This villa is a two-storey home which has recently been completely re-decorated and upgraded with new furniture and flooring throughout. It sleeps 8, with full air conditioning. The villa is located in the quiet gated community of "The Sanctuary", at West Haven, a short drive away from from highway 27 and Interstate 4. Just 2 minutes away lies Champions Gate with 2 first class golf courses, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Disney and Universal parks are within easy reach.

Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Disney World Orlando is only a 15 minute drive away.

Pool heat £155 per week.
In addition, we ask for a refundable security deposit of £400. This is payable with the balance of the rental cost 10 weeks before your stay.

Beautiful Home neat Orlando
Bryan and Julie have a home away from home. Their house was just as beautiful as described and shown on the site pictures. I needed a home last minute for my daughter's soccer tournament at the ESPN World Wide Complex and Bryan was so nice and easy to work with. Their home is close to everything and the heated pool during January was a big hit for my kids. If we are back next year I would be reaching out again.

A Fantastic Experience
I can't express what a pleasant, enjoyable and stress free experience i had booking this villa. Bryan was a great communator and a pleasure to deal with. Ive stayed in a few villas in the Orlando area and this is easily near the top of that list, the facilities were spotless, unique and top of the range. Lovely, quiet gated community, very safe feeling with friendly neighbours.
Loved the kitchen and pool area, to be honest we loved it all.
We'll definitely be coming back for a future holiday.

Beautiful Villa in perfect location
Our family of 5 spent 12 nights in Bryan and Julie’s stunning Orlando Villa and it was without doubt one of the best properties we’ve rented in the area. Terrific location so close to the I-4, Champions Gate area, and all the theme parks, and the Villa itself was beautifully furnished and very well appointed. Comfy beds, all the mod cons required for a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back!

Perfection
Having recently returned from an enjoyable 20 night stay at Brookbank Villa i can honestly say that it is everything mentioned and more. Excellent communications from the owners Bryan and Julie from the initial contact for a quote right through to after we returned back home, the villa is clean well equipped and sits in the perfect location enjoying envious views across the conservation area with many amenities including restaurants close by.
The villa is spacious and well laid out not to mention comfortable the perfect place to rest and relax during the florida heat. Look at the rest but stay at the best Brookbank Villa is luxury living worthy of the 5 star rating we had a wonderful time staying there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect Florida holiday experience.

A true home from home
What a beautiful Florida home!.
Excellent communication and information given before our travel date. On arrival the villa was immaculate and you really have thought of everything...... particularly impressed with the kitchen, fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and it was easy to cook a full family meal most nights. The pool and games room were enjoyed... a lot.... especially after a long tiring day out. Location perfect.

Fabulous
We have spent a fabulous 2 weeks in Orlando. The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Sanctuary is in an ideal location for both Disney and Universal parks, and there is a good choice of shops and restaurants nearby. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet area , which was a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. The pool area was a great area to relax, along with the upstairs balcony. I would also like to thank Bryan and his family for amending their holiday plans to accommodate us, due to a last minute change in the school holidays. We hope to return in the near future. Amazing Villa
Tastefully appointed and very well laid out home, which was clean and welcoming on arrival. The villa is very spacious and perfect for a larger family, in a great location and very peaceful community. Communication and advice from the owners was second to none with almost immediate responses to all correspondence. Made for an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend, hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Absolutely perfect
We arrived to find our home for the week definitely had the ‘wow’ factor. All the rooms were tastefully decorated. The huge master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks a lovely conservation area, as does the pool area.
Having two teenagers, the most important things to keep them happy was WiFi and a pool. Both of which did not disappoint. The WiFi was fabulous and the private pool, simply gorgeous.
Julie and Bryan were really friendly and approachable and answered any queries we had promptly.
We had a lovely time staying here, the only drawback is that it was only a week!! We shall definitely have to come back!

Absolutely Perfect!
We stayed at 'The Sanctuary at West Haven' for a week in a October and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation, or the location.
The secure gated community is well kept, safe and quiet. It is ideally located for travelling to Universal and Disney, and there are nice bars and restaurants within a very short drive - we also found it easy (and cheap) to get an Uber at night.
The villa is wonderfully spacious, containing everything required for a longer stay. We arrived to a welcome pack from the hosts, with immediate essentials including bread, milk and cereal, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. While we were there the temperature didn't dip below 30 degrees celsius, but inside was always a perfect cool temperature thanks to the air con. The pool is the perfect size and to the rear of the property, offering privacy and views over over the wild conservation area.
Our stay really couldn't have been more pleasant; everything has been freshly and tastefully decorated, the beds were especially comfortable and the villa was immaculately clean. We would highly recommend the whole experience, and would return here if back in Orlando!

Highly recommended!
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous villa in September. The villa has been very tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The rear of the villa "pool deck area" offers great privacy as you look onto a wetland conservation area. It was great just to sit here in the early morning and evening listening to the plentiful birdsong and occasionally viewing the local wildlife.
We also spent a few hours in the games room area enjoying the great facilities provided. We also found the wifi to be very fast and reliable.
Information received from the owners prior to our stay was very good.
The villa was close to many amenities- shops, restaurants, outlets, Disney and Universal.
In short we would highly recommend this villa if you're visiting the central Florida area.

Fantastic!!!
We have just returned from an amazing 16 night stay in this gorgeous home.
Booking was easy and Bryan was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to my many questions. All necessary information was received well in advance of our stay.
We have stayed in many villas around the Champions Gate area and we all agreed that this one was definitely one of, if not the best one we have had the pleasure to stay in.
The location is great. Close buy the shops and restaurants at both champions gate and posner Park with easy access to the I4. The conservation view from the pool deck and upstairs balcony is beautiful and we enjoyed just sitting with breakfast watching the sunrise, and many “days off” in and around the pool.
The house itself was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. The beds, we all agreed were the most comfortable we have ever slept on!!
If you are looking for a well equipped, spacious, quiet and relaxing place to call home from home - this is it!!
