This villa is a two-storey home which has recently been completely re-decorated and upgraded with new furniture and flooring throughout. It sleeps 8, with full air conditioning. The villa is located in the quiet gated community of "The Sanctuary", at West Haven, a short drive away from from highway 27 and Interstate 4. Just 2 minutes away lies Champions Gate with 2 first class golf courses, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Disney and Universal parks are within easy reach.

Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This Orlando vacation rental community is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Fantastic stay at Brookbank Villa
Our family have just returned from our two week stay in Brookbank Villa.
What a beautiful, clean and well appointed home from home. Tastefully decorated and super comfy sofa and beds. There is everything you could ever need for your stay.
The pool was the warmest one we have had with a peaceful private view.
The balcony from the master bedroom made a perfect spot for lightening spotting on an evening.
Close to the parks and Champions gate area.
Nothing has been too much trouble for the owners Bryan & Julie. The security deposit returned the same day we arrived home. The villa is clearly loved by them both. Hope to stay again soon.

Simply the best
Me and my partner have just returned from our 2nd stay at Brookbank Villa and i can honestly say it was perfection. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every moment staying there enjoying time around and in the newly resurfaced swimming pool enjoying the Florida Sunshine along with the peace and quiet. The addition of the Air Fryer was a big hit with us and a welcome addition to an already well equipped villa. Once again excellent communications with Bryan and Julie throughout,as i mentioned in my previous review from our stay there in 2022 look at the rest but stay at the best which is Brookbank Villa i promise that you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous villa
Just back from our third stay in Bryan and Julies villa and it gets better and better! The villa was spotlessly clean as always, the beds are so comfortable and the newly resurfaced pool has taken it to another level. Bryan and Julie are always quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The Sanctuary is so quiet and peaceful and yet close by at Championsgate are plenty of nice places to eat and all the fun of the parks is a short drive away. Highly recommend and hopefully will be returning soon!!!!

Excellent villa
Excellent villa with great facilities everything you need spotlessly clean pool area and games room are fantastic in a quiet gated area near to all restaurants shops and parks friendly neighbours our second visit and won't be our last owners a very helpful and friendly and keep in touch

Brookbank Villa
Great place to stay in a quiet, well kept neighbourhood. Felt very safe whist round the estates on our morning walks. The villa was very clean and spacious. Lovely thick carpet in the bedroom & a very comfy big bed. The balcony was our favourite place to sit. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were great and friendly with all the information needed before we left to give us time to familiarise us with the location. Highly recommend for a great stay.

Stayed in this Villa for 2weeks with my wife and 2 boys.It was beautiful outside and inside lovely quiet gated neighbourhood.The villa was very clean and tidy.We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the games room both were great.The Villa owners are lovely too communication with them was great.We highly recommend this Villa and will definitely be booking again honestly no complaints at all ?? We done a lot of research to find the perfect Villa and this stood out above the rest we even shared the same last name no relationship just coincidental.Thanks again for making our holiday so memorable it really was amazing ??

Beautiful Home neat Orlando
Bryan and Julie have a home away from home. Their house was just as beautiful as described and shown on the site pictures. I needed a home last minute for my daughter's soccer tournament at the ESPN World Wide Complex and Bryan was so nice and easy to work with. Their home is close to everything and the heated pool during January was a big hit for my kids. If we are back next year I would be reaching out again.

A Fantastic Experience
I can't express what a pleasant, enjoyable and stress free experience i had booking this villa. Bryan was a great communator and a pleasure to deal with. Ive stayed in a few villas in the Orlando area and this is easily near the top of that list, the facilities were spotless, unique and top of the range. Lovely, quiet gated community, very safe feeling with friendly neighbours.
Loved the kitchen and pool area, to be honest we loved it all.
We'll definitely be coming back for a future holiday.

Beautiful Villa in perfect location
Our family of 5 spent 12 nights in Bryan and Julie’s stunning Orlando Villa and it was without doubt one of the best properties we’ve rented in the area. Terrific location so close to the I-4, Champions Gate area, and all the theme parks, and the Villa itself was beautifully furnished and very well appointed. Comfy beds, all the mod cons required for a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back!

Perfection
Having recently returned from an enjoyable 20 night stay at Brookbank Villa i can honestly say that it is everything mentioned and more. Excellent communications from the owners Bryan and Julie from the initial contact for a quote right through to after we returned back home, the villa is clean well equipped and sits in the perfect location enjoying envious views across the conservation area with many amenities including restaurants close by.
The villa is spacious and well laid out not to mention comfortable the perfect place to rest and relax during the florida heat. Look at the rest but stay at the best Brookbank Villa is luxury living worthy of the 5 star rating we had a wonderful time staying there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect Florida holiday experience.
