Ideal for guests who are looking for something special, with a touch of luxury and elegance. We can accommodate 12 guests with ease.
Watersong is a 24 hour manned gated community, with our Villa is also secured by a fully monitored alarm system.

Living
A large, air conditioned, informal sitting area over looking the pool, with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the Kitchen, Nook, Dining Room and Lounge. This is the ideal area to sit relax and watch our 65 inch Smart Samsung 4K TV.
Our formal lounge located next to the dining area has 1 large sofa, 2 chairs and offers that ideal area to have a quiet moment to yourself or a place to escape and relax in the luxury of the surroundings, there are also some board games.
Kitchen
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything you will need for you stay from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, airfryer, fridge, freezer with built in ice and chilled water dispenser along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware and most of all the bottle opener, there is also a i-dock with radio, so no need to bring the charger for your ipod.
Dining
Leading on from the kitchen is an informal dining / breakfast area with a table and 6 chairs. From the nook area you can exit through the patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool area.
Located just off the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.

A huge luxurious 4 poster king size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 32 inch smart TV, clock radio, bedside telephone, ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet.

A huge luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this beautifully furnished and decorated room. Our 2nd master bedroom also boasts a 32 inch smart TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3
Another luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this tropical themed furnished and decorated room. Our 3rd bedroom also boasts a 32 inch smart TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe.
BEDROOM 4
Yet another luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this furnished and decorated room. Our 4th bedroom also boasts a 32 inch smart TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe.
BEDROOM 5
This twin bedroom has a Star Wars Theme. Our 5th bedroom also boasts a 32 inch smart TV, clock radio and ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 6
This twin bedroom has a Nautical theme. Our 6th bedroom also boasts a 19" flat screen TV, DVD player, clock radio, ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe.

Games Room
To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area. Including a slate-bed pool table, air-hockey, darts, 32 inch smart TV, high drinks table with 2 stools and ceiling fan.
Pool
Our oversized 15x30' pool is set in a resort style extended deck which has 6 sun loungers and drinks tables and is complemented by the spa. The perfect spot to relax and refresh yourselves after a long day in the parks. The pool area benefits from a hot and cold outdoor shower. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
Outside
This oversized 10x40' area gives you the perfect protection in the summer and has 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool and a dining table and 6 chairs.

Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Rental rates additional information
A non-refundable 20% or £300/US$450 deposit (whichever is greater) is required to secure the booking with the remaining balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £400/US$500 is also payable with the balance. This is subject to our Management Company inspection. Any fines that may have occurred for parking or trash violations you will be responsible for. Information about trash and parking is provided within the guest information sheets provided before arrival.
Payments to be made via Bank Transfer or cheque.
Please state the country in which you reside if outside the UK.
Pool and Spa heating is available at an additional £210/US$270 per week.
BBQ Grill Rental: £120/$135 per week.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand and accept the cancellation policy of Watersong Villa Florida as follows:
If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately in the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:
8 weeks prior to the arrival date Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks - 100% rental charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your travel insurance.
We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.
• In case of ”force majeure” your booking may need to be terminated prior to the scheduled conclusion of your booking, This is unlikely to occur, although if the situation arises we will not be able to offer refunds, your travel insurance may cover you for these events.
Force Majeure : The owners and their agents accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alterations to the terms of this booking caused by events beyond our control including, but not restricted to, government decisions,war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, technical difficulties with transportation, alteration or cancellation or schedules by carriers, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, fire, flood, industrial dispute or any other event beyond our control.

Beautiful home, Great location
Just got back from this beautiful villa, everything you need for a great holiday with a big family. Ceri was amazing at getting us this villa at such short notice after being let done by another owner, communication was quick and Ceri had us all booked and sorted within a couple of hours. The villa was perfect, location perfect with a Publix just up the road and restaurants just a 10 minute drive. The 192 was only a 15 minute drive so very central to all you could ever want for a great stay in Florida. We would definitely recommend this villa and we most certainly will be back.

Fabulous Property!
We stayed at this fabulous property for 2 weeks April
2025. beautiful place and perfect for our 2 families vacation.
Our party of nine had more than enough space and the house could easily accommodate more.
House is in easy walking distance to the resort facilities which we used regularly.
The onsite pool was excellent and a big hit with everyone after our trips to theme parks and other attractions.
The hosts were a pleasure to deal with through the booking process and everything was as described or better.
The watersong resort was excellent and we were particularly impressed with the gated security, The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout.
We would not hesitate to book this property again when visiting Orlando.

Amazing Stay!
We just got back from the most amazing stay at Watersong Villa, and I can't recommend it enough!
From the moment we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed - it honestly felt like a little slice of paradise.
The pool area was definitely the highlight for us. We spent so many hours relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the warm weather. The outdoor space is just so peaceful and private!
Inside, the villa was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and each room was perfectly clean and spacious.
Location-wise, it's also perfect. A short drive to all the Disney parks and a ton of great restaurants. Plus, there's supermarkets just down the road so it's really convenient.
I'd 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and stress-free Florida getaway. We'll definitely be back!
