Watersong - Charming 4 Bedroom Family Villa with beautiful pool

We’ve stayed in 4 villas over the years we have visited Florida, Evening Song by far has been our favourite stay! The villa is immaculate, huge, and has the best pool we’ve ever had the pleasure of having fun in. Only a 30 minute drive (including a stop at Dunkin) to the Disney area. The villa is very well equipped and really well looked after. A charming gated community with lots of wildlife around. Only a short ride away from our favourite diner Mannys Chophouse! A visit to Evening Song again is an absolute must for us. Thank you for being great hosts Owen & Suzy!

Words will never do justice of the experience we had dealing with the wonderful owners of this amazing villa. After being let down with our original accommodation, Owen & Suzy came to our family's rescue and managed to book us in last minute. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, their villa is beautiful. Everything is of the highest quality, clean and comfortable. The Swimming pool is very well maintained with an added bonus of a south facing position, which overlooks a beautiful nature reserve. I will never forget the look on my little boys face when he found the surprise games room with a pool table and X-box. There were board games, push chairs, books & much more to keep little ones entertained. Along with personal touches for adults to ensure you are prepared for long park days. They really have thought of everything to make this place 'a home from home'. All beds were very comfortable with beautiful bed linen & extra pillows etc.. We can not recommend this villa enough. Thank you Owen & Suzy for saving our holiday and making it better than we could have ever imagine. We will be back for sure!

We booked this villa at very short notice and we’re so lucky that the owners had availability for our stay. Owen and Suzy were lovely to deal with, communication was top notch and nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Watersong, where the Villa is located is a secure gated development and is part of a nature reserve so is quiet and relaxing. We had a great time so a big thank you to Suzy and Owen! We stayed for 10 nights in September 2022, the villa was excellent with all the facilities as described and more. The owners Suzy & Owen are fantastic with quick communication and all the detailed information you need provided to ensure easy, no hassle access onto the Watersong community, and into the villa. (important after a long day traveling). The villa was spotless and very comfortable, a real home from home. The pool and spar is large with a nice private outlook over a conservation area, in a very quiet community. The highlight for us was just relaxing by the pool having breakfast watching the wildlife wonder past. Access to the parks was on average 30 mins with a Publix and other outlets pretty close at hand. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this villa.

We stayed in this villa for 12 nights in May 2022, and having rented many villa's in Orlando over the years, we can honestly say this is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The villa was spotless, situated in a secure gated community, with everything we needed. We loved the little touches which just make a holiday that bit easier like the basket of pool towels by the patio doors. We enjoyed the pool area immensely, both the heated pool and the covered lanai, which was perfect for an al fresco breakfast and sheltering from the sun. We hadn't stayed in this area before, but soon found our way around, and there's a handy Publix just a couple of minutes up the road. Approx. 15 minutes to get up onto the US192 so it was a convenient location for us too. Suzy and Owen were amazing at keeping us informed, and the management company were great when we had a very minor issue needing resolved. We loved our stay in this villa, and would definitely stay here again.

Having visited Orlando twice a year for many years I have taken to writing this review to say that this is one of the best villas that we have stayed in. Situated on a gated community the villa has a well maintained frontage. Access to the villa is simple via a 4 digit code. Inside is a highly clean, well furnished, recently updated interior that is most welcoming. Flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. Plenty of pool towels for the guests use. Fully equipped kitchen etc etc. We didn't find anything missing that you may need to make your holiday a memorable one. On top of all that you have a pool table and air hockey in the converted garage. Outside overlooking a conservation area, you have a large pool which is South facing and ideal for floating under the sun all day (which is where we spent a lot of time ). Plenty of space around the pool for relaxing , and covered area for some shade should you require it. There is an awful lot to enjoy about this villa that can't really be put into words. You just have to come and see for yourself. Of course though, it's not totally about the villa. There are the owners, in this case Suzy and Owen, the new owners who were unbelievably helpful with all the information required to help us have a wonderful stress free holiday and to answer any questions we may have had. We have come to understand over the years that having a good liaison with the people you rent the villa from is just as important as the villa itself. Many thanks to Suzy and Owen for their part in a wonderful holiday. Last but not least, should you have any problems around the villa, then rest assured that there is a very polite, competent and professional management team on hand should you require them. Two small problems we had were sorted within the hour on both occasions without any disruption or inconvenience to our stay. David and his wife were extremely helpful when needed and kept us informed of progress and were always just a phone call away if needed. Our thanks to them. If you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Orlando, we cannot recommend this villa enough!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for 3 weeks. When we arrived the owners had arranged for the Christmas tree to be put up, decorated and 3 gifts left underneath for each of my children. The pool and spa were great, the pool heat was lovely, and a welcome break after a busy day in the parks. The villa is very well equipped and is on a lovely quiet gated site. It was immaculate inside and out! I would 100% recommend this villa and are already trying to book for next year!

Stayed at this wonderful property for 6 nights in January 2020 after 4 nights in Miami and it was just what we needed. The property is well appointed, maintained and has everything you need. The great decor and homely feel is just what after a day at the parks and with being January we had the pool heated and it was perfect. The Publix Supermarket was only a few drives up the road which was ideal when we needed to top on the beers. Oh and not to forget the games room which got plenty of use from us! Would definitely recommend staying here and next time I will be! Booking was easy and the owners were a delight to communicate with!

Our stay at Evening Song was excellent! The house was very clean, and had everything we needed (including lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking/eating utensils). The beds were super comfortable (all 3 of my kids agreed), and the pool was heated and clean. We have stayed at another house previously at Watersong, and it wasn't as well maintained, so this property was a pleasant surprise. We liked that there was some shubbery around the screened in pool area to provide some privacy between the villas when sitting out or swimming. The garage games area was carpeted, which gave a cozy feeling. The owner was prompt with responses and polite to deal with. Lots of information regarding the villa was provided ahead of time, as well as information for restaurants and tourist info. I would highly recommend this villa! We hope to go again some day!

Our second time staying at Evening Song Villa. Located in a good community, well maintained, 24/7 security on entry gate, communal pool, gym etc. Villa is fully equipped, plenty of mugs, glasses cutlery, baking sheets, measuring jugs, saucepans, if you fancy a break from restaurants and take-away food. We saw the pool was cleaned, inside and outside of villa treated for insects, and grass cut twice during our stay. Loved all the little extras, books, DVD's, visitors guides and of course, good WiFi. Great location for touring the area or visiting the Theme Parks. You can get to Disney without using the I4. New Publix supermarket looks like it's about to open at Loughman Crossing, Ronald Reagan Pkwy jnc with SR17, about 5 minutes away. Will be able to get home without the ice cream melting. Villa delivered everything we hoped for. Immaculate, incredibly comfortable beds, 3 en suites, beautifully decorated, lovely relaxing location with south facing pool meant sunshine all day :) It has all the facilities you could need and more..Met up with some American friends who came over for dinner and they were very impressed....If you are like me and always a little nervous of booking without first seeing, rest assured you will not be disappointed with this lovely villa, it’s pool and location...although we were NOT there for the parks they were all easily within 7-15 minute to get to..Perfect location if you’re not into the parks...a day at Kennedy Space Centre followed by a day at Clearwater and Tampa Bay, followed by a day canoeing, airboat riding etc...even the threat of Hurricane Dorian did not dampen our enjoyment and much needed rest...would definitely book again if ever back in the area. We stayed for 5 nights at Watersong Villa, booking was easy and any pre-travel questions were answered quickly by the owners who also provided all the required info following booking confirmation. We found the villa no problem between the directions and sat-nav. On arrival we were pleased with the size and layout of the villa as well as the cleanliness throughout and that it looked the same as the pictures on the website. The pool looked great and was private, we have stayed at villas in Florida before in summer months and still required pool heating and we questioned this prior to booking and were advised it was not required which was spot on info. We all enjoyed using the pool and the spa after days out. There was also a decent games room in the garage area and plenty space in the sitting room for all 5 of us plus good wifi as well as tv's with cable in all rooms for anyone that needs own space. We travelled to seaworld/discovery cove and averaged about 50 min journey in traffic. We passed plenty shops, petrol stations and restaurants on way. We didn't get the chance to use the communal areas of the main complex as were only there 5 days but we did have a look and overall seemed a very clean, tidy and well maintained estate. Overall very pleased with our choice and value for money that the villa provided. Would stay again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic place , we have visited Florida 24 times staying in many different villas, evening song is our favourite, the drive to resort was a bit run down ( there is a publix being built just 5.mins away which will be of great benefit), but on approach to watersong definitely changed my thoughts, secure gates , pleasant staff , evening song was immaculate and comfortable , kids loved the oversized pool which was the highlight of our holiday ,our 3 week stay was amazing , will be returning to evening song next year without hesitation. This was our 4th time at Watersong, and 2nd at the Evening Song villa. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, good sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, ample living space and a large pool with spa. Extras including pool toys, books and DVDs make it a really homely place to be on holiday and great to get back to after a day in the parks. The location is perfect for Disney World, golf and shopping, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and fast food places in close proximity. Overall, an excellent place to stay and super easy communication with Eric the owner. Thanks ??

We want to say a huge thanks to Eric for letting us stay in his beautiful villa. We found everything to be perfect for the most memorable holiday. We were nervous as this was our first out of the UK holiday with our two children. Eric was always on hand to help advise us and we found all of the information he provided to be helpful. The villa was perfectly placed for our trips to the various Disney parks and positioned near lots of eateries and supermarkets. The holiday was everything we dreamed of and more. We are now saving for our next time.....The villa really made us feel like we were at home plus a few luxuries...

This was an amazing villa in a peaceful location a little haven to relax in after a long day at the parks. Lovely, spacious, nice decor and all the amenities you need to make your holiday easy. The kids loved the pool and games room and the spa was a fave of mine. The owner was very responsive to any queries and the instructions to find the villa and local information was really useful. I rented this villa after a recommendation from my friend who stayed last year and I would not hesitate to recommend to others. I hope we can return soon.

This was our first time at this Villa and it was amazing. The owner accommodated us as our flight arrived early and we were travelling with younger children. We recently had the pleasure of vacationing at this villa and enjoyed our stay once again, as this was our second time there. We enjoyed the Van Fleet Bike trail numerous times, and various golf courses in the area. Easy access to farm markets for fresh produce and lots of grocery stores nearby Home and pool area was found to be very clean & comfortable and well stocked with amenities such as ample towels, dishes and silverware.

Just the two of us stayed for two weeks at beginning of October 2018. A very good standard of property in great community. The home is well equipped with lots of extras, books, DVDs and very clean. Backs onto an area of natural woodland conservation area so pool area isn’t overlooked. All the properties are nicely spaced out. Access to community is via a manned gatehouse, with friendly staff. Location is great for access to I4 jnc 58 at Champions Gate, or jnc 55 Posner Park for visiting Tampa as a new road has been built just south of Watersong. Also some easy routes to the 192 East or West or the I4. Eric and Jean are great to do business with and provided a whole lot of information prior to travelling.

We stayed 3 weeks in Aug 18, the villa is clean, comfortable, private and an all round wonderful place to stay. The community is quiet and extremely safe and only 20 mins from Disney and 35 mins from Universal. There are plenty of places to eat within 15 mins and food shopping is 5 mins away. Eric the owner is professional yet extremely friendly and all correspondence is answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again if available when we next visit.

This was our 2nd 3 week stay in this villa. My 2 daughters along with my wife and I love this place. Very handy to Disney and everything else Orlando has to offer. The pool is fantastic and also has the added benefit of a heated hot tub which is a real treat after a long day in Disney. Hope to come back soon..!!

This was our second stay at Evening Song. The house was very modern, it had all the amenities needed. Pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, even a pool table! House was very clean, many things provided such as towels, kitchen utensils, household items, cooler, mini stroller, hair flat iron etc. Eric the owner, and the management company were very responsive any time I needed to contact them. The house is spacious and the kids were excited to know we were coming back to the same house as our previous stay. Eric was very accommodating with check in. There is also a clubhouse nearby that guests can use, we didn't visit it but it sounded great. There is a supermarket, drugstore, and restaurants within 12 minutes which was convenient. Disney is about 20-25 mins away. The neighborhood was very quiet. I was very happy with my stay and will stay there again the next time we visit FL.

Very easy to book and owner willing to accommodate our preferred arrival timings. Villa was of very good standard and with the sun on the pool all day and the privacy of facing the woods, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Our family stayed in this wonderful villa in mid August for just over two weeks. The communication we had prior to our stay was first class , as was the villa. We had everything we could of possibly asked for and more. All rooms were clean and comfortable and the outside pool area was fantastic. Location was excellent - in a beautiful quiet gated community but close enough to all the main attractions. The villa guide inside the home was fantastic and answered any other questions we may of had. Plenty of space for the whole family and the best villa we have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Evening Song for 1 week, but we could have stayed there forever. And we definitely will come back when we will visit Orlando again. Clean, space, beautiful swimming pool, towels etc. Everything was there. The Watersong felt good and safe. And a good distance to everything: parks, supermarkets, restaurants. Contact with the owners Eric & Jean was very good as well. Within 24 hours you got the answers. I recommend this villa to everyone!!

From the minute we contacted Eric he was really helpful. Eric answered any questions we had promptly and was very informative. Paperwork was always received quickly. From payment to receipts it was all a simple process. Eric always answered any questions we had and nothing was a bother. All codes and keys were sent through when final payment received, this was easy to read and very informative. We arrived at the airport and followed directions to the villa, lovely gated community about 25 mins drive. The villa was excellent and all we needed and more for our 3 week stay. There was a local store 5 mins up the road which enabled us to buy essentials like water, milk, bread and eggs and treats like wine, lager and for the kids M&Ms and baby ruths. The villa was clean and spacious. We loved the fact the pool was not overlooked. Away from the bustle of Disney but 20-30 minute drive and easily accessible. We contacted the management for a couple of queries and they were helpful and professional. We highly recommend and I would go back again tomorrow.

Villa situated within travelling distance of all the tourist attractions, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Shops and restaurants all within 5 minute drive. Booking villa is made easy by owners, who always promptly answer emails. Full details of villa and directions of travel, and more, are provided prior to departure. On arrival, villa well presented. The most attractive feature is the large lounge/kitchen area leading out to the pool and view (no houses at rear). This was our 3rd visit to this villa and enjoyed it as much as before!

Thank you to Eric and Jean for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa. The location is excellent for visiting the parks. Average travelling time to the Disney parks was about 20 minutes and 35 minutes to Universal parks. The cleanliness of the villa is very good-and the property is well maintained. There are more than enough towels provided for pool days when not visiting the parks. The pool was used every day during our stay and was always warm and inviting. The Jacuzzi was even warmer and ideal for taking the aches and pains away after a long day at the parks or shopping at the outlets. The owners provided lots of information about the villa prior to our arrival. There is also lots more information about the area/attractions in the villa. There are also plenty of books to read or dvd's to watch if you want to. we will be checking the availability of this villa for our next trip to Florida.

Beautiful property in an excellent location to Disney / Legoland. The pool was fantastic with the added treat of the heated spa. Eric (The owner) is a gent and the transaction was simple and efficient. We've started saving already for our return to Orlando and we'll definitely be staying here again.

We have been wintering in FL since 2006. We have not stayed more than once at any other home except this one: Evening Song in the Water Song development. Over the years, we prefer a gated community for added security over a home that is not gated. We have enjoyed this home so much that we are going to stay there for a third winter. It is spacious with comfort and privacy for us and our guests. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. There are plenty of place settings for our guests. We really like the pool area and the seclusion of the lot without back yard neighbors. When the weather is warmer we enjoy grilling meals and dining outside. Unlike other property owners, we find Eric very accessible and responsive to our needs. We especially like the welcome package provided by the property management with breakfast groceries to start our next day after our long drive and unpacking. Golfing in the area is great with courses of varying difficulty and price. The house is located near the theme parks, but not so close that you are in the day-to-day traffic. Trips to either coast is just two hours or less away. Our favorite activities include the Silver Spurs rodeo, Lakeland theater shows at the Convention Center, dining at the restaurants in Celebration and at Manny's Chop House.

I have stayed at several villas in Orlando over the years and have also owned one, but i have to stay, for location, this one has been the best. A gated community (that are closed permanently and manned the majority of the time) it gave total security. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Great games room and Fox sports so we watched the football. The pool was extra large and as it was South facing, we got the sun all day. Very private as just woodlands at the back. We tried the community area which again was really clean and the gym was good. The owners were brilliant to deal with and answered any issues very quickly. I would recommend this villa and cannot wait to return. Thanks for the stay

We had a wonderful holiday in Florida over Christmas and the villa had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. We could not get Thomas (11) out of the pool everyday and it was a great way to relax after a hard day in the theme parks. This is an excellent villa with all you would want for your stay in Florida. The specification is very high, the pool area being particularly good, and the location is great for all the theme parks etc. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area.
