Overview
This stunning, fully air-conditioned villa has 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large secluded south facing private pool & spa has recently been upgraded with beautiful shimmering tiles, coloured lights and overlook landscaped gardens and naturally have sun on the lanai all day long. The pool is screened by planted hedging giving our guests complete privacy.
"The Shire" at West Haven is a wonderful secure gated community and is considered to be one of the very best locations in the Orlando area. The community is surrounded by wetlands, conservation areas and orange groves. Our guests have access to the main clubhouse (100 yard walk across the landscaped gardens) which offers a range of recreational activities including a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, beach volley ball, table tennis and a fully equipped gym. All major attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are within 15 minutes and Universal Studios and Legoland Florida are approx. 30 mins away. Orlando International Airport is about a 40-minute drive.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar which has 4 barstools and overlooks the main family lounge area and adjacent to the breakfast nook, which has a small café dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is generously equipped catering for all group and family vacation requirements - and includes a separate utility with laundry and ironing facilities.

Bedrooms
Of the 5 bedrooms, the queen bedroom is located on the lower floor with its own private bathroom, there are a further 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 kings and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master King has a fabulous en-suite with a bath and walk in shower. The remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The King Master Bedroom Suite on the 1st floor provides a spacious retreat with a generous private balcony and relaxing seating for 4 - perfect for an early morning relax ahead of a busy vacation day. This beautiful master is dressed with contemporary silver furniture with arguably the nicest bed you’ll ever see ? A 55” LG smart tv on wall completes this private haven away from the family! A very expansive wraparound wardrobe adjacent to the large Master bathroom, featuring separate shower and bath and his and her twin sinks. Sliding patio doors provide access to a large balcony overlooking the pool deck and with stunning views over the landscaped gardens. The balcony features a patio sofa, coffee table and swivel armchairs with a ceiling light and fan.
The second King Master bedroom on the 1st floor - again a generous size with beautiful luxurious bed and furniture with 45” LG smart tv is on the 1st floor
The third Queen bedroom on the ground floor facing the front of the property is a tranquil, light and airy haven with a neighbouring bathroom offering a shower over bath and oversized sink vanity. This room's attractive feature is its private situation away from the main family areas in the house. With a 45” LG smart TV on the wall, its ideal for laying back and catching up on morning or evening news.
Bedroom 4, upstairs with twin beds sharing a luxurious headboard which allows beds to be placed separately or together. This room overlooks the front gardens and has a 45” LG smart flatscreen tv. This bedroom can be for adults, teens or children and is done in a nautical flavour with great art of the walls.
Bedroom 5 upstairs is a Classic Mickey twin bedded room with bright décor and 45” LG smart flatscreen tv to keep the kids amused. The kids are going to love the décor.

Family Bathroom upstairs has shower over bath and large sink vanity.
King Master Ensuite has large spa bath, separate walk in shower and his and her sinks with vanity in between.
Guest Bathroom on ground floor has shower over bath and large sink with double vanity.

A lovely 6ft Slate Pool Table just installed, our first nod to Casa Blanca's Games room.
Pool
The pool deck has a good sized electrically heated swimming pool with raised spa area (protected by a safety net for the benefit of families with young children) and a large covered lanai with outdoor lights. The brand new patio furniture consists of a large dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sunloungers and two small drinks tables. Shrub planting provides screening between neighboring villas making our pool very private and not overlooked.
Outside
Our lovely villa is situated on a very private plot overlooking landscaped gardens with views from the patio, pool deck and upstairs balcony of the West Haven Clubhouse. There is an abundance of wild life to view including heron, cormorant, egrets and a family of sandhill cranes. Relax in the spa or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or upstairs balcony and watch the sunset.
As part of your stay on the Shire at West Haven you have private access to the onsite clubhouse with large pool, gym and tennis courts included FREE of charge.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you know what's available.

Rental rates additional information
RENTAL RATES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF THE 12% FLORIDA SALES & TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX.
US dollars are also accepted for rental.
Deposits - 25% of total (non-refundable)
Balance is due -12 Weeks Prior to Departure. Once paid non-refundable.
PayPal payments accepted subject to a 3.75% charge.
Minimum stay 7 nights (unless otherwise stated).
Pool heating is available if required at an additional cost of £25 per day. (recommended between October and April). This can also be purchased locally for an approximate cost of 165 USD + tax per week, payable directly to our management company.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of very unusual adverse weather conditions, pool heaters do not operate effectively when the air temperature is below 55 degrees.
B-B-Q grills are not supplied at the home, these can be hired locally from our management company who will deliver the grill and gas to the home take it away at the end of your stay to clean it.
Security deposit - £250 refundable security deposit to be paid with final payment 12 weeks prior to departure. Deposit will be refunded after you vacate the villa and following an inspection of the villa by our Management Company. Also, guests may purchase locally insurance from $69 which will provide cover for up to $1,500 worth of accidental damages/breakages. Because of the high value of flat screen TV’s and other equipment in the villa we would strongly advise our guests to purchase the insurance.

Beautiful Villa, ideal location, amazing owner!
If you are reading this review then you must be considering Casa Blanca for your stay in Orlando. My advice, book it now do not hesitate! The owner Joan is amazing responsive , informative and extremely helpful. Great information before our trip clear instructions and directions for getting there and helpful tips for our stay. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A long list of home comforts such as books, board games, teabags, hand soaps! The location is ideal less than 10 mins to restaurants and shops in champions gate. 15/20 mins to Disney. Ivan is lovely we met him on departure we didn’t need him during our stay as everything was perfect.I’m so glad we found Casa Blanca I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando.

3rd stay at Casa Blanca
This was our 3rd stay at Casa Blanca. This is a beautiful home and is always very clean. We really enjoy the pool and hot tub. Ivan is always very responsive to any questions we have. Joan is a pleasure to deal with. Hope to come here again next year.

Wonderful home and wonderful owner
We stayed in Casa Blanca from the 21st to the 28th of Dec 24 and it couldn't have been more perfect.
The villa was beautuful and even nicer than the photos but Joan, the owner, was fantastic and provided such a personal touch from providing a beautiful Xmas tree to being so caring. We have been coming to Florida since 1991 and it's one of the nicest homes we have stayed in and wouldn't hesitate to come back, even if it's just me and my hubby ??. We had planned our first Christmas away as a family and it was wonderful. There were 9 of us, including 4 grandchildren but there was ample room with 2 lounges and fabulous bedrooms. The beds were amazing and all the furnishings were quality and bright including the outdoor furniture. Only wish we could have stayed longer.!!
Would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you Joan from us all. We are not getting any younger so the memories we made in your beautiful home will last forever. Thank you so so much xxx????
