Facilities
The home has a well established mangement company in Orlando. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay.
For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.
Living
The main open plan family space for the home is central to the property. Decorated in neutral tones, with comfortable corner seating in tan leather, for easy viewing of the large 55" flat screen TV, wall art, ceiling fan with lighting and homely touches complete the room, ideal for an evening of viewing after a hectic day at the parks.
Kitchen
The kitchen is of a great size to share the cooking of the evening meal, with bar stools for social interaction with those not helping! Attractive range of wood units with granite work top surfaces encompassing the double bowl sink unit with waste disposal. With many drawers and storage cupboards both above and under, holding all you will need to make a family meal at home.
Dining
The dining area is also to the rear of the villa with direct access onto the lanai with the pool beyond. This decadent table hosts seating for six, with candelabra lighting. Eye catching wall art and floral accents complete this neutrally decorated area.
Bedrooms
The main Master Bedroom offers a spacious room decorated with neutral soft furnishings and complementing shell wall art. Featuring a stunning King Size Bed, nightstands with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and double chest of draws with wall mounted 42" flat screen TV. The ensuite showroom, offers a walk in double shower with his and hers vanity, with large mirror and decadent lighting above.
The 2nd Master Bedroom is dressed with warm natural soft furnishing, with king size bed, nightstands with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and double chest with wall hung 42" TV. Palm wall art and accents complete this relaxing room. The ensuite bathroom offers guests a large single sink vanity and double walk in shower, with beach themed accents.
Bedroom 3 has a large bed and is decorated in warm metallic tones, contrasting the stunning iron work bed. A night stand with lamp lighting, ceiling fan, wardrobes and wall mounted 32" TV complete the room.
The neighbouring bathroom offers guests a single sink vanity and shower over bath.
Bedroom 4 is a bright and fun Toy Story themed twin room - perfect for younger children and offers a wall hung 32" TV, animation wall art, night stand with lamp lighting, ceiling fan and view over the pool to the rear of the home.
The neighbouring bathroom servicing bedrooms 4 and 5, offers guests a single sink vanity and shower over bath and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 5 is a pretty Princess themed twin room - again wonderful for little ones and capturing their imagination! Ornate ivory wood furnishings dress the room along with a wall hung 32" TV, ceiling fan, and night stand with lamp lighting.
Games Room
The games area features a lounging zone with flat screen 42" TV, gaming rockers with SNES console, air hockey and table foosball. This is a perfect family spot for some noisy and competitive gaming before and after dinner!
Pool
A highlight of the home, is the south facing pool styled in a contemporary design with raised in ground spa and large sun deck all with a view of the conservation woodland behind. A superb spot for a swim with the children or relax in the spa. Under the large covered lanai guests can enjoy waterside alfresco dining. There are also sun loungers available to recline, relax and take in those Orlando rays!

Fantastic!
First of all a big thank you to Claire who was an excellent point of contact for our stay in Florida. The villa was excellent and in a fantastic location for visits to all the parks. Absolutely nothing to fault we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend anyone booking with them in the future which we would surely do.

Fantastic Holiday
We have just finished a five and a half week holiday in this fantastic villa
We have stayed in many villas over the last twenty years and this one has to up th are as one of the.best
Everything from the booking process up to us leaving has been excellent. The Management Company and Owner could not have done anymore for us
The layout of the villa is ideal for two families so is luxurious for two old people!
Being near the 192 makes it easy to get everywhere in Orlando .
It’s very near loads of restaurants and makes using UBA very reasonable
If our situation remains the same we will certainly be back.
Anyone looking to rent will not get a better and perfect location
