This single storey home enjoys an open plan living and dining area which leads on to a modern high end kitchen.
The Kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a breakfast table for informal dining and a separate dining area that can be viewed from the kitchen,
seating 6 for when you are looking for something more formal.
From the main living room area you can view the pool, which is obviously great for keeping an eye on the children.
The outdoor pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining area, you can also enjoy the benefits of the spa that is incorporated in the pool.
The Games room has a sitting area, pool table, table tennis and other games to keep both children and adults happy

Location
Cypress Pointe villas in Orlando, Florida.
Cypress Pointe Orlando villas only 15 minutes from Disney World. All our Cypress Pointe villas to rent have private pool and most have games rooms. Located in Davenport, Florida just off Old Lake Wilson Rd, Cypress Pointe is close to restaurants and shops at Champions Gate and Reunion as well as having easy access to Interstate 4 (I4).
We have put together a list of all the side by side Cypress Pointe vacation rentals we have, this is ideal for large groups or multi family holidays where you want to be close together but still have your own space!
Cypress Pointe is a small gated community of around 60 luxury Orlando vacation rentals. Set back off of the main road this is a very quiet community so great if you want to relax around the pool and read a book.
Disney is around 15 minutes from Cypress Pointe with SeaWorld and Universal Studios about another 5-10 minutes along the I4. For Florida beaches Clearwater in Tampa on the Gulf coast is around 60-80 minutes and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic side is just over an hour so either way you go this can be an easy day trip.
If you are flying in to Orlando to stay at one of our Cypress Pointe villas then Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes via I4 > 417 Green Way which is a toll road and costs about $3.50 each way. Sandford Airport is about an hour away again via the 417 Green Way toll road and Interstate 4 but I am not sure of the cost, I would imagine it's around $6-$7 each way but using the toll roads is quick and easy as there is very little traffic on them which is ideal after a long flight.
While staying at Cypress Pointe if you fancy a round of golf you have plenty of choice with Reunion Resort having 3 championship courses (Nicklaus, Palmer, Watson - Tom not Bubba!) just across the road. Champions Gate is also within a few minutes and features two Greg Norman designed courses, this is also the home of the David Leadbetter golf school if you fancy a few lessons while there.
Other golf courses near to Cypress Pointe are Providence which is on HWY1792 and around 5 minutes away, you also have Highlands Reserve and Ridgewood Lakes on HWY27 which are about 15 minutes and then Southern Dunes which is around 20 minutes away. There are over 50 courses within 30 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice!

Cypress Dream stay
This was our first visit back to Orlando for four years.
We have stayed in properties on this development and again it didn’t disappoint.
The accommodation was first class, well equipped, nicely furnished and well located for all amenities.
It is about 20 minutes from Disney parks so that’s also a bonus.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future.

Great family holiday in Cypress Pointe Villa
We are just back today after a fantastic 21 nights in this lovely villa , prefect location to all the parks and so much variety in regards to food take away and restaurants.
The villa was exactly what we were looking for for relaxation after a busy day at the parks it was a way to wind down from a busy day.
Thanks to Sharon and Mark who took the time to personally come to see that everything was ok ( the personal touch) and we did appreciate that very much nice to put a face to the name.
Would totally recommend the villa for a fantastic Orlando holiday.

September 2022 stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Dream, there were 6 of us staying (2 children aged 6 & 7, 2 parents, 2 grandparents). The property was lovely, so much space and soon felt like our home away from home, we were so sad to leave.
The property is ideally placed for local stores and for a short drive to Disney World, perfect!
Unfortunately hurricane Ian hit a few days before we left, scary experience made so much better by the communications from Sharon as well as her coming out to help move the patio furniture etc. in preparation and she answered all our concerns which helped us massively.
The hi light for the kids was the gorgeous pool, which they learned to swim underwater in during our stay! Having such a safe pool (door alarms and lots of seating) allowed them to be out in it every day!
Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking a villa with Sharon again

An excellent villa, really enjoyed our stay there
We booked the villa for a 3 week stay beginning early August 2022. Without a doubt all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our time there and couldn't recommend it enough. Dealing with Sharon was great and the whole booking process was very easy. Sharon provided loads of information along the way and was very helpful indeed. We arrived at the villa very late and as soon as we stepped in we immediately knew we would be very happy here for our holiday. It was very clean, spacious, fixtures, furniture and fittings all had a touch of luxury and comfort. After exploring the rooms we viewed the pool and jacuzzi by night and looked forward to trying it in the morning. It didn't disappoint, really refreshing and inviting and we had great fun indeed. The patio door safety alarm was an excellent feature. The villa's rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable and we all slept really well. The living area is huge, enormous comfy sofa and tv , extra large dining table too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and everything worked well. The fridge is really big and had an ice maker and gave ice cold water too. In the huge garage there is a pool table, air hockey and table football. Nice big sofa and the laundry items, washing machine and tumble dryer. They came in really handy and we used them alot. Location wise the villa is near a Publix supermarket, a great Chinese restaurant and all the shops you might require for supplies. The villa is in a gated area and felt very safe and was very quiet indeed. The main freeway, the I4 is approx is easily reached and is 10 minutes away and most parks are about 15 to 20 minutes away. In summary we really enjoyed our stay and the villa made a brilliant holiday absolutely fantastic.

Super modern & clean Villa - Cypress Dream
This gorgeous South Facing 5 bed/4 Bath Villa is highly recommended. The owner, Sharon, was brilliant at replying to our questions before we left for Orlando and was great replying to any issues or questions we had when we arrived. Great instructions, easy to find, modern, clean, spacious and overall a fantastic base for exploring all the Parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer!

Dream Villa!
We spend to great weeks in the Villa in October. The Villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you will need during your stay! The pool gets the sun all day and has a great sun deck. The location is great, not far from the I4 so easy access to all parks and restaurants.
Sharon was great and answered any queries we had straight away! We would highly recommend the villa! The only down side was we only had 2 weeks.

Perfect Haven
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa, there were only 2 of us and it was great having all that space. It would be perfect for more than 1 family. We spent everyday lying in the sunshine and cooling down in the great pool. The pool area itself was very very clean. Sharon and Mark came round to introduce themselves and let us know they were there if we needed anything. I loved the estate as it was extremely quiet whilst we were there, so made it really relaxing.

Lovely villa in nice location
Communication with the owners/ managers was effective and prompt, all information was sent in a timely manner.
The location of the villa is perfect, not far from I-4, US27 and US192 and the neighbourhood is quite and pleasant.
The villa itself is wonderful, well equipped, extremely clean as you would expect, and you can relax as though you're at home, no unnecessary warning signs, fences, etc. apart from a safety alarm to access the pool area, which is to be expected.
Neighbours came and went, but none were of any real nuisance.
Lovely pool area, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic modern villa in a lovely area. Pool was amazing. Larger than most. TV was fantastic almost like your own home cinema. Everything has been thought of to make your stay like a home from home. We have stayed at several villas in the area and this is definitely at the top of our list. Enjoyed speaking with owners and Mark informed us of all local attractions and places to visit. Close enough to all attractions. Will defo be back in the future.

Beautiful home
Just a beautiful home! Everything about this home was top scale. The pool was amazing. And the pool area was very large with sunshine all day long. The area was perfect. Close to everything yet was in a very quiet neighborhood. This home was one of my favorite vacation homes. I can not wait to go back. And Sharon, the property manager, is great. Always so accommodating and nice. I had a wonderful vacation.

Cypress Dream
A fab house in a great location. About 15 mins from Disney and about 30 mins from universal (during peak times). House was well equipped and all 10 of us felt at home. The pool was amazing, fab size and we had pool heating which was worth it. The house was laid out well and the community is great. Very clean and well maintained.
Management company was amazing from start to finish. Although this wasn’t the original property that we wanted, we fell in love with this one. Would 100% recommend both the house and the management company and can’t wait for out next trip out!

Fabulous family holiday home
Thank you for a fabulous place for us to stay, it was just perfect for our family holiday, it was fairly close to all the parks, the roads where easy to navigate, and there were plenty of shops and places to eat within a 15 minute drive.
The house was clean and plenty big enough for the 10 of us, the kids loved the pool!

The home was exactly as described. The property owners answered questions and assisted with any requests. I would rent this home over and over. My family enjoyed everything about the Home. I loved that the bedrooms were on located on the perimeter of the home and the living area was central. It almost felt like our meeting spot. It was great. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We really didn’t want to leave.

We were all delighted with the property, its location, facilities and set up. We formed this view as soon as we entered. It was a haven of cool and calm amidst the hectic activity of tropical Florida and its theme parks. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very well maintained. The owner is committed to keeping up the high standards the property enjoys, and we would be very happy to recommend this property to any family - we were 5 adults and 4 children.
We especially enjoyed the pool and its surrounding, the air conditioning and the comfort afforded by the living area. The decor was understated and blissfully free.
If we decided that another Florida holiday was something we wanted to do, we would have no hesitation in returning.

Stunning Home
The villa was spotless, of a very high standard and well equipped. The location is great for local dining and supermarkets. It's not far from the 192 which has lots of great restaurants and shops to choose from. We loved the pool and that the community was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable...my husband wanted to take the bed home with us :)
The manager was always quick to reply to any questions we had and kept us well informed. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to book again. Thanks from all my family X
