Watersong - Charming 4 Bedroom Family Villa with beautiful pool

From the moment you arrive at this villa you get the sense of relaxation and tranquility. This home is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay. The master bed is so unbelievably comfortable and the entire place is immaculately clean. The pool gets the sun from sunrise to sunset and is the perfect place to sit and have breakfast before hitting the theme parks and an oasis to come back to after a long day having fun. Watersong in our option is the perfect location, just 20/30 minutes to Disney. Security on the gate gives you that peace of mind and the estate is so quiet and beautifully maintained. The whole booking process with Owen & Suzy was an absolute breeze, so very helpful should you have any questions and very quick to respond if we had any problems or concerns during our stay. We honestly had the best time staying here and would have no hesitation recommending their gorgeous home to anyone.

We have stayed in many villas in Florida, this villa is now top of our list to return. The villa was clean and well maintained inside and out, it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Comfortable beds and quality bed linens for restful sleep. Suzy and Owen have been amazing from start to finish with the booking, advice and excellent communications throughout. Being out there when Hurricane Helene was loomng Owen and Suzy checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. The pool area has the sun all day as south facing which was a real treat, and the pool spa is welcomed after long days and lots of walking. I could go on and on with the positives for this villa. If you want a no hassle and relaxing place to stay this is the villa for you. We will be back.

This was our first visit to Evening Song although we know and like Watersong due to its location and 24/7 gated security. Right from the start we found Suzy and Owen to be helpful, responsive, flexible and easy to deal with. After many years of visiting Florida we find the relationship with the owners a crucial part of the booking process. The villa itself was clean, well maintained and it was clear that thought had been given to the little touches that make a property more than just a rental. Of particular note is the quality of the bed and bedding in the master bedroom- outstanding. The kitchen and lounge areas have been very tastefully refurbished. Ample, good quality crockery/ utensils and very comfy sofas. If any future work is planned you can be content in the knowledge it will be tastefully done. Suzy and Owen should be commended for the improvements they have achieved in 2 years of ownership. Whilst we didn't have any teenagers with us the games room was particularly impressive and I am sure would have given our children many hours of enjoyment in years past. Overall a fantastic stay and would have no hesitation in recommending.

We’ve stayed in 4 villas over the years we have visited Florida, Evening Song by far has been our favourite stay! The villa is immaculate, huge, and has the best pool we’ve ever had the pleasure of having fun in. Only a 30 minute drive (including a stop at Dunkin) to the Disney area. The villa is very well equipped and really well looked after. A charming gated community with lots of wildlife around. Only a short ride away from our favourite diner Mannys Chophouse! A visit to Evening Song again is an absolute must for us. Thank you for being great hosts Owen & Suzy!

Words will never do justice of the experience we had dealing with the wonderful owners of this amazing villa. After being let down with our original accommodation, Owen & Suzy came to our family's rescue and managed to book us in last minute. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, their villa is beautiful. Everything is of the highest quality, clean and comfortable. The Swimming pool is very well maintained with an added bonus of a south facing position, which overlooks a beautiful nature reserve. I will never forget the look on my little boys face when he found the surprise games room with a pool table and X-box. There were board games, push chairs, books & much more to keep little ones entertained. Along with personal touches for adults to ensure you are prepared for long park days. They really have thought of everything to make this place 'a home from home'. All beds were very comfortable with beautiful bed linen & extra pillows etc.. We can not recommend this villa enough. Thank you Owen & Suzy for saving our holiday and making it better than we could have ever imagine. We will be back for sure!

We booked this villa at very short notice and we’re so lucky that the owners had availability for our stay. Owen and Suzy were lovely to deal with, communication was top notch and nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Watersong, where the Villa is located is a secure gated development and is part of a nature reserve so is quiet and relaxing. We had a great time so a big thank you to Suzy and Owen! We stayed for 10 nights in September 2022, the villa was excellent with all the facilities as described and more. The owners Suzy & Owen are fantastic with quick communication and all the detailed information you need provided to ensure easy, no hassle access onto the Watersong community, and into the villa. (important after a long day traveling). The villa was spotless and very comfortable, a real home from home. The pool and spar is large with a nice private outlook over a conservation area, in a very quiet community. The highlight for us was just relaxing by the pool having breakfast watching the wildlife wonder past. Access to the parks was on average 30 mins with a Publix and other outlets pretty close at hand. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this villa.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in August. It was lovely and quiet in a gated community. We really loved staying here. The villa has everything that you need. We loved the personal touches throughout the villa. Suzy & Owen were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed in this villa for 12 nights in May 2022, and having rented many villa's in Orlando over the years, we can honestly say this is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The villa was spotless, situated in a secure gated community, with everything we needed. We loved the little touches which just make a holiday that bit easier like the basket of pool towels by the patio doors. We enjoyed the pool area immensely, both the heated pool and the covered lanai, which was perfect for an al fresco breakfast and sheltering from the sun. We hadn't stayed in this area before, but soon found our way around, and there's a handy Publix just a couple of minutes up the road. Approx. 15 minutes to get up onto the US192 so it was a convenient location for us too. Suzy and Owen were amazing at keeping us informed, and the management company were great when we had a very minor issue needing resolved. We loved our stay in this villa, and would definitely stay here again.

Having visited Orlando twice a year for many years I have taken to writing this review to say that this is one of the best villas that we have stayed in. Situated on a gated community the villa has a well maintained frontage. Access to the villa is simple via a 4 digit code. Inside is a highly clean, well furnished, recently updated interior that is most welcoming. Flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. Plenty of pool towels for the guests use. Fully equipped kitchen etc etc. We didn't find anything missing that you may need to make your holiday a memorable one. On top of all that you have a pool table and air hockey in the converted garage. Outside overlooking a conservation area, you have a large pool which is South facing and ideal for floating under the sun all day (which is where we spent a lot of time ). Plenty of space around the pool for relaxing , and covered area for some shade should you require it. There is an awful lot to enjoy about this villa that can't really be put into words. You just have to come and see for yourself. Of course though, it's not totally about the villa. There are the owners, in this case Suzy and Owen, the new owners who were unbelievably helpful with all the information required to help us have a wonderful stress free holiday and to answer any questions we may have had. We have come to understand over the years that having a good liaison with the people you rent the villa from is just as important as the villa itself. Many thanks to Suzy and Owen for their part in a wonderful holiday. Last but not least, should you have any problems around the villa, then rest assured that there is a very polite, competent and professional management team on hand should you require them. Two small problems we had were sorted within the hour on both occasions without any disruption or inconvenience to our stay. David and his wife were extremely helpful when needed and kept us informed of progress and were always just a phone call away if needed. Our thanks to them. If you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Orlando, we cannot recommend this villa enough!!
