Overview

Welcome to our 2-storey, 5 Bedroom home , on The Shire at Westhaven, which is a gated community, accessed via a coded keypad.

The home features a well-equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room, TVs, FREE Wi-Fi and a stunning, private, south facing pool & spa, overlooking lawns. It sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.

Of the 5 bedrooms, the queen bedroom is located on the lower floor with its own private bathroom, there are a further 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 kings and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master King has a full en-suite with a bath, walk in shower, private toilet cubicle and twin vanity sinks. The remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom.

There is a community club house offering a range of recreational activities, including an unheated outdoor pool, fitness room, volleyball & tennis courts, with free access to our guests.

The home is approximately a 40-minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 15-20 minutes from Disney, depending on traffic and season.

Guests can choose outdoor dining, under a lanai or to relax on sunloungers round the mesh covered pool and spa area.

Street Parking in prohibited overnight in this community to keep roads clear if First Responders are required.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.

Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.

Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks

We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you know what's available.

Rental rates additional information

Optional pool heating available at £195 per week. Departure Clean Fee£175. Guests may book an additional mid-stay clean with the management team depending on seasonal availability. We charge a Refundable Property Protection Fee of £250 per booking, which is returned within 14 days of your departure. We take a $500 deposit to secure your dates, however if you are travelling within the next 8 weeks then the full amount is payable.

Home from Home in a perfect location

We have just returned and missing this beautiful villa already. I would return here in a heart beat. We have stayed in the development many times over the years and out of all the homes this one stands out for many reasons. Firstly the owners, communication was exemplary, with patience and flexibility. We arrived after dark and it was lovely to have lights on the the home for our arrival, so welcoming. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and ideal, quiet location in the development. Lovely outlook onto open space, comfortable living space and beds with comfy pillows. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and a brilliant games room. Thank you so much for a perfect stay.

Excellent villa.

Just back from holiday and I just loved the three palm villa. Its lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean with great air conditioning. Upon arrival everything went smoothly the instruction that I was given were easy to follow. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again. Don't hesitate to book this villa as it is beautiful in a very safe area. Need to make a special mention to Jon that answered my numerous amount of questions and made sure I was comfortable with the full process.

Family holiday

Just back from a great family holiday can I just thank Jon for all his help and assistance nothing was too much trouble..we have stayed around Champions gate quite a few times and in the Shire once before but I have to say this Villa was easily the best everyone's needs were catered for and everything you could need was here from the very informative booklet to the games room reallt feels like a hime from home. The Villa is perfect for the parks shopping and eating out especially Chillis which is a family favourite .Access to the community pool and gym was a great bonus. We normally stay in a different place everyone we visit but everyone is in agreement the we book the Three Palms again
