The Shire at West Haven | Bella Vista 5 Bed 4 Bath Villa

The Villa benefits from 2 separate living room areas.

Formal Living Room - a modern sitting room with comfy sofas and elegant glass coffee and side tables. An ideal place to read your favourite book.

Family Living Room/Great Room - a large open plan airy room with large sectional sofa and two armchairs. 86” TV with cable, 4K Blue Ray player and Dolby Atmos Sound Bar. Contemporary glass coffee table and side tables complete the room. The room leads directly through patio doors onto the covered lanai and south facing pool.

A large well-appointed kitchen, recently remodelled with walk in pantry benefits from modern stainless-steel appliances. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack to eat on the go or a gourmet meal you will find everything you need in this well stocked kitchen.

There are three different dining areas in our Villa to choose from:

Kitchen Dining - for a relaxed family meal or grabbing a quick bite you will find ample seating for 10 in the kitchen. Comprising a kitchen dining table with seating for four with countertop dining for another 6 guests.

Formal Dining Room - for dining in a more formal setting, we have a large rectangular glass top dining table and matching dining chairs.

Dining Al Fresco - our large covered lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely meal while enjoying the stunning view. 

King Master Bedroom Suite (1st floor) provides a spacious retreat with large French doors opening onto a full-length private balcony overlooking the pool with stunning south facing views and no rear neighbours. This beautifully dressed master includes a wall mounted 75” TV providing a private haven away from the family! An expansive en-suite features a large, separate shower and tub bath with his and hers twin sinks.

Second King Master Suite (1st floor) offers the same access to the full-length balcony via French doors. Again, a generous sized room also featuring a closet and wall mounted 65” TV for your enjoyment. Another large en-suite with shower and bath completes this room.

The shared full-length balcony for both Master suites features wicker rocking chairs with ceiling lights and fans – making an ideal place to sit, relax and watch the world go by.

Queen Bedroom (ground floor) facing the front of the property benefits from a neighbouring bathroom offering a shower over bath and sink vanity.  A closet and 32” TV completes the room.

Twin 1 (first floor)  has a closet and 55” TV. This bedroom can be for adults, teens or children and hence is done in a neutral décor.

Twin 2 (first floor) with bright décor, closet and 32” TV to keep the kids amused.

Family Bathroom (ground floor) adjacent to the Queen suite includes a shower over bath, WC and vanity

Master en suite (first floor) benefits from his and hers sinks, separate WC, spacious walk in shower and large tub bath.

Second Master en suite (first floor) has a vanity wash unit, WC and shower overbath.

We have two Games Rooms:

The Den (first floor) - equipped with 43” 4k TV and XBox One. There is a Futon, cushions and comfy bean bag. A perfect space for the kids to kick back and chill out away from the adults for a few hours.

Games Room (ground floor) - with a brand new separate airconditioning unit (installed June 2024) well-equipped to provide fun for all the family with its 8ft pool table, foosball table, basket ball game and 50" TV.  

Our fully screened pool deck and heated swimming pool with raised spa area is truly amazing and we feel sets this Villa out from the crowd. With a totally south facing aspect and no rear neighbours, it offers complete privacy and stunning views through the palm trees that flank the outside. Dine al fresco, enjoy the Florida sunshine or just sit and relax in the shade of the large covered lanai on a balmy evening. This pool deck is an “absolute gem” and we feel is hard to beat anywhere. A child safety fence offers protection for smaller guests.

Our lovely villa is situated on a very private plot. We have beautiful landscaped gardens and stunning views through the paradise palm trees that flank the patio and pool deck. Relax in the spa or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or upstairs on the full length 40ft balcony. You will enjoy the sun all day long on this true south facing plot.

As part of your stay on The Shire at West Haven you have access to the onsite private clubhouse with large pool, gym and tennis courts included FREE of charge. 

FREE high speed of up to 1000 Mbs WiFi internet access during your stay.

A travel cot and high chair are available for guests upon request free of charge but need to be reserved prior to check in.

Additional Security
For further peace of mind, the Villa is accessed via a digital PIN controlled Smart Lock. In addition, there is a digital safe for passports, documents etc which guests may make use of free of charge. Finally, unmonmitored CCTV covers the porch, driveway and sides of the property but for your privacy does not cover the lanai, pool deck or rear of the Villa.

Strict no smoking/vaping policy in  the Villa and on the balcony and pool deck.
