rates include 12% taxes
All prices can be negotiable depending on circumstances especially for long stays. Please ask!

Fabulous villa
Highly recommended. We had a brilliant 2 weeks, staying at your fabulous villa, which was spotlessly clean and well maintained. One of the nicest, sunniest locations, and so easy to find. We loved spending time at the lovely pool and spa, just relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. It was also great to have the option of sitting on the balcony. An added bonus.

Another Villa Holiday Stay
It didn’t take long to decide to book this villa, the location was the closest to Disney that we have ever stayed previously as we have rented numerous villas over the years. It was nice having 2 levels leaving the big and little kids upstairs as though in their own apartments. There was nothing that wasn’t in the villa what we needed, enough towels, bedding and amenities for all. After viewing the photos at the time of booking it was exactly how we expected it when we arrived. The owners were very helpful and accommodating throughout the rental from booking right up to and after returning home.
We would definitely re book this villa for our next visit as the location was so quiet in its own little close and I don’t think we saw another car entering or leaving the gated entrance for our whole stay. Definitely 5 stars

Nice house, good location
We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The information provided before my trip was clear, making it easy to find the property. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and ready upon arrival. I especially loved the location—private with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. A great place for a relaxing getaway!
