Formosa Gardens 8 bedroom, 8 Bathroom Lakeside Villa

We were a family of 11 we stayed for 10 nights we were sad to leave, the villa had everything we needed, so spacious so we weren't on top of each other, the villa was clean on arrival, everything we needed i.e plates etc for indoor and outdoor, glasses also for indoor and outdoor which was great because we ate mostly out by the huge pool listening to the waterfalls and listening to the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again thank you Christine x

St Georges Manor is quite simply the very best property you could rent for a big family holiday to Disney World and the many other Orlando attractions. We were lucky enough to have our whole family of 11 stay for three weeks in August 2022 and it is fair to say the reaction of the entire family upon arrival was WOW! There is plenty of room for a big family and the quality of the property and furnishings is just outstanding. The pool area is just to die for, plenary of room for outdoor dining, and the pool is very child-friendly. The location is perfect, just ten minutes away for the four Disney parks and very close to the 192 with lots of restaurants and close to Publix and Walmart supermarkets. We’ve rented 8 properties in Orlando over the years and St Georges is head and shoulders above the rest. We could highly recommend it as the perfect Orlando rental.

My family and I stayed at St George’s in June. There were a total of 8 adults and 8 kids (my grandchildren). The house was the perfect size for us and we made good use of the space. The house was large enough that no one felt on top of each other. Some of the kids got up early but we never really heard them. They especially loved the theater room which is a very well done space. Outside pool area was great and I felt more like I was at a resort instead of in a home. Spa was also a really big hit with everyone. Overall very nice layout and a great time. The manager (Dee) was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue gaining access to the home upon arrival and she got back to us within minutes. She also checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was fine. Plus house is very close to all the Disney parks. Will definitely be back when we visit again.

We stayed at St George’s for two weeks in June, as a group of ten adults, for my wife and I’s honeymoon. We come to FL every couple of years and had our eyes on the property for quite some time, and having stayed at another villa of the owners’ the previous trip, knew that we’d be in for an excellent time. The awe and delight you feel when entering the home for the first time is incredible. The property is absolutely stunning, immaculately kept, and perfectly set out. The photos simply don’t do it justice. We knew it was spacious and luxurious, but not once did we feel like that were so many people in one place. That’s about as much as I can say about the interior, as we spent most of our time outside under the lanai and WOW! The pool area and balcony and absolutely stunning. There’s a perfect amount of seating, plenty of space to dine outside using the brand-new BBQ, and the pool size and temperature were amazing. Plus the spa!! If it wasn’t for having to sleep, we’d never have been inside. The owners are friendly, attentive and obviously take a significant amount of pride in their homes. Dee, who’s in charge of the maintenance and any queries whilst we were there, was extremely attentive and available at the drop of a hat. We had a small issue with a pool light when we arrived that was fixed the very next morning. As an added benefit, the WiFi connection and speeds at the property are excellent, not once did we have any issues even with so many people and devices connected. Our group absolutely loved every minute of our time at St George’s and will absolutely be staying there again the next time we visit!

This rental was everything we hoped for! From the second we walked in, we were in awe of this gorgeous house and it's amenities. The house was spacious and fit our large group comfortably. It definately did not feel like we had 18 people staying in the house! But the best part was the backyard and pool area. Even with the heat, the screened in area over the pool stayed nice and comfortable to relax if you were not in the pool or spa on our warm days. Plenty of sitting or lounge chairs to go around as well as pool towel holders which were a nice touch. This is where we spent most of our vacation and it was perfect. The owners were also excellent with communication from booking to our stay for the week. Can't wait to vacation here again in the future

There is only one word tp describe this beautiful house "WOW". We loved everything, especially the magical balcony, pool, and surroundings. The location could not be bettered. So close to everything, and yet we felt we were in the countryside. Very well equipped and furnished, GREAT BEDS. St Georges was very clean and the owner nd manager couldn't have been more helpful. We had relatively short stay to see how we liked it and will certainly be booking a longer trip

We loved staying in this beautiful home. Location is perfect ! minutes from all Disney parks. The pool is an oasis, the pictures don't do it justice, lots of room for relaxing. So many gathering places from the game room upstairs playing pool. to the huge theatre room playing games and watching movies together. the owners and property manager have been wonderful to work with. any questions are quickly answered. We will definitely rent this home next year!!

Our family of 10 instantly felt at home and can't praise highly enough. Christine & James were perfect hosts and answered our many questions instantly with knowledge and patience. The house is utterly gorgeous, supremely comfortable throughout and very clean. Suitable for all ages. We especially loved the pool and spa, plus the sundeck outside the screen so we went home with great tans and after being cooped up with covid restrictions. Lovely friendly neighbours. Everything is practically on the doorstep, theme parks, shopping mall, restaurants. Margaritaville has some fantastic restaurants, different from the normal chains. Can't wait to come back next year.

Our family enjoyed a recent break in this wonderful home which we could not fault. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could wish for. We loved pool area and balcony, just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and the management and owner very responsive and attentive. A small fault was instantly put right. We couldn't have wished for more and can't wait to return. We recommend going to Margaritaville, the entrance is almost opposite Formosa Gardens. just say you're going to the hotel which is well worth a visit. Good food and live music. The quaint village atmosphere with plenty of cafes and restaurants was a big hit with our family. Also the adventure mini golf nearby. Walmart is under a mile, saved the day as eating out is quite expensive now so we BBQ'd a lot.

The owner Chris was great from the beginning. She is informative, quick to respond, and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, all of my guests are still raving about our stay, and it's in a very convenient area for shops, restaurants, any of the parks and more. The neighbors are super nice as well, and their house manager is just lovely to deal with also. The house has an English flare to the style and decor that you don't see in average house rentals, and everything was working and well maintained. We are locals to the area so we dont rent nearby often, but if we ever have another big family event I would gladly like to come back to this place!!! This house is fantastic! We have rented houses before for family vacations but this house wins the prize. Our family ages ran from 2 to 75 years old and it met all our needs. Perfect location for all the parks, restaurants and shopping. The house is even nicer than the pictures. Rent this house and you will not be disappointed . We have stayed in many home in Formosa Gardens over the years, and this home was the cleanest by far. Having an immediate family of 18 is quite large, and this home accommodated us perfectly. We all had our space and it never seemed crowded. Any issues we had were handled by the management immediately. Location is perfect, and my grandsons enjoyed walking down to the lake to fish. If we can all get together in the future, which is hard to do, we would definitely return. Thanks Chris for answering all my emails so promptly, and being a caring owner.

This was our 3rd time renting this beautiful house. My husband and I absolutely love it here. The owners are wonderful to work with and the house has everything you could possibly need. We spend our days by the pool and hottub, watch the sunset from the upstairs balcony and if it happens to rain we play pool or watch a movie in the movie theater. We love how close the house is to everything yet the neighborhood is quiet and you don’t really see the neighbors from the pool (which is great for our dogs so they don't feel the need to bark!) We will most definitely be back!

We have traveled to Florida almost twice yearly for the last 15 years and this is the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Formosa is a wonderful estate with plenty of green space and lake views between lots which is rare on newer communities and is literally only a few minutes from WDW. The home is exquisite and if there are a few families sharing the cost it's really good value for such a luxurious home. I have found when renting in the past that homes claim to sleep 16 but the living areas do not accommodate for this many - not at St Georges we had loads of room and never felt like we were 'living in each others pockets' One of our kids counted over 150 chairs and loungers! Our teens loved the pool table and the music system whilst my hubby loved watching the basketball on the outside TV with a beer after our busy days. The pool and spa was perfectly heated and was heaven whilst enjoying a Margarita in an evening. All of the bedrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen well equipped. The owners are fantastic and replied to all of my questions, I received all of the villa info i needed in plenty of time and a prompt refund of my security deposit. BOOK IT...YOU WONT REGRET IT! Thanks Chris and Jim - You helped make our holiday the best yet and I hope we can stay again with you soon!

We loved everything about our week at this beautiful home. The house and property are gorgeous. We spent the days by the pool or playing chess out in the sun, and the evenings playing pool and watching the sunset from the balcony. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants very close, yet you feel like you are in a private sanctuary where you can relax and enjoy your vacation time. 2 weeks, 18 people, not a single row! St George's Manor is perfectly placed in location to restaurants, shops, theme parks, routes out of Orlando and peaceful placement on the Formosa Gardens estate. The owners are so lovely too, they genuinely care that you will be looked after and enjoy your holiday. The facilities are more than expected and we had no idea how many living under one roof, we would lose each other! I have stayed in different villas over the last 18 years and this is by far the best. Can't wait to return.

The house is every bit as spectacular as in photos and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Everyone had their own lovely suite with private bathroom. Everything you could desire or need was provided and in sufficient quantity for a group our size; we never wanted for a place to eat, sit, watch TV or lounge in the sun. The space is exceedingly well thought out and provided such a sense of privacy that we could easily enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded! It is rare to have such a generous supply of bath + pool towels - PLUS no fighting over sun loungers because everybody got one! Owner Chris was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, and her local property manager effectively addressed a minor repair issue while we were there. The standard of cleanliness was impecabble, both inside and in outdoor areas - without exception; the pool was even expertly serviced during our stay with such minimal intrusion that we barely noticed. The neighborhood is fabulous and everything Orlando has to offer is a short drive away. We easily parked 4 large vehicles in driveway, and navigated a scooter in/out and around for our mobility challenged family member. We feel the music and gaming systems should be updated. A shame the waterfall didn't work while we were there but these were little glitches that did not deter from our enjoyment and appreciation of the house and we'd love to come again.

WOW, easiest way to start, what a fantastic villa, everyone was in awe when we arrived, the villa was just as the pictures, amazing and spectacular. This house is more like a stately mansion, very palatial and every room is beautifully furnished. Each bedroom is different and all the beds have the best most comfortable mattresses. Lots of room for different activities, a cinema, games room, fantastic pool and jacuzzi, lake at the end of the garden, TV's in every bedroom. It is very close the Disney and other parks if you want to go out. Hard to describe, it is so lovely, you have to see it to believe it. State of the art kitchen, stylish dining room, large living room and entry room with magnificent fire place. There is no end to the amenities in this huge house. Although we are repeat customers we are always keen to see what has been done over the past year. There is always something new and better in this gorgeous home if that were possible. Christine & Jim constantly improve and replace what's needed. Although a rental villa you feel instantly at home. So much space for everyone inside and out. Always more than enough dining chairs and sun loungers for us all. We loved the hundreds of movies on Netflix. A few restaurants to add to the many although with such a well equipped kitchen we save a lot by cooking in and much nicer sitting around our pool than in a crowded restaurant. We look forward to spending time at the new Margaritavilla still being built opposite especially the water park for the kids. The new Winery is great and see they hold weddings etc. It could be perfect for our big anniversary in 2 years. The bedrooms are very well appointed and the size of the house swallowed up our 18 family members meaning that there was never any feeling of overcrowding. The owners presented our parents with a bottle of bubbly on their anniversary - a very nice touch that was received well. St George's Manor is part of a gated community and so we felt perfectly safe at all times. We had an issue with kitchen equipment; freezer and one of the tumble dryers, but these slight hitches did nothing to detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay and soon sorted. Thank you Chris and Jim. Hopefully, we'll be back again in the future!

Moment we parked on the drive of St George's Manor we were all amazed... then we stepped through the doors and house was just absolutely breathtaking... stocked with everything we needed and more... pure luxury... so conveniently stituated just off the 192 west and close to shops and all the parks... took us just over an hour to drive to Clearwater Beach and done 5/7 minutes to Disney parks... universal some 20 minutes... relaxing at night near the heated pool with music and fire on was absolutely perfect! House is pure luxury pantry stocked with spices and everything you need, cinema in the house Xbox perfect for a entertaining adults and children alike! I traveled with part of 10 adults and house was too big for us everyone had their own room pillows and beds were so comfy and at times we didn't want to leave to parks and just wanted to appreciate the house our own little piece of heaven... I would defenetly be back

This is an exceptional property that provides a lovely base for a stay in the Orlando area. Chris was very helpful in all aspects with booking and providing information. There were 16 of us staying at the villa and we had plenty of room so as not to get under each others feet. The rooms are large and comfortable; I can especially recommend the Versailles Suite (which my wife and I managed to get). Dee who looked after the property on site was always helpful when we needed her. There were some good hints about the area as well as a useful short cut to get to the Disney parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

I have stayed in several homes in the Formosa Gardens Estates. I adore Formosa Gardens and its proximity to everything, whilst being peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. I now know that nothing could possibly live up to St. George's. It is the most amazing, beautiful home. Inside is breathtaking, but at the same time comfortable and welcoming which is a very hard balance that has been expertly achieved. To us the outside space is probably the most important as that is where we spend the majority of our time. St George's has it all. Outdoor living here is above and beyond and the location has to be one of, if not, the best of Formosa. The booking and communication was easy and outstanding and Chris and Fleur are amazing. No words could possibly do this place justice and Iam so grateful to have been able to share such an amazing place for a while that will hold a special place in my heart.

This is an exceptional property that provides a lovely base for a stay in the Orlando area. Chris was very helpful in all aspects with booking and providing information. There were 16 of us staying at the villa and we had plenty of room so as not to get under each others feet. The rooms are large and comfortable; I can especially recommend the Versailles Suite (which my wife and I managed to get). The property has a bit of wear and tear but that is to be expected with so many guests enjoying it. Dee who looked after the property on site was always helpful when we needed her. There were some good hints about the area as well as a useful short cut to get to the Disney parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

I have stayed in several homes in the Formosa Gardens Estates. I adore Formosa Gardens and its proximity to everything, whilst being peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. I now know that nothing could possibly live up to St. George's. It is the most amazing, beautiful home. Inside is breathtaking, but at the same time comfortable and welcoming which is a very hard balance that has been expertly achieved. To us the outside space is probably the most important as that is where we spend the majority of our time. St George's has it all. Outdoor living here is above and beyond and the location has to be one of, if not, the best of Formosa. The booking and communication was easy and outstanding and Chris and Fleur are amazing. No words could possibly do this place justice and Iam so grateful to have been able to share such an amazing place for a while that will hold a special place in my heart

We booked Georges Manor for a family reunion of 8 adults and 6 children in August. From the outset a year before our trip we found communications with Chris Pacey, the owner, to be speedy and very helpful and we touched bases in the interval to clarify various matters. On arrival we were delighted to find the property in immaculate condition and just as described. During our stay there were a few maintenance minor issues (that did not spoil our stay) and Dee from the maintenance company responded promptly (leave a message on her cell and she calls back within a few minutes). It is close to all the Disney attractions and local restaurants. Food shopping can be found at Publiks or Target about a mile west. On our return our deposit was returned in full promptly. What an amazing experience. From my first enquiry with Chris to staying there. Amazing. Chris was extremely helpful and it was easy to make the booking. We knew it would be good but when we arrived there late (thanks Virgin) it was awe inspiring to walk into. It truly is an amazing house that for our family group of 15 was beyond perfect. The bedrooms are all great but the master is bigger than some houses with a great double shower and deep bath. We had a marriage in the group whilst we were out there so the lovely honeymoon suite was used. Two toddlers were in the superhero room with my elderly mother in the Sandringham suite with its orthopaedic electric beds and access to the pool. The pool .... it's great with a waterfall and hot tub/spa . It's impossible not to feel special when you're based here and returning to the house puts a smile on your face every time There are huge seating areas outside along with the Nook with its tv and fire which is very cosy. We used the house for a wedding party and it was better than some venues. The furniture and fittings are top notch and just about anything you may need is probably there somewhere. We were out a lot but on the occasions we were in it was the most perfect house in the most perfect location to spend quality time. We had one minor issue with a door handle and had an instant response from the managing company who were out within the hour to sort it! If you're considering St George's .. You're unlikely to find anything better . A huge thanks to Chris and the team for looking after us at this awesome house.

This house is truly amazing. There were 10 of us staying ranging in age from 3 to 70+. Everything we could have needed was provided and far more besides. The entrance hall is fabulous and beautifully furnished while still remaining comfortable and cosy. My immediate family had the three rooms to the left of the hallway downstairs and it was like having our own "wing" of the house. We had such privacy and yet could be part of everything with my extended family also . All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped . I really enjoy cooking and the kitchen had absolutely anything that you could think of which was fantastic! We also barbecued on a few occasions and you have the choice of eating inside or outside. We had a few rainy days while in Florida this time and the cinema in the house was fantastic! The kids were so excited and spent time there every day! Upstairs in the house is just as fantastic with large pool table and an array of family games to play. The balconies were enjoyed by us day and night. The pool area is tastefully decorated and the beach entry or 0 entry idea is so safe for smaller children. My 3 year old sat in the shallow area for hours on end playing and splashing! I honestly could not be more positive about this house. It is so beautiful. The owner Christine was always so professional and friendly in any dealings I had with her. I would recommend this property to anyone and it is so private too. It is very close to Disney, probably a six minute drive to the Walt Disney entrance. There are so many restaurants, shops, nail salons etc within a 5 min drive. The location is fantastic! I hope some day I get to treat myself again and stay in this amazing house. This house is simply perfect in every way. We were 18 people staying at the house for 8 days and not a single person had a negative comment. Will definitely be back.

This was the best Christmas Vacation our family ever had! St Georges Manor is everything you could want in a vacation home and the Pacey's are wonderful people. Everyone had their own suite, with their bathroom, so they could completely relax within their own space. The common areas were plentiful and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with every type of cooking utensil and tool that you could ever need and the laundry easily handled all the laundry needs for our group. The pool area was even nicer than is shown in the pictures. Staying here at St Georges was 'SO' relaxing and yet is 'SO'close to WDW. The only thing I would ask is that anyone who stays in St Georges Manor should treat this home with care and respect so that all of us can continue to enjoy it for many years to come.

There are no words that can really describe this property...it is the most luxurious home we'd ever seen, the owner is fabulous (Christine). She was extremely helpful and understanding. Dee (Property Manager) made herself available to my family and I day or night. Everything in this home is spectacular. It was extremely clean, the rooms were perfect. I don't think I've ever slept in a bed so comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous...I can go on and on. This was my first time visiting this area and I cannot wait to return. We were lucky to stay at St Georges in August 2011. It was truly a dream house and the pictures do not do it justice. From entering the magnificent entrance hall and seeing through the doors to the beautiful pool we knew we were going to have an amazing stay. We were four families staying together (16 in total) and the size of the house made it perfect for the times we wanted to socialise (great tables outside and huge living area) and also when families needed time alone - hanging out on the balcony or in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were brilliant and had everything you needed to cook dinner for a cast of thousands! The kids loved the cinena and loved, loved, loved the pool (we had trouble getting them out of it to go to Disney). The location is brilliant for getting to Disney and also close to the supermarkets and diners. The house is beautifully decorated but was comfortable so it didn't feel like you couldn't relax. All in all a dream property that made our holiday truly wonderful. Thanks x

We picked this villa for an extended family of 13 based on the pictures and the location and it certainly exceeded our expectations.The communication,support and advise we recieved from both the owners and the property management team was excellent. During our stay we had a cold snap of weather and the owners themselves came to the villa to break out the duvets.We have in our time stayed in a number of different communities in Kissimmee but none better than Formosa Gardens,St Georges Manor has provided special memories for all of us and hopefully in the future we will return.

We searched the web to find a home to accomodate our family of 10 adults and 4 children. When we saw this property there was no more searching. Our family rented St. George's Manor for a full week and totally loved this house. It had everything you would need. The pool area is amazing. Bedrooms and baths were very beautiful we were sorry to leave. We would rent this property again.

Our family had a wonderful time in the St. George Manor. We vacationed here from July 25 - 31st. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed the lagoon shaped pool and the pool alarm doors gave everyone relief. We watched films in the cinema and enjoyed cocktails in the evening on the upper decks. The guys love the pool table in the game room and all the beds were comfortable after a long day in the parks. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely return.

WOW this villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice. It is very very spacious and the 11 people in our party felt lost in such a big space. Furnishing and decoration to a very high standard and the owners have thought of everythibng for guests to enjoy their stay. Excellent location, on the doorstep to Disney and all the parks. Lots of eating places, supermarkets less than 5 mins drive. Crazy golf and lots more close by. Cleaners were excellent and very friendly as were all other members, always there if you needed them. We were lucky enough to spend a week in St Georges in April 2010. Wow, what a wonderful villa, you don't need Disney to entertain the children here. We all enjoyed the pool, cinema room and the pool table. The children didn't want to go out anywhere after we had moved in. The villa is unbeatable, the photo's don't do it justice.
