Paradise Woods is a very small, mainly residential community consisting of just one road, with many homes benefiting from a woodland view. Located on Ronald Reagan Pkwy, it’s a great location to explore all that Florida has to offer. Within a mile of the community, you have a Dollar General Store ideal for essentials, Petrol stations, and a Publix supermarket, which will have everything you need to cater for a family meal at the villa.

Disney is under 12 miles away, and Universal studios is 22 miles from the community.

Should you have any golfers in your party, then Providence is well worth playing, and only 6 miles away, lunch at the clubhouse is also a must do!

If you would like to go out for an evening meal, you are only 4 miles from Champions Gate, that has a large selection of restaurants and fast food options, including Chilli’s Grill & Bar, Millers Ale House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, British Fish and Chip Shop, Subway, McDonalds, Red Robin, Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts.

Beyond Champions Gate, I recommend that you head to HWY 192 and Sunset Walk, via Toll Road 429 - this road is an excellent short cut to the west end of the HWY 192, it will cost you a dollar (each way) to travel the road which you will need in change, as the toll is unmanned when you exit. Heading east on the I4, take exit 60 onto Toll Road 429 (heading for Apopka), take Exit 6 for HWY 192 (Signposted Kissimmee).

For an easy shopping fix or an evening at the cinema, head to Posner Park, take a right out of Paradise Woods, turn left after the second 7-Eleven onto Pine Tree Trail, at the end of the road take a right onto Ernie Caldwell Blvd, after a mile or so, take a right onto Grandview Pkway, this will take you the back way into Posner Park. Posner Park has many discount stores (Ross, Marshalls, Burlington) plus a large Target store and a Dicks Sporting Goods.
