Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for dream Florida villa holiday. These luxury vacation rentals are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your Tuscan Ridge vacation rental villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Tuscan Ridge is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Tuscan Ridge is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
Located on Highway 27 all our Tuscan Ridge vacation rentals and villas are within 5-10 minutes of a number of restaurants, nearby Champions Gate has Chili's Bar & Grill which serves 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, there is also a family run italian / pizza parlor and the usual burger bars, Subway sandwiches. The closest restaurant to Tuscan Ridge (1 minute drive) is Beef O Brady's which is a family / sports pub and serves wings, fajitas, steaks and much more.

Weekly rates include taxes.
In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee.
Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £29 per day.

Clean and comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised and Nick was very responsive to all communication. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. It was chilly so the heated pool was appreciated.

Our best Orlando rental to date
This was by far our best Orlando rental to date. The pool was spacious enough for the kids to play and be silly, and the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was much more peaceful than other rentals we’ve stayed in. Plus, the location made it easy to get to Publix, restaurants, and everything else we needed. Highly recommend!

Honeymoon
We have just returned from our honeymoon in Orlando, the villa was beautiful, very spacious and well equipped. It is in an ideal location as we were only 20 minutes from the Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal parks. We loved the pool and that with the fences/hedges around the pool area it feels private from neighbours. Nick was brilliant throughout the whole process, booking was very easy, he checked in with us when we had arrived and again when we got home to make sure everything was ok. We had a brilliant stay and definitely recommend Sungrove Villas.

Ideal Disney Base
Villa is ideally situated off the US27 in a well established and well maintained estate. Villa has everything you need for a family stay. Massive pool deck and large pool with SPA with full sun from first thing till about 4pm) Rooms are all a good size and the main areas of the house are huge (so is the TV!).Plenty eating places round about and Champions Gate about 5 minutes in the car. Disney about 15 minutes and Universal about 30 minutes (interstate 4 traffic permitting!)

Fantastic Villa
Booked this villa through Nick and the team. Communication was first rate throughout . Villa was as described and photos accurate. Property easy to find with pin pad access so no need to worry about keys. Villa was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Very peaceful. Great pool used every day.

Disney Vacation
I really enjoyed this home. It had all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable. We didn’t get to stay in the actual house as much as I would have liked since we did 5 parks in 5 days but when we were there it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the distance to Disney parks were about 20 mins and Universal 30 mins (depending on traffic). I also enjoyed coming home and using the pool table with my teenagers in the garage. It was good for family bonding. Nick was attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay.
