Overview
From the moment you arrive at this spacious and airy property with its beautiful contemporary interior, you will know that you have chosen something special. The house benefits from two living areas, converted games room and a SOUTH FACING pool area.
Solana is a beautiful and striking resort in an exclusive gated community that is renowned for its pretty Mediterranean styled homes. The resort has a wonderful 4000ft Clubhouse that benefits from a Community Pool & Spa that includes shady cabanas, perfect for relaxing days, and with extra activities including a Putting Green, Volleyball and Soccer Pitches there is plenty to keep you entertained during your stay. With the added benefit of being situated on Highway 27 a few minutes south of US192 means you have a large variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses restaurants, fast food outlets no more than 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away.
Facilities
Living
The first living area is situated at the front of the home with a great cosy ‘L’ shaped seating area, where you can relax and enjoy a quiet read.
The second living area 'the family area' is situated at the back of the home, with it’s vaulted ceiling this room is beautifully bright as it receives floods of natural day light. For your enjoyment there is a large wall-mounted flat screen television and a huge ‘L’ shaped sofa to gather and watch a film or a sporting event after an enjoyable trip to one of the many parks and amenities that Florida has to offer.
A fantastic social area shared with the kitchen and direct access to the pool area through the patio doors.
Kitchen
With it’s granite worktops this fully equipped kitchen is set up for all your needs, including a lovely breakfast area with table and chairs with direct access to the south facing pool deck through the patio doors.
Dining
The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying some home cooked meals on the evenings when you simply want to relax and chat about the day’s events and perhaps plan a few more adventures. Seating for 8.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with a very luxurious interior and very comfortable, this is where you can enjoy a little quiet time away from the rest of the group, perhaps read a book or catch up on some news on the television.

A lovely private area without any rear facing neighbours, this beautiful extended SOUTH FACING pool deck has a fantastic pool with spa and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax with a book while the children play in the pool. There are table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining, be that a quick breakfast, some light nibbles or even a cocktail under the stars.
*Pool & Spa heating is additional and is charged at £180 per week.

At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles.

Rental rates quoted in

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £150 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week.

Amazing villa, perfect for families!
We had a great time here, the villa was perfect for us! The rooms were all really spacious and the beds were super comfy!! Everything was clean and neat and was like a home from home! The pool area was really lovely and I highly recommend having the pool heated - it was like a bath and the kids loved it (not to mention the grown ups ??) The communication with Nick was top notch - really quick to reply and extremely helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great home for family vacation!
My family and I stayed in this house for six days. There were 10 of us in this house. We were all able to fit comfortably and have our own space when we needed it. It was also a great location for all the Disney parks and food and other fun activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Florida Getaway
The house was just what I expected!! We rent a house every February break and this house was as good or better than all the other houses we have rented. Solana is a nice gated resort and we enjoyed the free mini golf at the clubhouse a couple mornings before heading out to the beach or parks.

Great place to stay & very clean!
We had a group of 4 couples stay here and we each had our own bathroom and king size bed - with 2 bedrooms & a bathroom to spare!!!! The host, Nick, was very responsive whenever I asked a question and Property Management was awesome - the one time we had to call them:-) Would definitely recommend this place for friends, family, families w/kids (2 sets of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms), etc. We also paid to have the pool heated and used that & the whirlpool every day! Will definitely stay here again!

Great accommodation-Perfect for all the family!
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in November. There was 11 of us in total and the villa was plenty big enough for all of us.. we even had a spare room! The pool was amazing, great outdoor area and even bigger than it looks on the images. Would recommend adding pool heating on, it was like stepping into a nice bath, it was perfect, especially after long days at the park! The only issue we had were the pool cues for the pool table, but this was rectified the very same day, great service by everyone! All pool towels were included also which was a big bonus, and we even had all the basics there such as salt, mini shampoos, shower gel, washing up liquid etc etc, which was great as we really didn’t fancy going to the supermarket after a long day travelling. Villa was kept very clean, beds were all huge, and plenty of storage space for us all. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Fabulous house in a lovely quiet gated Community
This home was huge and so spacious. Lots of room for everyone to have room to spread out. The house has the usual wear & tear from other renters. Some showers and beds are a little noisy. The sofas were so comfortable you could sleep on them. The house was clean and the management were quick to respond to any issue. The owner Nick was a pleasure to deal with giving us extra time to check out which was much appreciated. I would have no problem renting this house again as it suited everyone. The resort is lovely and quiet but I do think the club house amenities close too early at 8pm. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.
