A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions. And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. This villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music.

Weekly rates include taxes.
In addition to the rental rates there is a £130 cleaning fee.
Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Amazingly beautiful and clean
The house was amazingly beautiful and clean when we arrived. My family enjoyed the pool and we were also able to rent a grill for our stay. What made the stay a 10/10 was our Host and his communication he responded in a timely manner whenever we communicated whether it was a question or extending our stay he was professional, polite and friendly we felt right at home. Highly Recommend
Overall our experience was great. Ac stopped working but they fixed it same day. Beds are comfy. Lots of room. We paid extra for the heated pool which made it great for night swims. Communication was great. Highly recommend this house. Kitchen was well stocked.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All communication with owner was handled quickly. Check in process was a breeze. Very happy to see that it was so clean upon check in. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, towels etc. Highly recommend this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing time

Perfect

Excellent large family holiday home
We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.

Great way to relax close to lots of attractions!
Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!
