Overview
Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath villa with private pool and extended pool deck. This villa has recently been remodelled and tastefully decorated throughout offering every amenity for a luxury home away from home, and only 10 minutes from the gates of Disney!
Facilities
Located on the peaceful community of Esprit at Polo Park Lake next to Old Lake Davenport, a 600 acre lake that allows you to experience another aspect of this versatile community. There is a large community pool and cabana as well as basketball and tennis courts, all are available to use during your stay as well as the 9 hole Polo Park Golf Course that winds itself through the community and charges a nominal greens fee (carts and clubs are also available for hire).
Living
As you walk though the front door the first room you are greeted with is the bright open plan living area with views to the pool area and open plan kitchen and dining area, which works fantastically when socialising. There is a large leather ‘L’ shaped sofa and to keep everyone entertained a large Smart TV. The laminated floors help to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear.
For your convenience there is a separate laundry area which includes a washer and tumble dryer.
Dining
Located next to the kitchen is the dining area which seat up to 8 people, and has yet another large flat screen TV.
Bedrooms
The villa contains four bedrooms. The first bright and airy Master Suite has a huge king sized four poster bed with large flat screen TV. Walk through to the ensuite and you’ll find a large roman bath, walk in shower, toilet, double basins, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer.
Bedrooms two and three both have a queen size beds, built in wardrobes and large flat screen TV’s, with adjacent shared bathroom.
The Disney themed fourth bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (full-size over single) with adjacent shared bathroom.

Games Room
The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with a full sized table tennis table and table football, along with games station and two chairs.
Pool
The private pool with extended pool deck is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck and there are plenty of luxurious padded sun lounges, under the lanai is a dining set. The deck can accommodate two families with ease. The pool is private and neighbouring properties are screened by fences, trees and shrubs.
Pool and outdoor lighting make it perfect for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. There is an abundance of outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and April and is available at an optional extra. For your safety there is a removable pool fence available for you to use.
Outside
At the front of the home is off-road parking for three vehicles.

Location
Orlando villas to rent on Esprit at Polo Park. Located just off HWY27 at the junction of popular HWY 192 in Davenport Florida Esprit at Polo Park is an established community with wide tree lined avenues and a variety of luxury villas, set amongst the immaculately maintained 9 hole golf course. The resort is adjacent to the 600 acre Lake Davenport and conservation area, providing a tranquil setting where a boat dock and fishing are popular. The community features facilities exclusive to guests which include a community pool, tennis courts and basketball. Disney World Orlando is only 15 minutes away. Close to the 192, plentiful shops, restaurants and a 24 hr Wal Mart, this is indeed a great location to enjoy your dream holiday and take advantage of the attractions Orlando is famous for.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £190 per week for both.

Great House
My family of 4 had a great time at this house. It was well equipped. Our boys loved the pool. Would stay here again.

Home from home
This villa blew us away, we were so shocked at the space. The pictures are great but nothing like once your there. The bedrooms had everything we needed for our family, beds were super comfy and none of us had any problems sleeping. I honestly cannot fault this villa, the neighbourhood was quiet. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and were in it every chance they had. I would 100% recommend this villa to family and friends, we were gutted to leave and hope to stay there again in the future.

Sea World Vacation
House was very clean with plenty of amenities! The game room was perfect for the two teens we had with us, and the pool was clean and cool after a day at the parks! Highly recommend Nick and this beautiful property.

May 2023 villa stay
We have just got back from our stay in Florida.
We stayed in this amazing villa in Lake daventport.
The villa was clean spacious and perfect for our family.
The beds were comfy and clean
The amenities were perfect, the games room and pool area was amazing.
We used one of the prams that was there for our holiday which was super helpful. We also used the set of bikes which were in the garage and took a lovely bike ride to the nearby lake.
The area our villa was in, was lovely and easy to get everywhere. The supermarkets were close as were the restaurants. The parks were 20/25 mins away for Disney around 45 for universal.
Our communication from villa was clear concise and very polite. They were very helpful and friendly
We loved our stay and would return and recommend for others

Just as described! Perfect for families!!
We are a big family of six and had plenty of room and more, the house was just as listed, I am a RN and cleanliness is huge to me this house was spotless. Also has everything you need, you just need food and clothes! My kiddos loved the game room, the swimming pool and back deck area. The property manager was very quick in getting back to me and very helpful! We were close to food, stores, entertainment and more! 10 minutes from Disney, 1.5 hour from our favorite Clearwater Beach, tons of parks, and tourist things to do. We will def be staying here again when we are back in the area! This place gets five stars from this Nurse/Momma!
