Kingfisher at Watersong | 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa

We are 2 families of 4 who have just returned from a 3 week stay at Helen's beautiful home. We have had a truly fantastic holiday & the Florida 'BLUES' have really kicked in! Helen's home is spacious with lots of space for 'down time' after busy park days. The open plan living room and kitchen was brilliant for late night gatherings after park days. The sofa's in both living rooms are the comfiest we have sat in (or on some occasions collapsed into!) The pool was amazing and on park free days the children would be in it from morning till night! Watersong is a beautiful community, surrounded by an abundance of flora & fauna. The children loved trying to spot some of the Floridian wildlife. This is our 2nd stay on Watersong and love the location with lots of amenities close by. Ford's garage (recommended by Helen) is a must! Other restaurants such as Chilli's & Olive Garden are also nearby. Publix is very close, with Walmart a short drive away. Watersong's location is great for avoiding the I4. On some days the traffic and road works on the I4 was really heavy but being in this location meant we could take some of the quieter roads & be on Disney property in less than 20 mins. Helen is an absolute joy to deal with and from the very first enquiry email was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. We loved our stay so much that we booked our 2nd stay at Helen's home on the way back home to the airport for 2027. We can't wait!!!

Just got back from a two week stay with my family and friends. Wow, we had such an amazing time in Florida and the villa made our visit to America even more special. Such a quiet, beautiful and safe area with many restaurants nearby. Great location for visiting the Disney and Universal Parks so it was just perfect for us. The villas was spacious and comfortable, we slept so well! Helen was an amazing host, very responsive, friendly and we always felt she was there if we needed her. Thank you so much Helen for our stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great stay this past week. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful! The gated community is quiet and peaceful! Also loved being close enough to the Disney Parks. Helen was very quick to respond and is an excellent host. We will definitely be back again!

I think one of the most important things about renting something for several weeks is to be sure that the photos and description are similar to the real house. Here my family and I can say that it is exceptionally superior! The house and the neighbourhood are beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature. You will go out in the morning and dozens of squirrels and birds from the lagoon will be around. The services if the house are excellent, the roos comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is charming and functional. Both the dishwasher and the clothes washer and dryer are prepared for large groups (there were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 young people). We not only recommend it for the property, but for Helen and her support team in Davenport, always willing to solve and help. Without a doubt if we return to Orlando this house will be our first choice. Thank you Helen for giving us this exceptional place to stay for almost 4 weeks.

This house is even better than the photos! The house was perfect, clean and tidy. Communication with Helen has always been quick and efficient. The area was super calm and very beautiful. We spent 23 incredible days and really recommend this place.

OMG!! This place was absolutely wonderful! Met all my expectations, the pool and games room was definitely an A+. Pool was very clean and warm.
