Location
Windsor Island Resort is located on HWY 27 in Davenport, Florida near Highlands Reserve. Offering a new resort style community with luxury Orlando vacation rental villas minutes from Disney World.

The Windsor Island Resort has a large clubhouse which includes a Game Room, Sundry shop and fitness center. Outside you have a large pool area with zero entry walkin entrance, loads of sun lounger as well as a kids splash pool area.
The resort facilities also include duel waterslides and a 600 foot long lazy river, they also have private cabanas that you can rent for the day. These include a shaded area with fan and TV.
Other facilities include a basketball court, sand volleyball court and putt-putt golf!
Just opened in February 2022 a brand new onsite restaurant called the Blue Marlin Grill.

The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on the dates you require; rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Optional pool heating can be added for the winter months. If booking within 12 weeks of rental then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Stunning!
Booked to stay at a villa in Florida via Claire. The villa was stunning. Even though I had looked at the pictures repeatedly, as I got excited for our family holiday, I worried it couldn’t be that amazing in real life. I was wrong... it was. It was an absolutely gorgeous villa with everything we could want and more for our stay. The service I received from Claire was amazing from the very first enquiry to the return of our deposit. Any questions we had were answered very promptly and I could not fault the service in any way. I would recommend this service and will definitely be a returning customer.
