A large open plan living area open to the dining and kitchen areas and everlooking the beautiful lanai and pool area. Comfortable seating and large flat screen smart TV. Sliding doors from the living are open directly onto the pool area. Thia area has plenty of space for all you group to enjoy.
Kitchen
The spacious, open-concept kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, with modern stainless-steel appliances and plenty of storage. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a gourmet dinner for the family, you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient, with ample crockery, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. There is a second bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite, tastefully decorated with a coastal theme, fresh white linens and smart TV. Upstairs you will find the 3 further bedrooms, 2 have been themed making these rooms a hit with the kids.
The King bedroom upstairs is spacious yet inviting, with crisp white linens, soft towels, ensuite bathroom and large smart Roku Tv. Continuing the coastal design, this room is airy and bright with beachy vibe.
The twin bedrooms can also be found on the 1st floor, the Marvel bedroom sleeps 2 with 2 twin beds, closet, smart Roku TV and ensuite jack and jill bathroom. The tasteful theming includes all the Marvel favorites and adds a touch of fun.
Next door is the Mickey room, also sleeping 2 in two twin beds and with touches of Mickey and Minnie throughout. with a closet, ensuite jack and jill, smart Roku TV and comfy beds, you have everything you need.

The master bathroom offers a spa-like experience with its soaking tub and walk-in shower, perfect for a relaxing soak. Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
