A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Located at the rear of the property is a fantastic open plan living area, ideally designed for socialising and relaxing. This spacious living area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and features a large TV equipped with multi-channel cable and a DVD player for your entertainment needs.
Off the living room are sliding patio doors that lead out onto the sun-drenched pool deck, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need, making it easy and convenient should you decide to prepare a meal for everyone during your stay.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rate there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.
