Overview

Welcome to our well-appointed and maintained 4 bedroom, family villa located in the lovely Santuary at West Haven community.

From our extended South-West facing sun deck, where your privacy is guaranteed because we are not overlooked by any other villas, to our fun-filled games room featuring an 8ft, slate based, professional pool table; everything is provided to make your holiday perfect.

We provide free hi-speed, wireless Internet. Even the smallest member of the family is catered to with a free-to-use cot, high-chair, and stroller.

The minimum stay in this villa is 7 nights.

Facilities

Living

The living room is spacious and comfortable with an and open concept kitchen, dining area and breakfast area. The living room is equipped with a 40in widescreen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and two 3 seat sofa's to help you relax. FiOS (Fibre Optic) wireless Internet access is provided.

Kitchen

Brand new stainless steel appliances. Excellent kitchen facilities are essential and the spacious kitchen is equipped with every appliance you will require to make your stay perfect. This includes a large cooker/ oven, over the range microwave, large fridge and ice-making freezer, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery and cutlery is provided, as well as glassess and cooking utensils

Dining

There are two dining areas: A table in the lounge and a breakfast area in the kitchen. There is also a patio table and chairs in the pool area.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

The 4 large bedrooms are capable of accommodating 8 people in comfort with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, with kidney-shaped bath, shower, toilet and twin hand basins. There's a large walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with its own adjacent bathroom . Bedrooms 3 and 4 are interconnected by their own bathroom which can be individually locked off from the other twin to make an en-suite bathroom as required. All bed linen and towels are provided. Cable tv is provided in two of the bedrooms

A baby cot, high chair, baby bouncer chair and double buggy is provided for the smallest members of the family.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites.

The main bedroom has a private bathroom with walk in shower, large kidney shaped bath and double sinks. The second double bedroom has a private bathroom with bath, shower and sink. The two twin rooms are adjoined with a private bathroom with shower and sink. For convience, there's a 1/2 bathroom and outdoor freshwater shower at the pool.

Games Room

A brand new addition to the villa is the garage conversion to a games room where the whole family can play pool on the 8ft slate base pool table complete with over table lighting. Start your own mini soccer league on the foosball table or test your speed and reflexes on the air hockey table

Pool

Possibly the most important part of the villa, the private pool is ideal for unwinding after a hectic day in the theme parks or for cooling dips when lazing around in the sun. The 27ft x 13ft pool comes complete with underwater lighting for those midnight dips if you are still awake and optional pool heating is available if required.

Our pool area has privacy so you can enjoy swimming and the sun. The pool is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard by our management company. A special child safety netting is provided, along with security locks on the pool patio doors for that extra peace of mind when children are in the villa and should be used when the pool is not in use. There is also a half-bathroom and freshwater shower at the pool.

The decking around the pool has been extended to give greater space and shade. The deck is fully screened and equipped with poolside table, comfortable padded chairs, reclining loungers and occasional tables.

Outside

Our beautiful four-bedroom, four bathroom home is situated in a secure, gated community, just minutes from Champions Gate.Our luxury home is in a very convenient location for easy access to the coast via Interstate 4, and for the main attraction areas of Disney, Universal and Sea World. It is situated in a large corner plot, with plenty of space for those BBQs and not overlooked by other properties. The gardens are well maintained throughout the year.

Location

The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.

West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Disney World Orlando is only a 15 minute drive away.

Another wonderful stay

Our third visit to this beautiful home. Cathy is the owner and and such a great host. We love long days at the pool. You get the sun all day. The house has everything we need and more. The house is in such a quiet and safe area. Great shops near by at Championsgate. Can't wait to return.

Our Holiday Home(re-visited)

Our first holidaay in this villa was way back in 2006 when Chris and Clive owned it and have had many happy memories with family visiting numorous times since. We have since returned for another stay and it definately didn't disappoint. The villa was spotlessly clean, with many a new homely touch and improvements and a really luxurious new comfy bed. The weather was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have wished for a more perfect stay. Thank you Cathy and Mark for being so helpful with our booking at this difficult time through the pandemic.

Fabulous villa

Just home from villa. Have been visiting Florida for many years, this was the best villa we have staying in. Everything was first class, Cathy was amazing to deal with. The villa was spotless had everything for a perfect holiday. The pool gets the sun all day, loved the games room. The location of villa has everything near by including good choice of shops and restaurants. Can't wait to return.
