Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

All rates include Florida Taxes of 12%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £20 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.
Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based on season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.
Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £100

Absolutely fantastic villa
We have been coming to Florida for the last 15 years. This villa is the best we have stayed in. Nice large villa which was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and made our holiday great. The owners are excellent to communicate with, booking was easy and the rate is fantastic for such a nice villa. Will definitely book again.

Great Place & Space
We had a wonderful time at the villa. Thank you, Steve and Dee, for your excellent communication and smooth check-in process. Everything was as described. We'll definitely be looking to reserve again. We loved how the patio opened up to the kitchen and the size of the living room for family game nights.

Great Place
Nicely appointed, plenty of room for us to all spread out and relax. Game room and home theater was great. My wife and I played Pac-Man which I don't think either of us have done since the 80's! Check in was totally seamless. Great communication from the owner. We would certainly return the next time we are in the area.

An Amazing Stay
My family of 10 were very comfortable here with plenty of space for everyone plus 2 dogs. There was plenty things to do to keep from being board. The pool was amazing, the little ones learned to swim while we were there. We did have an uh-oh while there but the owners were amazing with handling the situation. I highly recommend vacationing here.

As a family of 3 generations, we had a wonderful holiday at this villa. The villa was exactly what we needed, there was room for all the family. We couldn't keep the kids - and the adults - out of the pool. The rooms were excellent. Everything you need to enjoy a holiday - and more - was available. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Dee and Steve were a delight to deal with. 5 STARS.

Awesome !!!
Our family got away from a foot of snow to this property in Florida where we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the sunshine! We found everything we needed from comfortable beds to everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. When we found the pool heater stopped working, it was fixed after one phone call the same day. It was one of the best vacations taken by our family!

Every Amenity and More !!
It is exactly as advertised! The hot tub is what everyone needs in their home!! There was an abundance of kitchen supplies to work with. We had an issue with one of the toilets on the first morning, but Steve came over right away and fixed it. I also asked if we could check out late because my boss called a virtual meeting on our last day and they were so accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely Perfect - a true home away from home !!
Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and I could go on for days explaining how this house checks every box for every member of the family. And the Owner, Dee, is just an added bonus. I am sure we will be back, next time even longer!
