Luxury four bedroom, three bath villa with SOUTH EAST FACING pool and extended pool deck and beautiful views overlooking a stunning lake. This villa is tastefully decorated throughout offering every amenity for a luxury home away from home.

Living

The bright and sunny open plan living area with views and access to the pool area overlooks the kitchen and dining area which works fantastically when socialising. There is a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and a large sharer armchair and to keep everyone entertained there is a large Samsung wall mounted TV and DVD. The ceramic tiled floor helps to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear. For your convenience there is a breakfast bar with seating for two.

 

Dining

Should you wish to dine in style, the dining area can seat six people

 

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

The villa contains four large bedrooms. The first master suite has a huge king sized bed, vaulted ceiling and large en-suite with large bath, walk in shower, toilet, double basins, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent shared bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four have full sized twin beds, these bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and wash basin. They are tastefully decorated to suit either children or adults.

 

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

Master Suite has a large ensuite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, toilet, double basins & vanity unit.

There is a 'Jack and Jill' en suite which provides both twin bedrooms with en suite facilities including shoer over bath, sink & toilet.

Family bathroom with shower over bath, sink and toilet.

 

 

Games Room

The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with full sized pool table and air hockey table.

 

Pool

The large south east facing pool is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck and there are plenty of luxurious padded sun lounges, under the lanai is a dining set with umbrella. The deck can accommodate two families with ease. The pool is private and neighbouring properties are screened by trees and shrubs.

Pool and outdoor lighting make it perfect for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. There is an abundance of outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and April and is available at an optional extra.

 

Outside

At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles.

There is complimentary hi-speed wireless internet access.

Rates

Rental rates quoted in (approx)

£850 - £1390 / week

Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week.

Cumbrian Lakes

My wife and I stayed in the Cumbrian lakes gated area close to all the fun Parks. The restaurants in the area are great and shopping close by. Sungrove Villas was easy to work with.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at this property and were delighted with all aspects. It was clean tidy, overlooking a small lake at the rear, but the reason it gets 5* is the service provided by our host Nick and the local management team. Before the hurricane they were checking we had prepared, they came around and dropped of torch/first aid kit and moved all pool furniture into house/garage and back again when it had passed. Outstanding service well done.

Wonderful villa, would recommend!
