Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week.

Wonderful Home - Would stay there again!
The host, Nick, was really responsive and helpful. The home was a perfect fit for our needs. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. Bedrooms and living areas were all clean and welcoming. One morning we had a smoke detector with a low battery, but when we reached out, it was taken care of within a few hours. The neighborhood felt safe and even with homes close by, we still also felt like we had privacy while in the pool area based on the shrubs and trees in the area. The location was awesome, but traffic was pretty bad, so that was the only downfall, getting to and from destinations. We would absolutely stay there again!

A great place to stay with your family
My family and I spent over a week at this spacious home. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as exactly as advertised. There were no surprises and the area was very quiet and away from the craziness of the cities! A great getaway to spend some quiet fun time with your family and still close by the area attractions. We played games and cards on the large dining table for hours! A good time was had by all. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Family Disney Holiday
This house was a perfect home-base for our family of 5 during our Disney parks spring break visit. Convenient location, nice and clean, plenty of space, well-appointed kitchen, no shortage of bathrooms, and a clean pool with decent privacy. The kids took advantage of the pool most evenings.

Wonderful Vacation!
Vacation with our family was wonderful. Everything was as we expected. A little glitch with the pool heating but Nick contacted the management immediately and it was taken care of very quickly. Would definitely return and recommend this house!!! Very nice!!!

Perfect place for our holiday
Such a beautiful villa and very spacious both inside and out. the layout of the villa is lovely and with the living space and kitchen being open plan it really helped make the place feel spacious but also homely. We also enjoyed having 4 sun loungers so we weren't fighting over them and also how spacious the pool deck was.
The location of the villa was fabulous for us as close to Disney, shops and restaurants which was all we needed to make our holiday perfect.
Cannot thank Nick enough for letting us stay in his villa and for being such a great help with everything and anything we needed from him.
10/10 would recommend and would totally stay here again.

Cumbrian Lakes
The photos were impressive but it was even better in person! The house was fully stocked for all of our needs. Our grandkids, especially ten year old grandson loved the pool. We’ve stayed in many rentals through the years and this was one of the best! Thank you! The Wagoner Family

Gorgeous Orlando Villa
You don’t need look any further for a wonderful villa with own pool that is really close to Disney and Universal plus shopping and everything else Orlando has fo offer. Nick as our host was really responsive. The personal pool was amazing as was not overlooked and private. Villa was very very comfortable. Peace and tranquility guaranteed. I would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

Amazing!!
This was an amazing trip for my family. The house was really nice! Lots of space! Me and my son loved the pool! We stayed there for hours! Great place for Orlando attractions
This home was everything we needed for our Olando visit. We came for a 5 night stay, and truthfully were away from the home much more than we were at it. But, after a long day at the theme park, it was a great spot to return to for some relaxation and to recharge for the next day. The pool was amazing! Really felt great after hours out in the hot sun. Our visit was late February into early March, but the daytime temperatures were in the upper 80's. We paid the extra to heat the pool, and it felt great. The living area was well furnished for our family of 4. The kitchen was great, but could use some updated pans, the few that are there are a bit warped, but honestly, didn't cause us any issues. We didn't have any time to use the game room, but it definitely looked like fun! The master bedroom was fantastic! Huge king sized bed, and the master bathroom was enormous! The kids wanted to use that shower since it was so large. The other bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well. The community itself is quiet and very nice. They have signs posted everywhere that quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. When you get your code for the gate, make sure to include the # sign as part of the code. We saw a small alligator in the lake outside the house, but had no concerns of safety over it. It was cool to see, and kept far away from the shore. My son spent some time fishing, but had no luck. I'm sure there is plenty of fish to catch. Our actual drive times were longer than posted, but I'm sure that is dependent on the traffic. We arrived at the parks for right around opening time, so that also increased wait time in traffic. Drive time to Universal Orlando was about 35 minutes (traffic), and to the Magic Kingdom was about 25 minutes. We had a great stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Lots of options close by for groceries, food, and souvenirs.
