This newly renovated villa is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. Features include a games room to help keep the kids entertained and a south-facing private pool with no rear neighbours. The community facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Disney World is just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Living
This comfortable and luxurious home from home has an open-plan design so that you can make the most of your time together as a family. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has luxury sofas, a large flatscreen TV with Cable and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
Kitchen
At the heart of the villa is the recenty updated kitchen with Quartz worktops. It's equipped with all new appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
Dining
The formal dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the rest of the day, or an evening meal talking about the day’s events.
Bedrooms
Master Suite - The luxurious master bedroom with access to the pool deck, features a plush queen bed designed for ultimate comfort. An ensuite bathroom offers privacy and convenience, equipped with modern fixtures and a spacious layout. Rental rates quoted in

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.

Sparkling clean, modern and very well equipped!
We absolutely loved our stay on the Solana resort! The Villa was perfect! Sparkling clean, modern and very well equipped! I would highly recommend booking with Nick, from my first enquiry to a very small issue with the pool screen (that was rectified within 24hrs) he was very helpful and really easy to deal with and we’d not hesitate to use them again for our next Florida trip! Thank you!

Exceptional
Stayed from 17th July 25 to 1st August 25. Exceptionlly well maintained and very clean indeed. All the correspondence was spot on. Could not fault a thing. Would definitley book with them again.

Home from home
Beautiful, well equipped home. We
Spent 3 weeks here and did not want to leave.
We enjoyed the games room and the lovely pool.
The club house was really nice to with a warm pool. We only spent a couple of visits here.
Nick , Caroline and colleagues were very attentive and caring. We had an issue with the microwave which was dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
