Overview

Kingfisher at Watersong is a beautiful villa in the Watersong Community. Watersong is a secure, gated community, situated in a conservation area but just 20 minutes from Disney area, 40 minutes from Universal and 45 minutes from Orlando airport. It is surrounded by top class golf courses and many restaurants in the Reunion/Championsgate area. You are also free to use the large clubhouse and zero entry pool with children's play area, volley ball court, putting green and gym.

Facilities

Living

The villa has two lounge areas. The first is open plan with the kitchen and has a four seater sofa and a two seater sofa along with two occasional armchairs. There is a large TV with a wide range of channels and satellite TV. The second lounge is attached to the dining area and has a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen also has a 4 seater kitchen table and patio doors out onto the pool deck. Appliances include large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, blender, toaster. There is a wide range of crockery and utensils, pots and pans for 10 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Dining

The dining area has a large table for family meals attached to the second lounge.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

There are two master suites. The first has an extra large king sized bed and large TV with Roku TV access. Guests can request the code and access their own Netflix account. This bedroom has a huge walk in wardrobe and large en suite.

The second master has a king sized bed and TV with Roku TV. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The two other bedrooms both have bunk beds and an additional single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

The first master bedroom has an en-suite toilet, double sink vanity unit, bath tub and large shower.

The second master bedroom has an en-suite toilet, shower and vanity unit.

There is a third bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and bath tub with over head shower.

Downstairs there is a further toilet and sink.

Games Room

The games room is in the converted garage and boasts a pool table, air hockey table, table football and TV with Roku TV.

Pool

The private pool/jacuzzi is south/west facing with an extended deck area with lanai. It has a retractable child safety fence, 4 sunloungers, 6 chairs and table. The pool backs onto a peaceful conservation area.

Outside

The south/west facing extended deck leads off the kitchen and has a private pool and jacuzzi along with patio table and chairs and sun loungers. To the front of the house there are two parking spaces on the driveway.

Internet

There is free internet access available to guests.

Location

Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.

Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.

The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.

If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Rental rates additional information

A payment of £250 non-refundable payment will secure your booking. The rest of the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

£200 security deposit will also be taken when balance is paid. This will be returned after stay if no damages are found.

Payments are by bank transfer.

Additional £120 cleaning fee per booking.

Pool/jacuzzi heat is £25 per night recommended for booking October through to April or if you like a warmer pool.

BBQ rental can be arranged. Please ask for prices.

Wow

Just got back from a two week stay with my family and friends. Wow, we had such an amazing time in Florida and the villa made our visit to America even more special. Such a quiet, beautiful and safe area with many restaurants nearby. Great location for visiting the Disney and Universal Parks so it was just perfect for us. The villas was spacious and comfortable, we slept so well! Helen was an amazing host, very responsive, friendly and we always felt she was there if we needed her.
