Without doubt, one of the best locations in Emerald Island Resort, withe the home located at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac, and enjoying a South facing oversize pool and screened in lanai area overlooking conservation and the lake.
The home is only 10 mins from Disney and the resort area on the Hwy 192 is less than 2 miles away, offering every conceivable dining and shopping experience.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

All rates include Florida taxes of 13.5%. Pool and spa heating is and additional £20 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.
Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based on season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.
Stays of 6 nights or less will be subject to a clean fee of £125

Amazing Villa
Absolutely wonderful holiday, mostly due to this amazing villa, situated in a gated area, offering a safe and clean resort to our family, the pool and jacuzzi were brilliant, the grandchildren loved this more than the parks we think.The property was clean spacious and set in a lovely area with an amazing view of the lake.Having all the cooking / kitchen facilities you may need I would highly recommend this property and I would like to thank the property owners for our stay.We will return. Great Spot
This vacation home was at the perfect spot, near stores, restaurants and etc. The pool is very spacious and the water was great. The house was good for what we needed. Overall it was a nice vacation.

Overall Great Experience !
We had a couple minor hiccups when we checked in on our first day, but Steve came out following morning to get everything fixed and squared away for us. Had we been aware of the 2 issues earlier and contacted him earlier in the day, i have no doubts he would have been out right away to take care of things for us. We look forward to future trips & booking with Steve when we need a larger house in the area! The house is very spacious. We stayed during a very hot week and the AC worked fine for us. Especially with the additional use of the ceiling fans. We did have 5 vehicles and parking was accomodated.

Fabulous accommodation
8 adults and 3 children. Accommodation was a perfect fit for our family. Villa is spacious and well laid out. We spent most of the time in the pool area where there were more than enough tables, chairs and loungers. The pool itself is large and heated. Children loved it. They also loved the games room and especially the retro games. Grandad spent many hours teaching the children how to play pool.
The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels available for both bathrooms and pool.
Overall a lovely villa and I would book it again.

Fabulous Vacation !!
This is the first time we’ve booked a home for vacation, so happy to have had Steve and Dee as the owners There was absolutely nothing we needed and the house was more than accommodating for our large family and a very quiet location We hope to return someday!!

Awesome !!
This property had enough room for 16 people. The kids love the pools! I would recommend renting this house because it will take care of your needs. Steve was awesome at communicating with me when I had questions about the property. The trash can was full from the previous tenants and as soon as I called him he came out and emptied the can for us. I definitely will be renting this house again!
