This large stunning vacation home set in the prestigious Retreat of Legacy Park and features three master suites, games room, and private pool. It has space for up to twelve guests across it’s five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It offers our guests executive accommodation only 15 minutes drive from Disney and only 25 minutes drive from Universal and International drive so it’s right in the thick of all the action, yet the home is still located in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney or Universal you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished vacation home. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom surrounded by shrubs making it very private.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week for both.

Beautiful, Spacious home!
Overall our stay was wonderful. The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is great. The pool is awesome. One bedroom was missing a TV, so apparently there is miscommunication between Nick and the management company. However this was the only negative during our stay and we would definitely come back. Overall communication with Nick was great. Thanks!!

Perfect Stay!
We loved the house, enough space for 12 people. Clean property. Nice neighborhood. Commutation is very good and quick reply. Next time we love to come back.

Clean and Spacious!
The house was very clean and spacious. We did not realize that there were basically three living rooms. We so tremendously enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.
