Orlando Restaurants on 192 in Kissimmee
One of the best things about holidays in Orlando is getting to eat out everynight. There are hundreds of restaurants in Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport so you are never short of choice. Most of the Orlando villas we have to rent are located within 15 minutes of HWY192 in Kissimmee. From around mile marker 4 to mile marker 6 there are over 50 restaurants. This means you will never have to eat in the same place twice. Although we often find guests find one or two restaurants they like and visit these over and over.
We have put together a detailed blog post listing all the restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. Our personal favourites are Bahama Breeze, Bone Fish Grill and Longhorn Steakhouse.
Orlando Villas near Disney World
Most of our guests are coming to Orlando to visit Disney or one the other theme parks. We often get asked what are the best Orlando villas near Disney World, which community should I stay in?
To be honest none of them are that far away so it comes down to your budget and what type of comunity you want to stay on. Most of the older Orlando villa commuities don't have clubhouses with large pools and lazy rivers. This tends to make them a little cheaper, they also often have slightly large pool decks and more space around the homes.
Some of the newer Orlando villas near Disney we have do have clubhouses with all the resort style facilities like kids splash parks, water slides and lazy rivers. But these tend to be more expensive due to the higher HOA fees the owners have to pay for the up keep of the clubhouse.
If your kids love to splash around then this style of community might be right for you. By using the clubhouses you can save money on water parks as they are free to all onsite guests. Now they don't offer the same level of rides as the many Orlando water parks they are good for small children and toddlers who won't last a whle day at a water park.

In addition to the rental rates there is a £130 cleaning fee.
Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Amazing time

Excellent large family holiday home
We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.

Great way to relax close to lots of attractions!
Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!

Three sisters & spouses came from Indiana to enjoy Florida sunshine for a month! This home did not disappoint! Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! The house was very spacious and accommodating! The pool was wonderful all month! Nick was very quick to respond when needed! We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Family Vacation
The apartment was very suitable for our family (three adults and four children). The only thing what we need was more dishes. Location was nice and neighborhood was so quiet. Everything was fine with house and host. The description about house was truthful.
