The home has two tastefully decorated, separate living areas with contemporary designer furniture throughout.

The spacious front lounge is ideal if you just want to read a book and chill after a day in the parks or enjoy a quiet intimate meal at the additional four seater dinning table. 

The second lounge, enjoying an open plan aspect with the kitchen and main dinning area and having great views to the pool via large triple patio windows.

Includes a  70” flat screen TV and a comfortable corner seating unit, ideal for familys to sit together watching the TV or enjoy games and listening to music. There is also additional seating in this area in the form of two comfortable club chairs, ideal for larger gatherings. A central ceiling fan provides additional comfort. 

For your continued enjoyment there is a selection of books, games and CDs for your use. A blu-ray DVD is also available.

For your convinience you will find a large basket with a selection of pool towels next to the patio door leading to the pool.

There is a high-end fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances including a large fridge freezer with ice maker. Microwave. Dish washer. Coffee maker, toaster and all your essential items, ensuring you have everything your family will need for a perfect stay.

Enjoy your breakfast at the large breakfast bar or just sit and plan your excussions.

Try your hand at mixing up some cocktails in our cocktail bar area, complete with small fridge and some delightful recipe suggestions.

The dining area has a splendid 12 seater family dining table, so you can all eat together and recount your amazing experiences from the day.

Ample place settings stored in the kitchen, along with toddler friendly plastic cups, plates and cutlery if needed for your little ones. Also perfect to use safely around the pool area.  A high chair is available and stored in the games room.

Master Suite 1 (First Floor)

A beautifully modern bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, large dresser, providing ample drawer space, a variable speed ceiling fan and an  HDTV.

A Huge walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space as well as racks for all of your luggage storage needs.

The deluxe en-suite has a full size double walk-in shower with two shower heads and a double basin vanity with hair dryer and shaver points. Seperate toilet.

Master Suite 2 (First Floor)

The second master suite is equally  impressive, with a king size bed, double dresser and a sizable double fitted walk in wardrobe, a variable speed ceiling fan HDTV. The luxury en-suite has a full size walk-in shower incorporating a handy sitting area and hair dryer. Seperate toilet.

Master Suite 3 (First Floor)

This spacious room also features a King Bed, double fitted wardrobe. Double dresser with ample drawers and a HDTV. Complete with its own en suite comprising of a walk in shower a toilet and vanity unit with hair dryer.

Bedroom 4

This room has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, large double dresser and a wall mounted HDTV.  Complete with en suite comprising walk in shower toilet vanity and hair dryer.

Bedroom 5

This room has a queen bed, double fitted wardrobe, double dresser, HDTV. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill fully equipped bathroom with hair dryer, double shower and toilet with bedroom 6.

Bedroom 6

This room has large sturdy bunk beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 5. This room also has HDTV. and a large dresser and fitted wardrobe

On the ground floor between the two living rooms is a seperate toilet area and wash basin.

There's more fun to be found in the games room downstairs, with pool table with overhead lighting, air hockey table, which can be converted to a ping pong table and a safety dartboard.

A seating area, giving the whole family a chance to compete in many activities. The games room has a wall mounted fan for your comfort.

The 30' x 15' large oversized private pool with steps going into the shallow end has a secluded outlook onto a beautiful conservation area, where if your lucky, you will catch site of deer early in the morning, grazing at the waters edge and Watersongs famous Sandhil Crane families that continually wonder around the estate. If bird watching is for you, you wont be dissapointed. Red cardinals, egrets and buzzards are regular visitors. 

The adjoining spa feeds into the pool and upon request, can also for an additional charge, be heated independently if required.

With sun throughout the day on the extended pool deck, you can enjoy the pool at any time of the day. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 6 sun loungers and 6 chairs around a full size table underneath the lanai. 

A WC is ideally situated near the lanai. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge.

For those families with young children the added security of a pool fence is supplied. The lanai area is further equipped with a ceiling fan with lights.

For those fancying a night time dip or a relax in the spa, lighting will illuminate the whole pool and spa, providing a lovely ambiance to your evening pool time.
