Orlando Restaurants on 192 in Kissimmee
One of the best things about holidays in Orlando is getting to eat out everynight. There are hundreds of restaurants in Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport so you are never short of choice. Most of the Orlando villas we have to rent are located within 15 minutes of HWY192 in Kissimmee. From around mile marker 4 to mile marker 6 there are over 50 restaurants. This means you will never have to eat in the same place twice. Although we often find guests find one or two restaurants they like and visit these over and over.
We have put together a detailed blog post listing all the restaurants on HWY192 in Kissimmee. Our personal favourites are Bahama Breeze, Bone Fish Grill and Longhorn Steakhouse.
Orlando Villas near Disney World
Most of our guests are coming to Orlando to visit Disney or one the other theme parks. We often get asked what are the best Orlando villas near Disney World, which community should I stay in?
To be honest none of them are that far away so it comes down to your budget and what type of comunity you want to stay on. Most of the older Orlando villa commuities don't have clubhouses with large pools and lazy rivers. This tends to make them a little cheaper, they also often have slightly large pool decks and more space around the homes.
Some of the newer Orlando villas near Disney we have do have clubhouses with all the resort style facilities like kids splash parks, water slides and lazy rivers. But these tend to be more expensive due to the higher HOA fees the owners have to pay for the up keep of the clubhouse.
If your kids love to splash around then this style of community might be right for you. By using the clubhouses you can save money on water parks as they are free to all onsite guests. Now they don't offer the same level of rides as the many Orlando water parks they are good for small children and toddlers who won't last a whle day at a water park.

VRBO Orlando Rentals near Disney
We often get asked if we (VR360) are the same as VRBO and although we are not part of that company the term VRBO just means "vacation rentals by owner" which is what we do. We have over 500 VRBO Orlando rentals direct by owners so why not take a look.

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental cost there is an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £150 per week.

Excelled Stay!
Communication with Nick was excellent any questions was answered quickly Villa was very easy to find and excellent peaceful neighbourhood When we arrived the villa was very clean and the welcome pack was perfect to get us going The pictures on Vrbo was just as we found the villa The kids absolutely loved the pool only thing I would suggest would to have lights in the pool or on the back fence by pool we went in march and it got quite dark in the pool at night we had pool Heating and it was like stepping into a bath perfect For my children who was 3 and 8 The villa is huge we didn’t use half of the house but it was beautiful only a couple of negatives the bath was chipped in places downstairs and tiles in shower was a bit old looking just through wear and tear just needs updating but that didn’t put us off we would definitely stay again 5***** from us we had an excellent holiday.

Relaxation!
The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic villa ??
Fantastic villa and great location with lots of space for all of us (5 adults and 2 children), great pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the park (the kids especially loved the ‘party lights’ provided in the pool! Great touch!) and a great games room with a pool table tor the adults to enjoy on an evening!
Although villa is close to Disney, due to traffic and road works along the I4 it sometimes took up to an hour to get there, that being said the homeward journey was sometimes as little as half hour, so really depends what time you leave and traffic around then. We had a fab 2 weeks and would highly recommend this villa to any family! This is the 2nd time we have booked through Nick and his team and honestly cannot thank them enough for the stress free booking and great communication throughout! ??????? we will definitely be booking through them again for our next visit!

Second time booking through Nick and what can I say… made the holiday absolutely effortless answering all my questions prior to our visit ! Absolutely fab family holiday, clean and very spacious villa! Kids absolutely loved the pool especially the ‘party lights’ great extra!
Games room was absolutely great to unwind after a long day at the parks.
Sometimes took longer than half hour to get to Disney due to the I4 being very backlogged. Would recommend you allow yourself extra time to get there early to miss some of the traffic!

fantastic house, nice and quiet nabourhood
We have been to Florida 4 times now and this was the best house ever that we have rented, there was nothing to complain about, the house was very clean and Davenport is so nice, like the concept of having both rental houses and private houses in the same street, Nick, who was supporting us all the way from the Sungrove Villas is a nice guy, very trustworthy and polite, I can only recommend to use this company to rent from.

My family and I had a great time at this home. Everything was within an hour away but with traffic a little longer. The home was clean, comfortable and host was very responsive when needing him. Highly Recommend
Our family are regular visitors to the Orlando area. We have been renting villas for the last 10 years. This villa is the best we have stayed in. Very modern and clean. Lots of room for a large family and within 5-10 minute drive to local shops and food outlets. If you require a villa we would highly recommend a stay in this villa. Quiet Neighborhood and lots of room
This house was great for our family Disney trip. It is located In a quiet neighborhood that is close to grocery and restaurants. It was a short 30 minute drive to Disney. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playing games around the dining room table. Nick was easy to work with and very responsive. The property management company was great when a trash pick up was needed. We had plenty of space for our family. We would stay here again!

Awesome home away from home!
This was a wonderful home away from home! It was spacious and very comfortable! The option of having a heated pool was a wonderful addition, along with the gaming room! Our family really enjoyed this home! It is great for big families and for all ages! As long as the traffic isn't bad, the distance to most theme parks was reasonable! The owners were great and checked in to make sure expectations were met! So glad my family found this home away from home!!

Wonderful Vacation
We had an incredible time on our vacation. The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities and the location was quiet. It was also close to many attractions, stores, and restaurants.
