Overview
Minutes from Disney World. This 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom video game retreat has seven 85" TV's, two 75" TV's, three PS5's, three Xbox X, 4 arcade games, pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. Large living rooms, dining areas, and kitchen. This home has the largest swim pool in the neighborhood (deep end goest to 7 feet), a kiddie pool, and an in-ground spa. Backing to open space, the home feels like you are in the country when on the oversized, screened-in pool deck. The home also includes 2 king-size beds, 3 queen beds, 4 sets of bunkbeds (8 beds), and two twin beds. There direct access to bathrooms from 6 of the bedrooms, and one main floor bedroom with a full bath. This home has had all new furniture in the last 3 years along with updated flooring, appliances, lighting, and more. There are two large a/c units to keep you cool all year long and two furnaces for our winter guests. There is something to enjoy in every room which is why this home has over 100, 5-star reviews on VRBO.

Large sectional couches, TV's, and video game systems.
Kitchen
Kitchen includes an electric range, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, pots, pans, service for 18 guests, blender, toaster, crockpot, pitchers, cookie sheets, and everything you would expect to find in a kitchen.

There are 2 indoor tables and 1 outdoor table.

2 King beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 4 bunk beds (8 beds)
Bathrooms
All bathrooms are full bathrooms including at least tub, shower, sink, and toilet.
Games Room
Includes pool table (bar size), table tennis, foosball tables, dartboard, and TV. There are video game consoles throughout the house as well as full-size arcade games.
Pool
In-ground pool, spa, and kiddie pool. The swimming pool goes from 3 feet to 7 feet deep.
Outside
Covered patio with couch and tables. There is also outdoor dining.
Garage
Three-car garage which is converted into the game room.

Two cribs, high chair, and stroller.
Accessible
There is a mainfloor bedroom, full-bath, and all living including laundry can be done on the main floor. There are no steps in or out of the home.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

Payments accepted are cheque, money order, Venmo, PayPal, and ACH. 100% refund up to 60 days before travel, 50% refund from 59 days to 31 days before travel, no refund if less than 30 days cancellation.
