1) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.
2) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Keen golfers will be pleased to note Windsor Hills Resort is directly next to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. This is one of the best golf courses in Orlando and a great test for all skill levels.
Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.
There are another 25 golf courses within 15 minutes of Windsor Hills Resort. And over 100 within 60 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice.
Within a 2 mile radius of the Windsor Hills Resort is a Publix supermarket. There is also a brand new Wal-Mart, a Walgreen's pharmacy and numerous restaurants. There are actually so many restaurants you can eat somewhere different every night!

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Fantastic Villa
We were delighted with the villa it was clean and decorated beautifully. We spent 15 days and it was amazing relaxing around a very good size pool which the kids loved was heated perfectly. Communication with the owners was no problem and the information supplied meant we didn’t need to communicate much if at all!!
Villa is in a gated area with great shared water park facilities and small gym which is well kept. Also other facilities were available all great. Very short distance to Walmart and Disney parks great location.

perfect for our Disney trip
This house was perfect for a trip to Disney parks and Universal with our family. The location is very convenient to the parks, dining, shopping, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool was fantastic after long days in the parks. It was just right for our family and we would certainly book it again for a return trip.

Disney family vacation
We loved our stay here. The home was in a perfect location, close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes from Disney. It was great for families with children and it had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the neighborhood, would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando.

Excellent property - close to the parks
We have stayed at Windsor hills many time before when visiting the Disney parks. This house was exactly what we needed! It was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and nice towels and linens. There was also quite a few baby/toddler accessories - stroller, high chair, pack and play, etc. The step stools in the bathrooms were appreciated by my toddler. The pictures represent the listing well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space close to Disney
Property was perfect for our family of 5, very clean and had all the amenities, felt like we were at home. Property manager was very responsive throughout the process, very easy to communicate with. House is a short walk to the clubhouse/water park and a short ride to all the Disney parks and SeaWorld. Highly recommend this house, we would happily book it again!

Great stay near Disney
The house is located within 10-15 minutes of the major Disney parks, which was very convenient. The pictures are accurate. The house is beautiful. The hot tub and pool were wonderful and had a child fence as well as an alarm system on the door to the pool, which made it feel safe with little kids. The house has a high chair and pack n play. My son loved the game room. Only mild critique is the bedding isn’t the best, but that didn’t matter much. Would happily stay again if we return to Disney.

Such a great location and home!
This was a perfect getaway for my family. The parks were so close. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The family loved the game room also. We did a Walmart grocery delivery and it was so convenient. Anyone who is coming to Disney I highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay in Windsor Hills
Enjoyable stay at this Windsor Hills home.
Fun themed rooms that the kids enjoyed, especially the room with the PS5! Cool play room with arcade, foosball and pool table.
Pool and spa were great and used frequently.
Only negative for us was the bed mattress could be a little more comfortable but I understand some people like a more firm mattress.
I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to get away

Great location, very clean
Beautiful property in a great location to both Disney and Universal. The house was perfect for our family and the kids loved the game room and pool/hot tub. We had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is to bring extra supplies with you like shampoo/ soap/ laundry detergent/ dish detergent. There was a basic starter pack provided that got us through the first day. We ended up having to go out and buy all these items for the duration of our stay.

Perfect for our family with teens
This house has it all! Location, room for the entire family, game room, private pool and hot tub. Our family of 4 brought a couple friends on the trip so there was enough to keep 4 teenagers entertained during our downtime outside of the parks. We didn't even go to the community pool because we had our own at the house. Everyone enjoyed the game room, too. We loved how close it was to Disney World. We decided mid-week to turn on the heat on the pool. We called the number for the management company and it was promptly turned on in under an hour! Be sure to bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener. Also, I'd recommend bringing some 13-gallon trash bags. The one extra provided was not enough for my crew. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!
We walked in and we were amazed! The pictures are fantastic but being there was even better. The house was immaculate, everything was exactly as described. The game room kept my kids busy as Hurricane Ian rolled through, so happy we had it. We really got lucky with this house and the location. It was minutes from Disney. We would absolutely stay again.
