Overview
Our luxury, executive 4 Bed 3 bath vacation villa is situated in the prestigious gated-community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It is located off Ronald Reagan Blvd, which is within easy access to Hwy 27, US 192 and I4. With Disney World being only a 15 minute drive away and close access to all other major theme parks and the coast, this makes our home an ideal base for your holiday.
Kevin & Mandy, based in Cheshire, UK, are the owners of the villa. DeAnna is our fabulous local property manager in Orlando & Rebekah will assist you directly with any rental enquires and bookings.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa has its own private pool and conservation views. Comes with a cable-equipped 65" SMART TV in the lounge, cable TV in all the bedrooms and free WIFI high speed internet access. The villa is fitted with a burglar alarm and patio door/pool alarm. There is also a new air conditioning system installed in June 2024.
Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Disney World Orlando is only a 15 minute drive away.

Rental rates additional information
Pool Heat can be added at £25.00 per day.
Refundable damage security deposit is £375.00.
The rental rates are inclusive of tax.
The cleaning fee is separate at £140.00.

Stayed in this villa again September 17- 1 October.
We first stayed here in 2019 as part of a special surprise birthday present.
Superb again; everything was spot on. Perfect for us.
Good communication with owner before and after.
Management company also excellent with a coupe of small issues.
All very efficient.
Highly recommended and would go back in a heartbeat.
Westhaven with this villa is truly one of the best locations in this area.

Fantastic villa
Fantastic villa for large family! Beautifully decorated and great location for all amenities. It’s our second time using this villa and would highly recommend.

Lovely family villa
We’ve been visiting Florida since 2008 and this is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in. Well decorated, very clean and everything we needed for our stay was to hand, bedding and towels are good quality, lovely private pool area. We had stayed at West Haven before and find the location to be good for us, a peaceful relaxing secure community to return to at the end of a busy day.
Rebekah was always quick to respond to any questions/requests
