Book your dream Florida vacation in West Haven's gated Shire community, minutes from the I-4 for Disney and just a 8-minute drive to Champions Gate restaurants and shops.
Our home features a private pool with spa, backing onto a peaceful conservation area. Relax on sun loungers, or share brunch under a shaded lanai. Pool/Spa heat is available (for an extra fee), to be arranged when booking. Pool heat is recommended Oct - March.
Enjoy a full kitchen, two family rooms, and smart TVs. For fun, head for the games room for a game of pool or table tennis.
The home comfortably sleeps a maximum of ten people.
A downstairs queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom is perfect for those who find stairs difficult. Upstairs, are two king bedrooms with en suites, each leading to a balcony at the rear, plus a queen guest bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a bathroom.
For a self-catering stay, we include a starter pack of hand soap and paper products in each bathroom. Towels and linens are provided.

- Guests are asked to observe the No Smoking policy within the home.
- No Pets please as this is a pet free home.
- The house is monitored with exterior CTV for security purposes
- Grill Hire is $75.00 per week.(includes 1 butane gas bottle) please contact property manager if required.
- All Guests are kindly asked to respect our house rules as we pride ourselves in the care of our home, and by opening it up to our intenational and domestic guests for your Vacation.

If golf is your thing then all our luxury vacation rentals on the Shire at West Haven are within minutes of some of the best courses in Orlando.
The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants.
