Overview
From the moment you arrive at this spacious and airy property with its beautiful contemporary interior, you will know that you have chosen something special. The house benefits from two living areas, converted games room and a SOUTH FACING pool area.
Solana is a beautiful and striking resort in an exclusive gated community that is renowned for its pretty Mediterranean styled homes. The resort has a wonderful 4000ft Clubhouse that benefits from a Community Pool & Spa that includes shady cabanas, perfect for relaxing days, and with extra activities including a Putting Green, Volleyball and Soccer Pitches there is plenty to keep you entertained during your stay. With the added benefit of being situated on Highway 27 a few minutes south of US192 means you have a large variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses restaurants, fast food outlets no more than 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away.
Facilities
Living
The first living area is situated at the front of the home with a great cosy ‘L’ shaped seating area, where you can relax and enjoy a quiet read.
The second living area 'the family area' is situated at the back of the home, with it’s vaulted ceiling this room is beautifully bright as it receives floods of natural day light. For your enjoyment there is a large wall-mounted flat screen television and a huge ‘L’ shaped sofa to gather and watch a film or a sporting event after an enjoyable trip to one of the many parks and amenities that Florida has to offer.
A fantastic social area shared with the kitchen and direct access to the pool area through the patio doors.
Kitchen
With it’s granite worktops this fully equipped kitchen is set up for all your needs, including a lovely breakfast area with table and chairs with direct access to the south facing pool deck through the patio doors.
Dining
The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying some home cooked meals on the evenings when you simply want to relax and chat about the day’s events and perhaps plan a few more adventures. Seating for 8.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with a very luxurious interior and very comfortable, this is where you can enjoy a little quiet time away from the rest of the group, perhaps read a book or catch up on some news on the television.
Bedroom 1 – King Suite – Situated downstairs and includes a flat screen television plus Ensuite Facilities of a bath and separate walk-in shower plus a single basin unit.
Bedroom 2 – King Suite – Located upstairs that also enjoys a flat screen television and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with Shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 3 – King Suite – Located upstairs with flat screen television and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 4 – King Suite – Located upstairs with flat screen television and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower and single basin unit.
Bedroom 5 – Queen Suite – Located upstairs with flat screen television and ‘Jack n Jill’ ensuite facilities of a Bath with shower and single basin unit, shared with the Bunk Bedroom.
Bedroom 6 – Two (single) Bunkbeds – Located upstairs with use of bathroom facilities of a Bath with shower and single basin unit, shared with the Queen Bedroom (5).

A lovely private area without any rear facing neighbours, this beautiful extended SOUTH FACING pool deck has a fantastic pool with spa and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax with a book while the children play in the pool. There are table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining, be that a quick breakfast, some light nibbles or even a cocktail under the stars.
*Pool & Spa heating is additional and is charged at £180 per week.
Outside
At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles.

Rental rates additional information
In addition to the rental rates there is a £150 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week.
