This home has installed UV lights into the AC units. The UV light can help eliminate many types of fungi, bacteria, germs, viruses, pathogens, voc and certain odors. The UV lights are installed within the air handler, which remains turned on 24/7.

Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Keen golfers will be pleased to note Windsor Hills Resort is directly next to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. This is one of the best golf courses in Orlando and a great test for all skill levels.
Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.
There are another 25 golf courses within 15 minutes of Windsor Hills Resort. And over 100 within 60 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice.
Within a 2 mile radius of the Windsor Hills Resort is a Publix supermarket. There is also a brand new Wal-Mart, a Walgreen's pharmacy and numerous restaurants. There are actually so many restaurants you can eat somewhere different every night!

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Great villa for Disney vacation
This is the second time we have stayed in this villa and I would highly recommend, especially for a family.
The villa has everything you would need for a relaxing family vacation with spacious bedrooms and numerous bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and a good sized living area. The pool is a great size for a family of 4-5 and the view is great with amazing sunsets in the evenings.
The Windsor resort is gated, which makes it very safe and with restrictions on fireworks and late music it makes it peaceful and relaxing.
Its situated in a great location if visiting Disney parks and south Orlando attractions.
The service is also excellent, we had a couple of small issues and they were dealt with immediately with no buzz.

Everything you need
This house is as advertised, and even a little under sold. It matched the pictures and description perfectly. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised in how spacious the home was. Large, but still had a homie feel to it. Two families went, we had adequate space to separate and great space to share. The views from patio are gorgeous. The house is close to everything you could want or need. The owners were great with communication, they had good suggestions on where to shop and sightsee, and overall were very easy to deal with. The development is safe and very clean. Definitely worth booking!

Relaxing, Peaceful and absolutely Perfect!
Location, Location, Location! Lovely villa in Windsor Hills on one of the best lots, just minutes to Disney. Wonderful floor plan for multi-generation stays. Beautiful water view with plenty of southern sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. The pool and spa were the perfect warm temperature and lanai had plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. We truly enjoyed the tranquil setting! Inside, the villa is well appointed and has absolutely everything a guest could want. Very clean, organized and exceptionally maintained home. Excellent host and great communication! We look forward to staying again and would highly recommend this villa to others!

Amazing house
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We were here for 12 nights for some sunshine and didn’t go to Disney, hence we spent a lot of time at the property. The view from the backyard is beautiful, the kitchen very well equipped, comfy beds, plenty of room, perfectly clean and close proximity to Disney if you do go. Loved watching the MK fireworks from just down the street! Owners were so incredibly responsive to any queries, we received the instructions for check-in in plenty of time. So we were very grateful for their efficient correspondence and care during the lead up and time at the house. I’d definitely recommend pool heat in February - it was 89 degrees when we were there but I’d still recommend it - we were able to spend ages having fun in the pool with our children because of the pool heat! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again, just fantastic

Family Vacation for first time Disney World visits
Loved the layout and location of the villa. The layout allowed for families to have private time as well as areas to gather as a group. The location was very convenient to getting to the parks within a very short commute, as well as being conveniently located to food and shopping as needed.
The hosts were extremely pleasant to work with, including going above and beyond to help locate a treasured stuffed friend my grandson left behind accidentally. Communication throughout the rental process was timely and thorough

Everything you need
Great stay! Very nice home, pool and hot tub were great, the home was big enough to have your own privacy within your bedroom as well as your own bathroom. Everything and anything you needed was available to you and always had a very quick response with any questions or issues. The check in process was quite overwhelming due to the rules of the actual resort however once we got to the house it was wonderful. Easy in and out of the resort once we were registered. It was close to everything. I would definitely recommend.

Great Family Villa

Felt Like Home
Magical Mickey Villa is a great home. It is very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. Having three bedrooms with large beds and two bedrooms with twin beds was definitely a plus. Our grandkids also enjoyed the game room and spent a fair amount if time in the evenings in there.
We had our full family and grandkids with us so we did the full range of Disney activities. Magical Mickey Villa is a great location for that as trips to and from were short and easy.
I would highly recommend Magical Mickey Villa and our family will definitely stay there again if we’re in the Orlando area.

Simply the best
Windsor Hills is well known as the best of all the resorts near Disney. This particular property is the jewel of the crown. The breathtaking sunset viewed from the sparkling pool is reason enough to leave the parks early every afternoon. The house is spacious and immaculate. Fantastic Villa. Highly recommend
We have just returned home having spent two weeks at this Villa. We have been holidaying in Florida for over 30 years and have stayed in many places over the years, this villa is without doubt the nicest villa we have rented. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of renting it. This spacious villa was spotlessly clean inside, decor and furnishings are to a good high standard. The owners have catered for everything, pool toys, pool towels. Plenty of clean towels inside the villa, large commercial washing machine and drier, which was of great use. Plenty of cooking equipment and utensils for home cooking. Lots of plastic sealable containers for taking snacks out to theme parks etc. TV.s in all rooms with cable with over 1000 channels. The photos on the website do not really do this property justice. Most bedrooms have en-suites with large showers, there is also bath tubs. If you are considering renting you only need to take food and clothes, everything else has been taken care of and provided by the owners, ie hairdryers, iron, dvd's, cots etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa, which has a great view from the pool deck and look forward to renting this villa again in the future. The villa is booked and managed by Citrus Grove Villas based in Kissimmee. We found them to be extremely helpful and had good communication with them throughout.

Amazing villa with a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. Citrus Grove Villas provides great information before our trip and on arrival at the villa. It’s location is great for all the theme parks, airport and restaurants. It had a very high standard of decoration and was very well equipped, lots of it brand new. The view from the pool is over a small wetland area with wildlife, which is lovely. We had a small problem with the pool temp one day which CGV sorted immediately. We would not hesitate to book this villa again.
