At vr360homes we are constanstly adding new Orlando vacation rentals to our site as new owners join us. Over the last few months we have added a number of Orlando villas on various communities all of which we were lucky enough to visit. We have put together list of new Orlando vacation rentals recently added to the vr360homes site which I will be adding over the next few day, here is the first of our new vacation rentals.
The Shire at West Haven 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Orlando Villa
The first vacation rental I wanted to mention was on The Shire at West Haven which is one of the most popular communities we have, this home is a 4 bedroom 4 bath two storey villa, the owners have owned it since new but only just started to rent it out so it's pretty much brand new inside.
All the bedrooms are locatated on the second floor and it features 3 double bedrooms and a twin, the two master bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has one of the biggest bathrooms I have seen in a home of this size, it also has a closet which is just as big. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom and there is another bathroom downstairs just off of the lounge.
There is also a large balcony which over looks the pool and conservation area at the back of the villa, this is accessed by patio doors which are in bedrooms 1 and 2. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as a rocking chair and small two seater sofa.
Downstairs is all open plan from the entrance hallway which has a second sitting area and dining table, from there you go in to the kitchen which has a breakfast bar as well as a small table so plenty of room for all guests to sit and eat.
You then have direct access to the pool area via patio doors, just past these doors is the open plan lounge which again has plenty of seating for everyone, large 60" HDTV and Bose Blu-Ray / DVD / CD / Radio system which should cover all your entertainment needs. You also have the standard cable which has hundreds of TV channels to choose from.
This luxury vacation home also has a games room in the garage with a pool table and dart board, it also has an air conditioning unit as the garages in Florida can get a little warm.
The pool area has enough seating for 8 people with 4 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs, there is also a large covered lanai area so you have some shade in the very hot months. The pool looks on to conservation at the back and has villas on either side but you are not really overlooked by anyone.
The luxury 4 bedroom villa on the Shire at West Haven is a great addition to our site and we are sure anyone staying in this Orlando vacation rental will have a great time, also Keith and Caroline (the owners) couldn't be nicer and will be a pleasure to deal with.
Also I wanted to give you a quick idea of the location of the Shire at West Haven which is located just off juction 55 of Interstate 4 which is signed posted as Champions Gate. When leaving the I4 you head through Champions Gate to the end of the road and then turn right on to HWY54 and then drive about 1 mile, the Shire is located on the left and is part of the West Haven Florida villas sub divison. This location gives you easy access to the I4 and Champions Gate which has a Publix super market, Wal Greens pharmacy as well as a number of restaurants and shops. The Shire is also only 12 minutes from Disney's main gate so it really is a great spot for all the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are about 20 minutes but again it's very easy.
