Luxury 8 bed, 6 bath pool home with water views

Our spacious home is furnished to a high standard, with stylish comfortable décor.
Our 2 spacious living areas comprise of a large open Family Room with spacious sitting/tv area - open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with views over the spacious pool deck with pool and spa and water views. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with comfortable sitting area with a poker table and gaming area. There are traditional board games as well as x-box and large TV.
There is a fully air conditioned games room with foosball, air hockey and slate bed full size pool table for all the family to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and glassware.  The large granite island has additional counter seating, We have additonal outdoor dinnerware and glasses for alfresco dining.

Appliances include large american fridge freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and stove, for beveradges you will find a Coffee Filter machine which also takes k-cup pods, a blender, toaster and  eledtric kettle 

The laundry room has a large washer and separate drier, iron and ironing board.

The large Dining table will seat all your group, with additional dining outside, you can gather together for family meals and entertainment.

Bedrooms have comfortable matresses and luxury linens, TV and ceiling fans  – comprising on the ground floor - a Tropical King Master Suite at the rear  with large ensuite and access to pool area,  The ground floor Blue and White Queen Room iis at the front of our home with adjacent shower room.

Upstairs is the 2nd Master Bright King Ensuite Room, a further King room facing front in soothing shades of purple, a further king  facing rear with jack and Jill ensuite   #The 3 Twin rooms comprise of a Bright  twin  sharing the jack and Jill ensuite and two twin rooms with adjacent shower room, one is themed in a Seashore style and the other Starwars.

Bathrooms feature granite worktops and shower screens, plenty of towels, hairdryers.

The master King has a soaker tub, dual vanity and walk in shower with separate toilet, and door to the pool area. 

The front Queen and both King rooms have a bathroom with walk in shower

The Jack and Jill shared by the bright twin and rear King room have two separate vanity areas, and lock off shower, toilet

The family bathroom has a double vanity and lock off Bathroom, shower over tub, with toilet

The air conditioned game room has an 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey and foosball.  There is a small drinks fridge and table for you to have family fun

The large pool with spa enjoys South and West  water views.   The pool and spa can be heated on request for additional charge, in the warmer months the spa can be heated separately.

Enjoy all day sun or evening sunsets from our large  pool area - there is a large pool, with in ground spa tub with waterfall feature and views of the water and trees beyond

If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. There is plenty of very comfortable seating and loungers to enjoy the fabulous Florida outdoor lifestyle.

Dine Alfresco at the large Dining table and cook up a tasty meal on the Gas BBQ, included in your rate.

Doors to the pool are alarmed, there is a pool fence if required. Newly installed handrails allow for easy access to pool and spa

Fast free Secure Wifi is available throughout our home.

Babies have their own cot and eating utensils and there is a high chair, baby monitor and stair gates.   We have two cribs, one pack and play and 2 high chairs.

Our home is pet friendly - we accept dogs - $50 fee per dog, maximum 3, please advise at time of booking

Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on beds.  Blankets are provided for sofas inside and out.
