Location
Highlands Reserve Florida villas located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. The community also has a children’s play area. NO SERVICE FEE
The Highlands Reserve Orlando community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.
For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!
After a hard round of golf why not check out the locals favourite bar, the Paddy Wagon! Located at Berry Town Center, the nearby shopping plaza, the Paddy Wagon has quiz nights, ladies night and lots of drink specials. As well as multiple tv screens showing all your favourite sports and English Premier football.
If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.
Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
Highlands Reserve Florida Villas in Davenport
All our Highlands Reserve Davenport villas are located around 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports are just over an hour away. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly direct to Orlando and Tampa along with a number of other airlines. Most tour operators like Thomson fly into Sanford airport.
A great advantage of staying on Highlands Reserve is the size of the lots the villas are built on. Having oversized lots means the homes are not right on top of each other, which you often see on other Orlando villa communities.
Guests come back year after year to Highlands Reserve making it one of the most popular villa communities in Orlando. With its great location, excellent golf course and larger than normal homes, it’s easy to see why!
Highlands Reserve Orlando Villas: Driving Distances to the Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to the main Orlando theme parks. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, but to the car park for each attraction.
Most journeys to the parks are via highways or the main I-4 Interstate. Driving at speeds of 55-65 MPH makes it quick to get there, and all attractions are well sign posted.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on the dates you require; rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Optional pool heating can be added for the winter months. If booking within 12 weeks of rental then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Great!
Excellent service from the beginning from when we first enquired about the villa and during our stay if we needed anything from Claire. We received prompt communication and we were also sent very handy information in our welcome pack email. We highly recommend booking through Claire’s portfolio as the property was very clean, safe and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and that’s a very important thing to us as you need a good nights sleep to set you up for a fun, long day in Orlando. We definitely be booking through Claire next time we are lucky enough to go over the pond! Thank you for making our stay great! :)

Beautiful Villa
Recently stayed at this villa on Highlands Reserve - beautifully decorated villa, very clean, comfortable sofas, the bed and bedding sheets were really nice. Management team came out promptly when we needed something. The only negative thing is the patio alarm we were not allowed to turn it off so we only had 15 seconds to carry items ie food, drinks in and out it was a bit stressful when we set the alarm off accidentally. Other than that, beautiful villa we had a great time!

Home Away From Home
An absolute gem. Everything that you can ask for in a Villa. The Villa was spacious and light with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The beds, what can one say, so very comfy for a good nights sleep after a long day at the Parks. The pool and games room where also a hit. Both the Owner and Claire whom we used to rent the Villa through, couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. Look forward to returning again one day soon.

It was a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful. Our first time in Florida and we loved coming back to the house. The beds were super comfy. The rooms were big. Kitchen and living room was our spot. The pool was what made it 100 times better. We didn’t want to leave. The host was super quick at responding. I definitely want to come back!!!

Wonderful
We stayed at this location for 11 days the end of April 2021. From prior to booking and after our departure the owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The home is in a great location, a golf course community, less than 5 minutes from shopping centers, multiple restaurants and about 1/2 hour from the Disney parks. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were looking for a place that wasn’t touristy so we could relax and enjoy the sun and some golf and we found it! The house is a nice size, bedrooms were good sized, nice to have 2 masters. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of pool and bath towels. The pictures on the listing are very accurate, very nice decor. Prior to arrival we asked if the kitchen had an air fryer and the owner very graciously purchased one (a very nice one) and had it shipped to the house for us to use during our stay! What a wonderful gesture and very kind! There is a game room in the garage which was recently decorated, it has a pool table and skee ball table, mini fridge and table with chairs. Great for the evening or a rainy day. The pool area is wondeful, we had the pool heated which was really nice. It was great to have a grill to cook on, definitely a plus. Wonderful stay, would stay again if in the area!

Home from Home
The house is very nice and very well equipped. People traveling with little kids will find a new and clean baby gear (strollers, portable crib, bed rails, high chair). The house is very spacious and has an awesome game room!!! Lanai and the pool are private. The water in a pool was very warm. Our kids had so much fun! The location is just perfect. Very close to the parks and shopping plaza (Publix is around the corner). The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately. We had a wonderful time and perfect family vacation! Will definitely recommend.

We had unique circumstances surrounding our stay at this property and the property owner was so accommodating in order to make our stay as smooth as possible. The property itself was very clean and felt like home. Distance from amenities was perfect and if you're interested in the amusement parks of Orlando it's a short distance from all those as well. Neighborhood was well kept and felt safe. We were able to go for evening walks without a second thought. Pool was very private and always clean. The games room was our favorite part, it was comfortable and a great place to spend late nights having billiard competitions. We will be staying at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a hassle free vacation to Orlando with absolute no worries.

Absolute Paradise
We came here with our two children for a Disney world trip and were absolutely blown away by how much we all enjoyed this property! It is completely renovated and clean in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for morning walks. The beds are the most comfortable I have experienced being away from home and the children's bedrooms were perfectly placed so they were far enough away from any noise after they went to bed but close enough for us to hear if they needed anything. Not to mention they couldn't wait to go to bed because of how the rooms were decorated. We loved how soundproof all of the rooms were because not everyone wanted to go to bed at the same time but even if someone was playing billiards you could not hear it when you are trying to sleep.
The pool is the highlight of the house. It is impeccably clean and private looking on to a beautiful greenspace that even has turtles occasionally come by to hang out in a little sandy area. The pool was such a hit our kids chose to swim instead of going to Disney most of the days!! No complaints here as we got a relaxing poolside vacation we weren't expecting. When we did go to Disney it was a perfect distance for the kids, especially at the end of the day when a relaxing drive is in order to put them to sleep and do a quick car to bed transfer. Look no further than this property for your home away from home. You will not regret staying at this amazing paradise.

1710 Highlands Reserve
Who needs Disney when you can have a lovely villa like this to stay in. It has everything you need for the perfect stay. Very clean and well equipped. Don’t bother taking beach towels even they are provided. Wish I’d known that before we went! Close to the 192 so easy access to Disney takes around 20 to 30 mins. Local Publix supermarket 2 mins drive away so you can stock up on all your essential. Villa backs onto woodland reserve so you can experience lots of wildlife. Grand daughter thought it was amazing to see eagles, owls, colourful birds even a large tortoise came from the undergrowth. Brilliant stay, thank you.

The house was exceptionally clean and maintained. Everything updated from top to bottom. Perfectly located. Took the back roads to Disney and avoided Interstate 4 all together. Pool area very quiet and private. Great neighborhood to walk. Brand new games room with new Skee Ball table, pool table and big screen T.V. Very quiet at night. Just a pleasure to stay in this house.
