Overview
Recently decorated 5 bed 3 bath home with 2 king en-suite rooms. Three further twin rooms with Mickey, Minnie and Baby Yoda themes. The third bathroom is just outside the twin rooms. Every bedroom has a wall mounted smart ROKU TV, with the Spectrum Cable App also.
Brand new luxury kitchen appliance suite installed Oct 2022. New 55" living room smart ROKU TV. The comfortable living and dining area leads out to the covered lanai with table and 6 chairs. The pool has a safety fence which can be removed if you don't have small kids. The pool deck is not overlooked from behind and has a lake conservation view. Pool has an in-ground hot-tub, with optional pool/spa heating available.

Silver Creek offers luxury Orlando villas in the Clermont area of Florida. Situated just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World Orlando and the big attractions, Silver Creek is a secluded and quiet community surrounded by natural woodland and fishing lakes making it a great base to fulfill your Disney dream vacation. Silver Creek is only minutes away from the best known road in Orlando, HWY 192 itself crowded with souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and the smaller attractions. After a busy day sightseeing and enjoying all the fun central Florida has to offer you can come back to your private holiday home and relax in the pool. For a home away from home, a large Wal Mart supermarket is a convenient 5 minute drive away. Silver Creek is also close to the Atlantic (60mins) and Gulf Coast beaches (90mins).

All rates include Florida Taxes of 11%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £25 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.
Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based upon season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.
Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £125

Great Stay !
Great place for the whole family. Plenty of bedrooms, towels for bathing and swimming. Close to Orlando and so many activities.

Great pool and lake view
Great place for our group of 8 from our bike club. Nice location, good fishing in lake in back (catch and release) Nice pool area.

Great Place to stay, lots of space
We had a wonderful time at this property. The 5 BRs made it easy for everyone to spread out. Kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There are plenty of towels for the pool. Great location, about 20 mins from Disney, and 40 mins from Universal Studios. Check-in was very simple and had great communication with the host. Will be back to stay!!!! The house is just as described in the listing.
