This family owned home is constantly being upgraded to the highest standard. The truly discerning guest would appreciate the level of comfort and luxury in this home. Without a doubt, you will find other 6 bed homes available much cheaper than this home, yet you will not get the features and quality this home has to offer. Like anything in life you really do get what you pay for, and the rates for this home represent excellent value for this luxury home. Two bathrooms have just been refurbished with walk in showers, new tile and sliding glass doors.

Relax in the black leather sectional sofa, and recliner. Huge 55" flat screen TV and surround sound system. Ceiling fan and porcalin tile floor. 

Kitchen

The luxurious kitchen has stainless luxury appliances, along with a wine cooler and kegerator for draft beer at home!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything youu could possibly need. The separate laundry room has upgraded full size washer and dryer. 

Dining

Luxury dining room  with glass table, 8 chairs and sideboard, polished hard wood floors.

There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Family/Living room. The second master with en-suite bathroom is located upstairs, and is the only room on the second floor.

2 king master en-suites each having a 4 poster bed. Luxury pillow top mattresses and Egyptian 600 TC linens. There is a further king room, queen room, twin and a kids Mickey theme room with 2 bunk beds. The bathrooms all have granite vanity tops, and marble floors.

Games Room

State of the Art Theater Room: Brand new stunning theater games room. This room is fully air-conditioned (just for this room), and has a slate bed pool table. Fully equipped with a 10 ft screen and HD projector, connected to the Dolby Digital / DTS surround sound system.  A Playstation 5 games system, which can be used to play Blu-Ray discs  and selection of over 80 DVD movies.  You can also access any of you own streaming services. There is a Direct TV box for local and national TV channels . Relax in the luxury top grain leather power reclining theater chairs, seating 6 in true comfort.  The whole family will love this room to relax and catch a movie. We have just added a retro table video arcade system with 60 of your favorite 80's video games. See who can beat the high scores on Space Invaders, Pac Man, Galaxian, Donkey Konk, and many more !!!

Pool

Large 30x15 South facing pool not overlooked at all!

Truly Private Pool deck and Lanai: The South facing extended pool deck is not overlooked at all. Privacy fencing surrounds the rear of the property. There is ample luxury patio furniture for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun. The covered lanai has a tile top table with seating for 6. There is Bluetooth sound system,( from the receiver in living room )so you can connect your phone and listen to your tunes outside from the in-ceiling speakers. There are custom made 16 ft sliding glass doors which can be opened, making this a truly stunning area to relax, with the interior of the home blending in to the outside

Outside

The pool area is fenced on both sides and a fence at the rear ensuring the pool area is completely private.

Free High-speed ( 1/1 Gig )WiFi internet access is provided, along with free calls to US and Canada.

Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks

We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

Rental rates additional information

All rates include Florida Taxes of 12%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £20 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.

Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based on season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.

Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £100

Absolutely fantastic villa

We have been coming to Florida for the last 15 years. This villa is the best we have stayed in. Nice large villa which was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and made our holiday great. Great Place & Space
