Overview
A recently renovated Floridian villa, that can comfortably sleep up to 8 people (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms).
Located in the beautiful Watersong Resort, a gated-community near Kissimmee, the villa and it’s southern facing pool have tranquil views across conservation land. The resort is very close to Orlando, where you can find all the fun and magic of Disney and Universal’s Theme Parks. It is also near several renowned golf courses.
The villa is well equipped, with smart TV’s in the living room and all the bedrooms, giving you access to Disney+, Hulu and cable TV. In addition to the stunning pool, there is plenty to keep you occupied on your days off from the parks, including a slate pool table, two games consoles, a record player, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and a multitude of board games and puzzles.
The large private pool and seperate hot tub face a conservation area, so are not overlooked. There is plenty of space to relax outside and enjoy the local wildlife, as you wind down in the evenings.

Living
Comfortable 3 piece sofa, coffee table and smart TV with Cable TV, Disney+ and Hulu provided and option to log in to your own Netflix.
Access to pool area via patio doors, with a child-safe lock available.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with Dishwasher, Cooker, Fridge Freezer and Microwave. There is also a central island with breakfast bar and stools.
Filter Coffee machine (with timer), Kettle, Blender and Disney Waffle Maker.

Large table to seat 8 people.
Bedrooms
4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people.
The Master bedroom features an extra-large King bed (78ins), ceilng fan, drawers, a fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, smart TV and patio doors to the Lanai. The bathroom is also accessible from the pool.
The second Bedroom features an extra-large King bed (78ins), ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe, drawers, an en-suite bathroom and smart TV.
The third Bedroom is a twin bedroom sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom with the forth bedroom. It has a ceiling fan, drawers, a fitted wardrobe and a smart TV.
The forth Bedroom contains a single bunk over a double bed, sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom with the third bedroom. It has a ceiling fan, drawers, a fitted wardrobe and a smart TV.
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
The Master en-suite has his-and-hers wash-basins, walk-in shower and access door to the pool area.
The second en-suite has a single sink, soak-tub with shower.
The Jack-and-Jill bathroom has a single sink and walk-in shower.
Plenty of bath towels and pool towels are provided for each room.
Games Room
The garage is converted into an air-conditioned games room with a slate pool table, TV area, 2 games consoles, Blu-ray movies and a record player. There is also a seating area with plenty of board games and puzzles hidden under the seats. The room is fully carpeted with numerous seating options. There is an enclosed area, which houses the Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
Pool
The pool is larger than average (30' x 15'), so that you can swim rather than just splash. The pool area also has a spa. Water heating for the spa and pool is available on request.

There is a Pack n Play/Travel Cot with bedsheet for younger guests, as well as a high-chair. A City Select pushchair is also provided.
Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Amazing tranquil oasis
We have stayed in many villas in Florida, this villa is now top of our list to return. The villa was clean and well maintained inside and out, it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Comfortable beds and quality bed linens for restful sleep. Suzy and Owen have been amazing from start to finish with the booking, advice and excellent communications throughout.
Being out there when Hurricane Helene was loomng Owen and Suzy checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything.
The pool area has the sun all day as south facing which was a real treat, and the pool spa is welcomed after long days and lots of walking.
I could go on and on with the positives for this villa. If you want a no hassle and relaxing place to stay this is the villa for you. We will be back.

Impressive villa with helpful, responsive owners
This was our first visit to Evening Song although we know and like Watersong due to its location and 24/7 gated security. Right from the start we found Suzy and Owen to be helpful, responsive, flexible and easy to deal with. After many years of visiting Florida we find the relationship with the owners a crucial part of the booking process.
The villa itself was clean, well maintained and it was clear that thought had been given to the little touches that make a property more than just a rental. Of particular note is the quality of the bed and bedding in the master bedroom- outstanding.
The kitchen and lounge areas have been very tastefully refurbished. Ample, good quality crockery/ utensils and very comfy sofas. If any future work is planned you can be content in the knowledge it will be tastefully done.
Suzy and Owen should be commended for the improvements they have achieved in 2 years of ownership.
Whilst we didn't have any teenagers with us the games room was particularly impressive and I am sure would have given our children many hours of enjoyment in years past.
Overall a fantastic stay and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Home from Home
We’ve stayed in 4 villas over the years we have visited Florida, Evening Song by far has been our favourite stay!
The villa is immaculate, huge, and has the best pool we’ve ever had the pleasure of having fun in.
Only a 30 minute drive (including a stop at Dunkin) to the Disney area.
The villa is very well equipped and really well looked after.
A charming gated community with lots of wildlife around.
Only a short ride away from our favourite diner Mannys Chophouse!
A visit to Evening Song again is an absolute must for us.
