We offer luxury, peaceful and affordable accommodation which will provide the holiday you deserve. Our villa (close to the Disney parks) comprises 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and provides a blissful retreat, quiet enough after a day at the parks. This home overlooks a beautiful relaxing lake view with no rear neighbors. The villa will sleep up to 10 people in comfort.
For golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate development, which is only 5 minutes away.

20% deposit required at time of booking. Balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by Wire at $16.Barbecue available for fee, if used a charge of $50 will be deducted from security deposit if not cleaned or pool deck is marked. Welcome Packs Also Available. Golf Clubs Available For Rent. Airport Pick Up Available.
Pool Heat $28 Per day if Required!

Great location near Disney
This is a large home that can accommodate a multi-generational family vacation. A great layout affording separation and privacy when needed, with communal areas to come back together for meals and entertainment at the end of the day. Newer flooring and furnishings. The home is in a great location with multiple routes to Disney and other area attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Sharon and Mark were wonderful! When we had an issue with the TVs, Mark came right over to reset them and make sure they were working properly. He then spent about 20 minutes making recommendations about things to do, places to go and where to eat - he was a font of much needed information! When staying in this area, I highly recommend Sharon and Mark of Westridge Management!

Great month in Davenport
The house was clean and well set up for a weekly or monthly rental making our stay very enjoyable. We also happened to hit a good stretch of warm weather for a February. The house is very clean.
The management was great as Sharon and Mark responded to all our questions and requests in an immediate and professional manner. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Great home immaculate and very peaceful. Nice gated community and pleasant to go for a nightly walk. Will definitely visit again.
