We have been sent the below information about the reopening of the resort facilities at Paradise Palms Resort in Orlando.
NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS, RESIDENTS, AND MANAGING AGENTS
Paradise Palms Resort Additional Amenities Reopening Announcement
Beginning Saturday, June 6th, the following additional Clubhouse amenities are open:
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is opening with four persons at a time allowed. Housekeeping will clean and sanitize daily, and users are asked to clean the equipment after use.
Clubhouse Arcade
The Clubhouse Arcade is open, also. Table tennis paddles & balls may be checked out at the Front Desk. Patrons are asked to exercise social distancing. Many of the games are "hands-on", so hand washing after use is highly recommended. The restrooms are open and adequate soap is available.
Children's Playground
The Children's Playground is open from dawn to dusk. Please understand that we do not sanitize the playground, so use is at your own risk.
Clubhouse Pool Area
The Clubhouse Swimming Pool Area remains open to residents with the following limitations:
Hours are 9am to 7pm daily.
Pool guests are asked to observe social distancing, as appropriate. Entry and exit of the pool area will be through the Clubhouse only. Side gates will remain locked.
The Clubhouse Restrooms serving the pool area are open. Housekeeping will be disinfecting and sanitizing continually throughout the day.
Marketplace
The Clubhouse Marketplace will operate from 10am to 6pm daily. Guest are reminded that Clubhouse entry requires a face (nose and mouth) covering, per CDC guidelines and Osceola County directive.
Tennis Courts
The Tennis Courts will be open from 7am to 7pm. Guests will need to provide their own rackets and tennis balls.
Volleyball Court
The Volleyball Court will be available 7am to 7pm. Guests will need to provide their own volleyball.
The Clubhouse Theater remains closed pending further advice from Federal, State, and Local officials.
The Paradise Palms Bar & Grille is in the final stages of renovation, and we look for to its opening shortly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION NOTICE THAT IS POSTED PROMINENTLY AT THE CLUBHOUSE
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is and extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting Paradise Palms Resort facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
