Cypress Pointe villas in Orlando, Florida.
Cypress Pointe Orlando villas only 15 minutes from Disney World. All our Cypress Pointe villas to rent have private pool and most have games rooms. Located in Davenport, Florida just off Old Lake Wilson Rd, Cypress Pointe is close to restaurants and shops at Champions Gate and Reunion as well as having easy access to Interstate 4 (I4).
We have put together a list of all the side by side Cypress Pointe vacation rentals we have, this is ideal for large groups or multi family holidays where you want to be close together but still have your own space!
Cypress Pointe is a small gated community of around 60 luxury Orlando vacation rentals. Set back off of the main road this is a very quiet community so great if you want to relax around the pool and read a book.
Disney is around 15 minutes from Cypress Pointe with SeaWorld and Universal Studios about another 5-10 minutes along the I4. For Florida beaches Clearwater in Tampa on the Gulf coast is around 60-80 minutes and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic side is just over an hour so either way you go this can be an easy day trip.
If you are flying in to Orlando to stay at one of our Cypress Pointe villas then Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes via I4 > 417 Green Way which is a toll road and costs about $3.50 each way. Sandford Airport is about an hour away again via the 417 Green Way toll road and Interstate 4 but I am not sure of the cost, I would imagine it's around $6-$7 each way but using the toll roads is quick and easy as there is very little traffic on them which is ideal after a long flight.
While staying at Cypress Pointe if you fancy a round of golf you have plenty of choice with Reunion Resort having 3 championship courses (Nicklaus, Palmer, Watson - Tom not Bubba!) just across the road. Champions Gate is also within a few minutes and features two Greg Norman designed courses, this is also the home of the David Leadbetter golf school if you fancy a few lessons while there.
Other golf courses near to Cypress Pointe are Providence which is on HWY1792 and around 5 minutes away, you also have Highlands Reserve and Ridgewood Lakes on HWY27 which are about 15 minutes and then Southern Dunes which is around 20 minutes away. There are over 50 courses within 30 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice!

Spotless, Spacious & Stress-Free – Our Best Orland
We recently stayed at a holiday home managed by Sharon at Westridge Management, and it was hands down the best villa we’ve rented in Orlando — and that’s saying something after six visits!
Travelling as a family with two adult daughters, we needed separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and this house was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean, extremely well-equipped, and had everything we could have needed for a relaxing stay.
The whole process was seamless from booking through to check-out, and Sharon was fantastic throughout — responsive, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything (even the smallest query).
The villa is located in a quiet, small gated community, which felt very safe and peaceful. There are great restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away, making everything super convenient.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Orlando.

Had the best time at this lovely villa...it was absolutely spotless and modern..it was like home from home...had everything that we could possibly have needed staying at a villa....i loved the large bedroom upstairs..
.had it all to myself..The villa to us wasnt far from all attractions...waterparks, shops and malls. Sharon and Mark were fantastic...they were the best and when we come back again we will defo be staying at their villa xxx
