Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. Fabulous Property/Location
We have been frequent visitors to Florida since 2003. This villa had everything we required at our age (Early 60's). Quiet gated, secure community with a beautiful outlook to the rear. The place is spotless & Chris & his management team were a pleasure to deal with. We had our grandchildren (6/8 year olds) stay with for a couple of days during our stay. They had a fantastic time in the pool which again was spotless. They nicknamed the villa "The house with the big furry staircase"
Would recommend this place to all & hope to return soon

Fantastic villa
Stayed at villa for 2 weeks end of June 2025. Just returned home and had fantastic stay. Villa is in excellent location and has everything you need for stay in Orlando. From booking all the way through was brilliant, Chris was very easy to deal with and gave all information required. His agent in Orlando also gave great service. We had slight issue with netting over pool. One of the panels was damaged and they were out same day (Saturday) and repaired. If you are looking for superb villa at excellent price this should be high on list. Will definitely recommend to family and friends heading to Florida in the future.

Fantastic property- highly recommend
We have stayed at the Sanctuary approx 5 times now but the last time prior to our visit last week was 12 years ago. The house was just as immaculate as it was then. Chris the owner is great and he moved his own trip to accommodate us this year. I have recommended lots of friends and our neighbours are staying in the house for the 2nd time next year. The reason it is 12 years since our last stay is the house is very popular and I always left it too late to book. Don’t hesitate to book this property.
