Overview

This spacious 5 bedroom Orlando villa is on the peaceful Davenport community of Calabay Parc, close to Disney World and Florida's other popular attractions. The villa has a games room and a private pool and spa.

It offers executive accommodation only 20 minutes drive from Disney and only 25 minutes drive from Universal and International drive so it’s right in the thick of all the action, yet the home is still located in a peaceful and tranquil setting.

After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney or Universal you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished vacation home. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, and sun loungers.

Living

Immediately inside the front door to the left hand side is the formal dining table seating 8 people. Opposite the front door is the contemporary family lounge with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV with DVD. To the right of the family lounge is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you might need to prepare some tasty family meals. The breakfast table, with 4 chairs, is perfect for snacks and drinks.

Kitchen

Meal times will be stress free in the fully fitted open plan kitchen with all the modern equipment you will need including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender. Everything you could need to put your culinary skills to work. Breakfast table, with 4 chairs.

Dining

Formal dining area with seating for 8 people.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

The Master bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, it also has a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the far right of the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Located upstairs is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 & 5 are also located upstairs and both have Twin beds. Each bedroom has got its own TV with cable so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.

You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. Calabay Parc (Calabay Park) is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away. Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc is located close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve where as Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is 10 miles further South on HWY27 and is close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes.

Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week for both.

This home lived up to our expectations and more . It was spacious, tastefully furnished , and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and bed linens and towels all of a good quality . These are the things that are important to use and we always know that if we book a home through Nick we won't be disappointed. The pool deck was very private and the lanai was an added bonus to stay in out of the sun or for a cosy feeling for evening drinks. The home is located just across the highway from a new Publix supermarket. There are a great selection of restaurants just a few minutes drive in either direction. I have no hesitation in recommending this home or in fact any of the homes that Nick manages. We will certainly be back, and when we do , I don't even have to think twice about who to contact.
