Remodelled 3 Bed/3 Bath Villa | Reserve at Town Center

Another fantastic stay at this A*condo. This is our second time staying at this condo managed by Westridge team, as per previous stay the pool area was excellent, always clean and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free time. The facilities throughout the property were excellent and maintained to a high standard. As always, the management company through Sharon and Mark provided outstanding support, responding quickly to any questions and making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again! ?????

This is a really great villa. Really good location, 20 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from local shops and restaurants. The villa is really modern, has absolutely everything you could think of and the pool is a sun trap. Spotlessly clean and we had one very minor issue with the pool which sharon had fixed in hours. Sharon is a great host and even suggested some new places to eat and visit. Can't wait for 2027!! Thanks Sharon

A really lovely villa, home from home feel, beds really comfy, close to Walt Disney World. Recommend, perfect for a family. Lovely modern kitchen. Well planned and appointed. Agents were thorough, professional and clear communications

This villa was amazing would definitely recommend this villa. Very clean had everything you need and so much more. We arrived on the 10th of September 25 around 8pm it was well lit outside then when we walked in all the lights were on not bright lights, it hard a warm welcome, lovely touch I thought. It was only my husband and I too big for us but I still loved it, we were there for two weeks never had the pool heated I thought it was ok without heat even at 10o clock at night for me anyway my partner thought it were a wee bit nippy but still went in. Like I said definitely recommend this villa. Also a massive shout of to Sharon from Westridge Management who I were speaking to a year before we arrived, she really put my mind at rest and everything was a breeze from first finding the villa to booking it then arriving, also in the meantime keeping me updated with all the villa information, again amazing. First time meeting Sharon as she came over to meet us, could have spoke all day like I’ve known her for years. Would recommend her villas amazing.

Wow, just wow. The best Villa we have ever rented in Orlando. Had everything we needed and more and was well stocked. Loved the luxury of Bath & Bodyworks soap, plug ins & candles. Excellent service from Sharon & Mark when the batteries were low in the door entry system. Such a peaceful location & close to loads of restaurants & Publix. What a refreshing change to stay in a villa that is as portrayed in the photos & website.

Confirmed the booking after making an initial enquiry and exchanging a few emails with Sharon, initial communications were excellent which always gives you confidence. After confirming we sent our deposit and eagerly awaited our departure date. Sharon sent full instructions, directions etc. and how to access the property on arrival all of which we followed without any problems. When we arrived at Towne Center we were immediately impressed by this beautiful secluded development close to Champions Gate and all other major road links such as I4. The Villa is absolutely beautiful throughout, we are a family of three and this was more than adequate for our needs, spotlessly clean, well proportioned with everything needed to make this little gem a real “home from home” We have visited the Orlando area many times before and always stayed in a hotel but there was and is no comparison to this fabulous place, hope to return soon. Thanks to Sharon and all at Westridge Management.

This listing is far beyond what these pictures can convey! Trust me, it's even more impressive when you see it in person. Sharon's responsiveness was exceptional, even on Christmas Day. And guess what? She even surprised us with a beautiful Christmas tree for our family. The spacious floor plan truly made us feel right at home.

Can't recommend this place enough. The place was spotless on arrival and felt much bigger than the advertised pictures. The kids loved their rooms and the pool area. The host Sharon is very responsive and helpful with any queries. Would definitely book again when we go back sometime.

Excellent villa, beautifully maintained and presented as per descriptions. If we were to suggest anything, maybe provide some plastic crockery for the outdoor spaces. However he villa is very well stocked and a extremely welcoming. Good communication and instructions. From the agency. We would definitely recommend this villa and we would stay again. Thank you
