As there are too many good things to say about this villa I might well have missed out on some items of interest so please contact me so I can include all.
Living
Beautiful space to relax on modern leather style sofas and swivel chair where you can watch a movie or listen to music or just play old fashioned board games. There is ample choice of reading to be found on the shelves or perhaps just sit and watch the sunset from the back of the pool area just above the palm trees.

Free Movies can be found on Paramount and Showtime channels Plus Tennis Channel
Kitchen
Spacious kitchen to prepare any meal with large cooker and overhead microwave. Large fridge dispensing ice and water to coffee machine, toaster and blender together with all you need to make that meal.
Large table to dine at in the kitchen.
Utility room for washing machine and dryer together with ironing board.

Beautiful dining area. Lovely wooden dining table easily accommodating 8 persons to dine in style complete with 2 carver chairs at the head of the table.

Large private pool/spa with large area for subathing with privacy screening and high hedges make this a perfect spot. The pool is south west facing so gets the sun from morning to sunset but benefits from a shaded porch area when the sun is too intense.
Safety fence for children.
Pool and Spa enjoy solar heating to extend your swimming at no extra charge.
To enjoy all this there are 6 loungers and 4 chairs with cushions.
Dine alfresco around the large table on the deck together with a cooling ceiling fan above.
Best of all why not relax in the spa. Just set the timer and enjoy.

This superb villa is situated in a quiet gated community and even better on a spacious corner lot affording views of trees and lush grass without being overlooked.

The garage is utitlised by the Games Room but the drive can take 2 cars.

Location
The Hamlet at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with a gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Hamlet is the 2nd from last subdivision on the estate. The Hamlet at West Haven is a small gated communities, consisting of just three roads. As you enter the community, to the right is a communal pool and childs play area. Rental rates additional information
Booking is really easy as only 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance paid 12 weeks prior to departure.
Payments can be made by BACS or Pay Pal. Pay Pal Fees are 5%.
No Changeover days can be any day.
All guests are required to depart by10am and arriving guests to arrive 4pm or later. For early or late departures, a fee is applied please ask.
Extra Pool Heating $175 a week (Optional)
Security Deposit is $250 payable by credit card at Villa to the MC and refunded following inspection of villa at end of stay.
Notes on prices:
Discounts available for 3 weeks and all returning guests enjoy discounts for loyalty.
All prices can be negotiable depending on circumstances please ask!

Christmas in our Florida home away from home
What a gorgeous, well equipped villa. I love the Hamlet at Westhaven for feeling safe and secure in a gated community. The house has amazingly comfy mattresses, in spacious bedrooms. The living area is comfortable and well stocked with books and games, along with TV and music system. The pool reaches a lovely temperature ( we paid for pool heating as December) and the spa was great after lots of walking at Disney.
Victoria was great at communicating and instructions all very clear. We will return for sure.

Excellent villa
We loved it. Everything was smoothly done. Booking,paying, instructions. A beautiful villa in a safe secure gated community. Victoria's instructions were brilliant. This was our 10th trip,and the 1st with grandkids. This was the safest we felt. The pool was lovely,games room brilliant. Everything was perfect. If we return and need a villa,we will definitely stay here again.

A Fantastic stay
This villa was an absolute joy to stay at, great location, kitchen facilities were excellent, great pool and very private, villa was spotless and lots of room really felt a home from home. couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay, we will definitely look to return here in the future.

Clean & Spacious Villa
This villa is very well equipped with everything we needed for the two of us, it was spotlessly clean and more than enough space for us, we only used a small part of the villa. The lounge and bedroom furniture is very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the heated spa after a long day at the parks. Location of villa was ideally situated just off highway 27 with easy access to the 192 and the I4 with shops and restaurants close by. We were needlessly worried about the distance from Melbourne airport as Victoria sent us detailed directions making the journey easy and enjoyable. Victoria was always quick to reply with any queries we had during the booking process and kept us informed of payments dates etc. Would recommend and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Super gem of a villa
Great clear instructions on how to get to the villa. It is always clean, tidy and immaculate. We have stayed here twice and its been such a relaxing base for those hot and hectic days in the parks. Lovely quiet area too. The pool area is totally private and there is a hot tub/spa. The villa has just about everything you need from towels to teaspoons, lovely big fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The management company rep, Linda, is so lovely and very helpful, as is the owner, so you dont need to worry about a thing. Walmart, Publix and Target are very close by, as are plenty of restaurants and takeaways. Relax and enjoy such a wonderful gem. We will return!!!

Great stay at this villa
We found this villa to be very spacious, modern and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable (very important!), and All facilities were excellent. Pool was warm and clean, lots of space on the deck for sunbathing and the spa pool was hot! Great location in a safe community and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We will not hesitate to return and recommend to everyone. ??????????

Fantastic Villa Holiday
We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at Victoria’s Villa, which was a great house located in a really nice neighbourhood.
The Villa is really well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and games room in the garage. The villa was really clean and the beds very comfortable.
It was a great base for days at the Disney and universal parks and close to restaurants and other necessary amenities.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or stay there again ourselves.

Fab Villa
Been travelling to Florida for 27 years now and Villa was perfect for our needs.
This trip was for our honeymoon and we did a cruise for the first week and just wanted a week in Villa to get some last minute sun before coming home to rainy England. Villa had everything we need and was very clean and well situated for food/groceries at Champions Gate. Villa estate is well kept and quiet area and have stopped in West Haven multiple times first time staying in the Hamlet.
If we come back to Florida will definitely be speaking to Victoria to book again she has been fab! Had some flowers and Prosseco for our arrival and few bits and pieces to get us started for our villa stay.
