Superb new villa, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, ground floor living area, first floor relaxation area with private pool and spa. Less than 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all other Central Florida attractions.

Living

Living Room – The living room has a 50” LCD cable TV with DVD Blueray player and an overhead fan.

Kitchen

Kitchen – The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge, icemaker and water dispenser, all utensils and appliances including kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Double sink with garbage disposal unit. Breakfast bar with bar stools.

Dining

Dining Room – Dining table with seating for 8 in the elegant dining area.

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

Ground Floor Master Suite – The first master suite has a King size bed with walk in closet, bedside cabinets and electronic alarm clock, I-Pod docking station, a 32” wall mounted TV and an overhead fan; ensuite bathroom with large tub bath and a walk in shower, wash basins, vanity unit, mirror, WC and hairdryer.

First Floor Master Suite – The second master suite also has a King size bed, bedside cabinets, walk in closet, alarm/I-Pod , 32” wall mounted TV and overhead fan; ensuite bathroom with twin wash basins, vanity unit, mirror, large tub, double shower cubicle, hairdryer and WC.

Bedroom 5 – The fifth bedroom has Twin beds, bedside cabinet, alarm clock, fitted closet and wall mounted TV. The room also has an overhead fan. Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 – The third bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside cabinet, alarm clock, fitted closet, wall mounted TV, overhead fan and a Jack and Jill bathroom (with bedroom 5) with shower over the bath, wash basin, mirror, WC and hairdryer

Bedroom 4 – The fourth bedroom has Twin beds, bedside cabinet, alarm clock and fitted closet. The room also has a wall mounted TV and overhead Fan

Games Room In what was previously the garage with air hockey table, pool table, football table and electronic darts.

Pool & Spa – The oversized South facing pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out and has a shaded lanai area for outdoor dining. The large pool with Spa (approximately 15 x 30) is a large rectangle table seats six for dining and an overhead fan to keep you cool. Six sun loungers are available and a gas barbecue. The pool backs onto a conservation area and offers the tranquillity and sunshine you want on holiday.

High quality villas.

This villa was very well equipped with everything youd need, the baskets of pool towels at the pool doors is a great idea and worked well. The bed in the upstairs master was very comfortable. The ceiling fans are a great extra too. We used the alarm each time we left the villa, an extra bit of peace of mind although the community felt very safe and well maintained. I found that Denise was very responsive to my queries and despite only having a few days notice she provided a good selection of high quality villas. She was very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend or use again

The villa was fantastic

The villa was fantastic. It had everything you could want. It’s location was perfect. The pool was amazing, the games room was brilliant and we even had an Xbox for the kids. Kingdom villas were a main part of making our trip to Orlando one of the best holidays my family and friends have had. The support and recommendations we received were first class. The perfect villa we had added so much to our holiday experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending kingdom state villas and I will definitely be rebooking in the very near future.

Amazing Villa, Great Location and Superb Owners

Our 3 week stay in August 2018 was amazing. The villa was very large and all 10 of us (12 at one point) had plenty of room. Disney and the resorts are nearby and the 192 (5-10 minutes away) offers plenty of options for food and shopping. Speaking with Pat before booking put my mind at ease and she was very helpful and responded quickly to all my queries. The management company also dealt with our enquires very quickly. We only went to the complex once, since it was during school holidays it tended to be a little busy and noisy so we preferred our own heated pool and spa. The games room in the villa was great, I think the big kids enjoyed it more than the younger ones!! The view over the lake was another reason for us choosing the villa and we were not disappointed. We’re all very grateful that you helped us make so many great family memories. Thanks

Excellent and comfortable

The villa was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bedroom furnishings were excellent and comfortable. Kingdoms State Villas made the process of choosing, booking, paying for and arriving very straightforward. The response rate to questions, no matter how small was excellent and I felt very reassured knowing I could speak to someone in the UK about any issues before travel. I would not hesitate to book through Kingdom State Villas again.

great help from denise.villa easy to find and well positioned for attractions.just like home from home(only better and with sun!)walmart 2 mins away and open 24 hours!money saved in outlets paid for flights!(and harry potterland is amazing)will def rebook again!
