The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool villas in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbours. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on Google Maps. Most of the south-facing villas back right up to another property. Most of the other villas with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive.

Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Over 25 Golf Courses within 15 mins of Windsor Hills
Keen golfers will be pleased to note Windsor Hills Resort is directly next to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. This is one of the best golf courses in Orlando and a great test for all skill levels.
Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.
There are another 25 golf courses within 15 minutes of Windsor Hills Resort. And over 100 within 60 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice.
Within a 2 mile radius of the Windsor Hills Resort is a Publix supermarket. There is also a brand new Wal-Mart, a Walgreen's pharmacy and numerous restaurants. There are actually so many restaurants you can eat somewhere different every night!
Windsor Hills Reserve was the second part of the Windsor Hills Resort to be built. The whole resort community is now complete.

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills Villas to the Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Perfect short break for my family!

Incredible villa located in a stunning community,
From the moment Bill and Donna connected with us after we made an enquiry about their villa, we just knew our stay was going to be amazing. They were the perfect hosts — so attentive and always ready to help. No question was ever too much trouble, and they responded to our enquiries quickly. The Windsor Fantasy villa is stunning and ideally located for easy access to all the parks. Plus, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the lovely communal pool, which was perfect for relaxing on our rest days. The villa was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need. We also had access to an app with all the information we needed about the villa.
We ate at the villa most nights courtesy of the lovely kitchen and huge Walmart close by, but managed to visit 3 restaurants whilst we were there and they were all really close by. Our favourite was the Olive Garden Italian. Beautiful and really good value for money!!!

Excellent house very beautiful and super clean
We rented this house for 11 days and we loved it we felt like we were at home from the beginning we have 4 kids ages 7-14 they loved it and the location was great for our travel to Disney it was a few miles away the home owners Bill and Donna were excellent hosts very responsive to all our questions and needs 5 stars all the way we will be back and we are going to refer some of our family to rent this beautiful house … thanks again we had a memorable vacation there …the Motta’s

Awesome rental!
This house was perfect for us - we had two families - 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable amount of space. The house was clean and well taken care of, and the owners were amazing at communications and sharing tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We really loved having the private pool and hot tub after a long day walking at the parks. The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and had a great “fun room” for the kids to hang out. We are very happy with this rental and highly recommend it to others.

Clean, spacious, updated and conveniently located
Highly recommend this property! We loved how clean and spacious and up-to-date this home was and its great proximity to Orlando’s attractions; it’s an easy ~20 minute drive door to to door from the Disney parks. According to my five year old the best thing about this home is the Minion bedroom which she adored. :) My teens loved the game room and the pool which backed to the peaceful common area. We appreciated the thoughtful and responsive hosts.

It is so easy with young children being just 3 miles away from Disney. When our children were younger we would always come home for lunch and naps, and then head right back. It's hard to do that if you stay too far away.

Home & Communication is TOP NOTCH!
We had the best two weeks at Bill & Donna's property!
The home was the cleanest we have ever had a vacation rental be (and we have rented ALOT!). We spent most of the time by the pool, cooking, playing in the game room and relaxing in the living room. The pool was ALWAYS warm - which was great considering the weather during our time was not typical FL summer weather - most mornings the pool was warmer than the air. We loved having meals on the patio - with a table big enough to fit all 8 of us! The game room was great for after dinner fun and a perfect spot for morning workouts. The TWO washers and dryers were AMAZING! With so many of us, we could get through laundry quickly. The open kitchen and living room space was great for cooking while still being a part of the group. The living room furniture was sooo comfortable (thank you Bill for helping us choose our new sectional!). The bedrooms were perfect sizes and everyone loved having their own bathrooms. The mattresses were some of the best we have slept on (besides our own) - we woke up everyday with no pain! Having TWO hot water tanks was fantastic! I was a little spoiled having hot water so quickly for a shower or washing dishes! The house was so comfortable we did not want to leave at the end!
We did have a few maintenance issues but Bill responded so quickly that they were never a burden. Bill was fantastic to rent from and his communication is top notch. He checked on us almost every day and offered some great ideas of things to do and places to eat. I left feeling like we shared our vacation with a new friend.
We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Bill & Donna again and in fact look forward to being spoiled again soon!!!
