Welcome to our beautiful home in Davenport, Florida. Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family villa, nestled within the gated Sanctuary at West Haven community. It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, updated flooring, allowing the Florida sun to brighten up your day.
Facilities
The Sanctuary at West Haven is located just off Ronal Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida and is around 15 mins (12 miles) from Walt Disney World theme parks. Universal studios and the International Drive area is only 30mins drive away plus it is located close to all expressways that will take you to all of Florida's treasures such as Tampa and the gulf beaches (1 hr) Atlantic Ocean beaches (45 mins) and Kennedy Space Centre (1hr). It is minutes away from the vibrant Championsgate shopping area with Publix supermarket, shops and good selection of American style restaurants such as Millers Ale House and Olive Garden.
Living
Inside your vacation home, the open plan lounge looks out over the pool and is a fantastic place to gather during the day or in the evenings. Sliding doors open to reveal the serene haven of the covered lanai and screened-in pool
Our villa features a large smart, flatscreen TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. Our villa includes air conditioning throughout and there is 1GB fast speed internet in our home.
Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. The fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and has a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washer and dryer is also available.

Bedrooms
You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our home features two master bedrooms both with king size beds and both contain their own ensuite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. The split-bedroom plan ensures your privacy while providing a comfortable and inviting space for you and your guests.
One of the masters features direct access to the lanai to enjoy that early morning sun.
Two additional bedrooms with twin beds share a third bathroom, providing ample space and versatility for family and friends.
All our bedrooms feature additional TV’s with Roku sticks to keep everyone happy.
Bathrooms
Two ensuite bathrooms,featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. Third bathroom with shower and tub.
Games Room
We also have a games room with a pool table and ping pong table to keep all entertained.
Pool
The villa has a south-east facing pool deck, is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun. The pool is fitted with a security screen for families with young children.
Outside
There is a sheltered lanai with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Disney World Orlando is only a 15 minute drive away.

Rates include Florida sales and tourist tax and clean fee.
To secure a booking we require 20% of the total booking cost. Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival along with a £200 refundable security deposit to cover accidental damage or excess trash. Pool heating can be added to your booking -£28 per day.

Excellent
We stayed in this beautiful villa at the start of May. This villa really feels like a home from home everything you need and some lovely decor. It's in a safe gated community. Deirdre is great to communicate with and always quick at responding. Great location with publix and great places to eat very close by.

Great stay
We stayed at Kildrummy Villa April 2025. The villa and amenities were better than we could have wished for. The kids enjoyed hours in the pool, and evenings in the games room. The beautiful gated community felt so safe and within close distance of Disney, with easy routes to Kennedy Space Center and Clearwater Beach. The beds, decor and just the relaxing vibes we got in the villa were perfect. Deirdre was an excellent, responsive host and we would love stay again some time.

Lovely relaxing week in this Villa
We chose this villa as we'd stayed on this community before and knew the location and its surroundings. We were not on a theme park break so spent a week just relaxing in the villa and using the pool. Had a couple of minor issues one of which was dealt with immediately. Unable to use the oven due to a maintenance issue but not a major problem. The villa was clean and comfortable and quite well equipped. We were only two people so if it had maximum occupancy maybe a few more pool chairs would be good plus some extra pool dinnerware and plastic cups.
