Windsor Hills Resort is an upscale, gated vacation rental resort; maintaining its exclusive feel and privacy with the benefit of 24 hr. security. While the villa has its own private fully-screened pool, should you desire to go out and socialize, the community offers a wonderful clubhouse which is open to guests year round and features a large communal pool with water slide, hot tub, sun loungers, as well as an arcade, fitness center, and sundries shop.
This home just recently installed UV lights into the AC units. The UV light can help eliminate many types of fungi, bacteria, germs, viruses, pathogens, voc and odors. The UV lights are installed within the air handler, which remains turned on 24/7.
Facilities
A washer and dryer, as well as ancillary items such as an iron and ironing board, are provided for your convenience.
Living
This villa features 2 separate living areas- a bright and airy lounge in the front of the home and a large family room in the rear, which overlooks the pool deck. The front lounge is stylishly furnished with a sofa and loveseat and makes a great space for curling up with a good book or gathering the family to plan the day’s activities. The rear family room offers plenty of seating for your entire group, a large flat-screen TV with a full line-up of cable programming, a DVD/ Blu-Ray player, a Sony PS4, and a large selection of movies and video games for your entertainment. In addition to central air conditioning, an overhead fan provides a wonderful cross-breeze to keep you cool and comfortable.
Kitchen
The kitchen, which is adjacent to the family room, is stunningly outfitted with rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a mosaic-tiled backsplash, and equipped with stainless steel appliances. Everything you could need to handle all of your family food preparation wishes is provided. A small countertop breakfast bar offers seating for 2.
Dining
The formal dining room is located directly off the front lounge and offers seating for 8 guests. Additionally, you may choose to take a meal at the small dining nook located just off the kitchen.
Bedrooms
This villa features six bedrooms; two of which have their own en suite bathroom. Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom which has a flat-screen TV with cable, a chest of drawers and a spacious closet for your belongings. Just outside the bedroom door, you have access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom, located upstairs, is comprised of a handsome king bed, a double dresser and a flat screen TV. The master en suite bathroom consists of a vanity sink, a deep soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Just down the hall lies a chicly styled king bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms sum up the sleeping arrangements on the second floor. A shared, family bathroom services these remaining bedrooms and features a large dressing area with dual-sink vanity and mirror; a separate room with shower/tub and toilet offers additional privacy.
Games Room
The games room offers several opportunities for a little competitive fun with your family or friends. We have a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and an electronic darts game to test your skills. A bar top table and stools provide a perch from which to watch the action, or have a drink and watch the game on the flat-screen TV.
Pool
The spacious, brick-paved pool deck is entirely screened, and offers plenty of room to soak in the sun or sip a refreshing drink in the cool shade of the covered lanai. Surrounding the crystal clear pool and spa, there are several pool loungers for your use, a covered dining area with tables and chairs for 8, and a gas BBQ grill to prepare a delicious meal for your group!
For your additional protection, we have provided alarms on all doors that access the pool area to prevent unauthorized access by small children.

PLEASE NOTE - The clubhouse pool will be closed for resurfacing for 4 weeks in September 2024, the start date is weather dependant, so this could also run into the beginning of October 2024. The resurfacing is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the pool for everyone's benefit.

Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Amazing
The place was immaculate, and just as advertised and described.
There were 11 of us total, and the house was very spacious and more than accompanied everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals as well as plenty of dishware and serving utensils.
The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the game room, especially the air hockey. The private pool and sitting area was where we spent most evenings relaxing and watching the kiddos swim. They loved that they could swim at night.
The beds are so very comfortable, and there are plenty of linens and towels.
We definitely took advantage of having the washer and dryer access, too.
We would definitely rent this home in the future.

A PERFECT HOLIDAY HOME
Mickey Hideaway Villa was perfect in every way for our celebration vacation. The house was the icing on the cake for our big, family 70th birthday trip to Orlando. Originally planned for 2020, our 12-person holiday had to be postponed three times previously because of the Covid pandemic. We were hoping for something special - and we got it. We were seven adults and five children - aged between 73 and three years old - and the house never felt crowded. Roomy, perfectly clean and with every amenity we could wish for, we were in holiday heaven. The pool, play equipment and games room were a treat for the kids, who were never short of entertainment. Meanwhile, there was plenty of opportunity for the adults to relish relaxation time on poolside or in one of the well-furnished lounges or bedrooms. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The facilities both at the villa and the resort itself were outstanding. Our super hosts, Judy and Greg, were incredible. They were always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much to you both. Windsor Hills itself is the ideal location for Disney World.... just minutes from any of the parks. When we weren’t at the parks or languishing by the villa pool, we were enjoying the fun of the slides and pool at the resort hub.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip
We really enjoyed the property. This was our 3rd time staying in the Windsor Hills neighborhood and we really enjoyed this property. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the house was in great shape and the pool was awesome. The temps were a little low at the beginning of the week so we paid a little extra for the pool heat and it worked very well. We made a few trips to Tampa to take in a baseball game and it was only about an hour and half drive. We would definitely recommend this property for any family looking for a convenient location and a well maintained property.

Wonderful property close to Disney
We had a great experience at this property. Lots of space for a large group. We came with 12 people and everyone had a bed. Ample bathrooms made getting ready quickly in the mornings a breeze. The game room was great for the older kids. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay close to Disney and have a great place to come back and recharge.

A wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable hom
Having stayed at Windsor Hills many times we found this home to be one of the best.We had a lovely 3 week stay in August. This is a lovely spacious house, very clean. Has everything that you need whilst on vacation. Plenty of Kitchen ware and appliances. The beds were so comfortable, pool was the best one that we have used so far, and wonderful after a busy day out at the parks. Plenty of TV channels including Netflix if you want to have a morning or evening just relaxing. Loved the basket of pool towels provided. Easy to use washer and dryer. Great air conditioning. Easy access to the property with door code.
Communication from start to finish from Judy and Greg was superb. The information about directions and arriving at the villa was perfect.
Great welcome book with lots of information that you might need during your vacation including the wildlife complete with photos! which we thankfully did not encounter.
The house is in an ideal position close to Disney Parks but also close to large Walmart Supermarket, Petrol, restaurants, gift shops, etc.
We love the gated Windsor Hills resort and can't wait to return there soon and would definitely book with Judy and Greg again.

Stillwell Family Fun
Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the home and what it had to offer our family! The location was good, fit our family well! We had a great week! The only suggestion we have is to provide more trash bags and toilet paper, we had one roll of TP for each bathroom unless we overlooked it. Two thin trash bags were provided, we bought more & didn’t mind but we weren’t sure if these things would be provided. Overall the stay was a great experience & would recommend this location to family & friends!!

Orlando trip
House was wonderful for having multiple levels of family under one roof. Pool was fantastic. The house had wonderful amenities as well. The location was in a good distance to all the activities, dining or store needs that we had.

Everything you need
My family had a great time at this property. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool, and we were very happy with the pool heat. Excellent beautiful home with everything you need

Family Christmas vacation
What a beautiful home for our family vacation. Judy was so responsive. She had a Christmas tree up for us which our grandkids loved. The house was clean, furnished well and we had everything we need. Fantastic holiday
The property was the best Windsor hills house we have rented, it is furnished to an extremely high standard and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the pool and terrace is lovely and it is so peaceful. I would definitely book again. No negatives at all with this property, fantastic location for the parks. Beautiful House

Hangers, luggage stands and laundry baskets in each bedroom. Grill and all tools needed. Great selection of kitchen supplies, pots, pans, dishes, glass ware. Lots of pool towels. House was awesome
Pool and jacuzzi was well heated and we were able to use the whole stay even though temps only got to the 60s. Rooms were well kept and bathrooms clean. The kitchen had all needed utensils and plates. Overall we’d love to stay there again!!

Amazing House
We have been staying at Windsor Hills for the past 8 years and although all the houses have been great, this one is by far the best. the location is quiet and secluded, the outside deck furniture is awesome and there is lots of it. The bbq was very useful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need. The owners are very easy to deal with and respond to you immediately. Overall I would recommend this house above all others. All 8 of us had a great stay

Great place to bring the family
House is just as the pictures show - Pool is outstanding - House is clean and the communication with the managers is outstanding. We are thinking of returning again next year. Could not have been happier - Easy drive to all locations with shopping very close by to stock the place! Clean - Nice - Family Friendly - 100% happy! Thank you for allowing us such a great place to stay!

Everything we wanted in a vacation home
Spacious and well kept, decorated nicely. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. One switch for the pool lights that did not work was fixed immediately. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location to all the parks and shopping,The owners of the home really thought thru everything as far as needs for people renting their property. I would absolutely rent this home again, I already recommended it to my friends
