This large stunning vacation home set in the prestigious Retreat of Legacy Park and features three master suites, games room, and private pool. It has space for up to twelve guests across it’s five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It offers our guests executive accommodation only 15 minutes drive from Disney and only 25 minutes drive from Universal and International drive so it’s right in the thick of all the action, yet the home is still located in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney or Universal you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished vacation home. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom surrounded by shrubs making it very private.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week for both.

Nice and spacious
My family and I loved this place it looked better in person then it did and the Pics. It has a lot of room for a larger family we will book again soon.

Wonderful getaway place
The stay was awesome, clean place, nice area, our family had a good time, wonderful communication with Nick. Would recommend anyone wanting to have a good vacation with their family or friends.

Amazing Space
We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for our almost 3 week holiday in Orlando. It was a great location and a very nice villa inside.
The villa was easy to find and gain access to with all the info sent beforehand. It was clean and tidy for our arrival and had a good selection of facilities.
It was a good layout and modern facilities, the area was nice and quiet and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.
Travelling to the Disney parks would typically take us 15-30mins with Universal & Seaworld a little bit more.
