Overview
No expense has been spared on this luxurious, newly refurbished 4 bedroom family villa located on the peaceful community of Solana. It as a fantastic games room and boasts a south-facing private pool with large deck. If you’re looking for that special villa for your holiday of a life time, then this is it! With it’s perfect location on the US27 in Davenport, it is close to Disney World (15-20 minute drive) and all other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist hotspots.
Facilities
The community facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.
Living
This comfortable and luxurious home from home has an open-plan design so that you can make the most of your time together as a family. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has luxury sofas, a large flatscreen TV with Cable and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
Kitchen
At the heart of the villa is the recenty updated kitchen with Quartz worktops. It's equipped with all new appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
Dining
The formal dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the rest of the day, or an evening meal talking about the day’s events.
Bedrooms
The first Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and wall mounted TV. Bedroom 2, also has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, wall mounted TV and built in wardrobes.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin-bedded rooms that have been decorated in a style to suit any holidaymaker, both with flat screen TV’s.

The awesome games room has been well equipped with a pool table, table football and an air hockey game for the young-at-heart members of the family. Furnished with comfy sofas.

The south-facing pool deck area, with private pool, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has the benefit of no overlooking neighbours to the rear of the property and a covered area for alfresco dining. Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.

Solana villa
Villa was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Was well equipped and was ideal for the holiday stay. We have visited Florida extensively over the last 20 years and can say this was one of the best villas we have stayed in.
Solana was a nice estate, very quiet and easy access to H27 and with a Publix less than a mile down the road - ideal.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

A perfect Orlando villa
I would just like to take the time to show my appreciation for this stunning villa, Can I just start with saying how clean and perfect this villa is presented, It has absolutely everything you need such as a big driveway to accommodate the 2 cars we hired, a decent sized pool that we were in at every given opportunity, Also a games room which included a pool table, Air hockey and a ping pong table.
The gated community and location that this villa is situated is just truly amazing also it is only a short drive to all the parks.
This was the first time apart from been a young child that I have ever been to America and can I just say it did not disappoint.
Finally I booked this villa through Sungrove villas and was dealing with a guy called Nick, This guy has patience and a lot of time for his guests I will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10

AMAZING!!
The villa was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed, dealing with Nick was great and could not fault the service. We loved everything about the villa, the kids loved the pool and was perfect for our rest days from Disney! Great location, it was lovely and quiet, very modern and the kids loved the games room. We would certainly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you!

Family Holiday
This was our 22nd time in Florida, this villa was absolutely immaculate. We have had some very nice villa's over the year's, but must say a big thank you to Nick.. Great modern villa as soon as we opened the door WOW as first impressions count. Pool and deck area also immaculate!
