Overview

This 2 storey 5 bed 4 bath home has the perfect layout for up to 12 guests. Two separtate living room areas with large screen ROKU TV's. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen dining table. The second living room has large sliding galss doors leading out to then covered lanai area, and pool deck, which faces SW, so you will have Sun on the pool deck all day in the winter months. The large pool has an inground hot tub. 

The king master en-suite is on the ground floor, along with a twin over full bunk room with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the second king master with a Jack n Jill bathroom connecting the MIckey room with twin over full bunk and a twin bed. The Star Wars room has 2 queen beds and fukll ensuite bathroom. The layout give  guests great flexibility for multiple families staying together.

Every bedroom has large screen ROKU TV's with the Spectrum cable app for local and national cable TV channels. Free highspeed 200MBs WiFi

Part of this deck is covered, so you can still sit outside during that occasional afternoon summer rain shower, and shade from the hot Summer Florida Sun! There is a pool safety fence installed which can be removed.

Situated just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World Orlando and the big attractions, Silver Creek is a secluded and quiet community surrounded by natural woodland and fishing lakes making it a great base to fulfill your Disney dream vacation. Silver Creek is only minutes away from the best known road in Orlando, HWY 192 itself crowded with souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and the smaller attractions. After a busy day sightseeing and enjoying all the fun central Florida has to offer you can come back to your private holiday home and relax in the pool. For a home away from home, a large Wal Mart supermarket is a convenient 5 minute drive away. Silver Creek is also close to the Atlantic (60mins) and Gulf Coast beaches (90mins).

Rental rates additional information

All rates include Florida Taxes of 11%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £25 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.

Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based upon season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.

Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £150

Awesome Family Vacation !

Great Home

We stayed there 4 weeks and this property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The pool area was large and the water was very clean. The beds are comfy and the house was as the pictures showed. It comes highly recommended.
