Facilities
Our local management company is on hand to look after you during your stay. As the owners we like to get to know our guests and help them in any way we can by keeping in touch quickly and answering any questions you may have about the house or the area to make sure you get the most from your stay in our beautiful home.
This home is in a superb location, around 10 miles from Walt Disney World! Seaworld and the Aquatica Water Park are around 15 miles away, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay Water Park about 21 miles. Even closer to home you are just five minutes from the main I-4 Interstate and Champion’s Gate, with its supermarket (Publix) and numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Being Florida, golf is always going to be close by and it is only 5 miles away at Posner Park where you will find a movie theatre and a rapidly expanding shopping complex.
Whether you are hitting the theme parks and all the other incredible entertainment and activities the area offers, or whether you are here to simply relax and take in the sun, this property has everything covered. Also, whilst dragging yourself away from the property could be hard, the magnificent clubhouse and resort pool area are just a short walk or drive and park right outside
Solterra is a fully-gated community with a 24-hour manned gate. Guests staying in this incredible property benefit from complimentary access to and use of the resort’s excellent amenities. The 5,600 square-foot clubhouse, which includes a gym and pool tables, is part of a complex that comprises a beautiful beach-entry free-form heated pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a large spa/hot tub, poolside cabanas and plenty of loungers, as well as the Café Sol Bar and Grill serving tasty snacks, meals and drinks. Additionally, guests can also enjoy the tennis courts, beach volleyball court, basketball, a children’s playground and a walking trail too. Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 to use the community facilities during your stay - this is included in your rate and we will refund to you.
Living
As you enter your home away from home, you are greeted by the spacious foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment.
The luxuriously appointed living area features a large smark tv with roku channels - comfortable sofas and reclining chairs offer views of the pool area.
Kitchen
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and everything you need to cook a snack or a feast.
Plenty of Dinnerware and glasses, including outdoor unbreakable for use round the pool area, and pans/equipment to cook up a snack or a feast. You wont find yourself short of anything! There is a large pantry and even a cooler if you want to take food out.
We have a filter coffee and pod machine, electric kettle, 4 slice toaster, blender, hand mixer.
We provide a starter pack of cleaning bits, washing machine tabs, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, toilet rolls (as a self catering home, please replenish to your own needs when these run out!)
There is a laundry with washer and drier, iron and ironing board and airer.
We do not provide any condiments or foodstuffs for health reasons.
Dining
The large dining table can seat all the family/friends to gather together - with more room at the breakfast bar.
If your group is a small one, don’t worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large.
You can also dine outside under the shade of the lanai with fan.

2 x twin bedrooms, one with Bright Island theme and one with Bright Elephant/indian theme - these two rooms share bathroom with separate toilet and shower over bath, double vanities.

Pool
Our custom designed 30Ft pool with Large Spa is a step above most vacation homes, you can enjoy lap swimming, sit on the in pool seats, or play games. Evenings are extra special with our LED colour changing lights in the pool and on the cage, to create your very own colour themed ambience!
We have 8 comfortable loungers as well as sofa seating for 5 plus stools and a dining table seating 6.
The lanai has cooling fans and there is also an electric retractable awning for addition shade, or for use with extra lights of an evening under the stars.
our pool and spa can be heated at a cost of £30 per night or you can opt for the spa heat only at £15 per night - great of an evening in the warmer months when you are not having pool heat.
The community pool with lazy river and club house with snack bar and gym are around a 9 minute walk from our home through the community. all included in your rate. Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 to use the community facilities during your stay - this is included in your rate and we will refund to you.
Outside
As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home.
The very large extended deck - specially designed by us, has amazing South and West facing open views over meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation.
Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it get too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque ($75 if required optional). There is a fridge and outdoor TV.
There is a pool bath for added convenience.pool fence if required. All doors to the pool area are alarmed.

Being on a cue de sac our home enjoys plenty of space on our spacious lot giving lots of privacy.
Garage
There is parking for 2-4 cars on our drive and you can also park on the road in marked spaces.
If absolutely necessary you can park inside the garage if you fold the ping pong table, but of course this will mean you are resitricted in your use of the game room.
Internet
Free secure wifi throughout our home.
Baby Equipment
2 have two cribs, one pack and play (with matresses) and 2 high chairs, baby bedding baby monitors and stairgates, all incljuded in your rate.
Pets
We allow up to 2 small/medium dogs by prior arrangement. We supply doggy blankets for use on our furniture.
There is an additional charge of $100 per stay for up to 2 dogs.
Please note enhanced cleaning takes place after each pet stay to ensure our home is spotlessly clean for incoming guests..

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.
Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney
Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.
For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.
Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida
Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.

Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando
More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
Solterra Resort Nearby Shops
The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

These are actual distances to the car parks rather than to the edge of the Disney property which is how most people quote times. We want to give you a realistic time, Disney has a 30 square mile site so once you reach the edge of the property you can still have a 10 minute drive to get to the car parks. Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando
There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.
