Fully remodelled June 2023 3 bed/ 3 bath. New Games Room 25

We love staying here, this is our fourth time. The villa is clean and well maintained. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, the kitchen has all the equipment needed for “cook at homes” like us - even an air-fryer. The pool area is private and not overlooked - especially now as the bushes around the pool are starting to get tall. There are supermarkets about a mile away, and for dining out there are now lots of options with many places now having been built within a couple of miles. If going to the parks is your thing, the villa is centrally placed for Disney, Universal and Legoland. Sharon is a pleasure to deal with, she responds promptly to queries and is quick to fix anything that might go wrong.

There isn't a bad word that can be said regarding our stay, every aspect was perfect and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Clean, well maintained, pool & pool heating was perfect, location is exactly what we had been looking for, secure gated community. Thank you Sharon and Mark for making our family holiday one we will never forget. Its something that can be overlooked when selecting a property, but your host is something that will ensure your stay is stress free, Sharon and Mark really go above and beyond to make your stay one of the greats. Stayed at the villa a party of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 children age 9 and 12 ) everything was modern, clean and well equipped. The pool was a good size and it had all the facilities required throughout the stay. Sharon was on hand for any inquiries we needed to make also. The location was also perfect near to parks, shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom villa in Town Center, Davenport. The property was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely layout that made us feel right at home. The private pool was a highlight—peaceful, not overlooked, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the theme parks. Communication was excellent throughout; emails were responded to quickly and helpfully, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s villa in Reserve place Davenport. The villa was comfy, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off after a day out. The location was excellent too, close to shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions and parks. Sharon was a great host and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Florida.

We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful villa in Reserve at Town Centre, booked via Sharon at Westridge Management. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern comforts you’d expect from a high-end holiday home. The location couldn’t have been better — close to all the major parks and attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful, quiet area that made winding down after busy days so relaxing. We especially loved spending evenings by the pool watching the sunset Booking through Westridge Management was smooth and professional. Sharon and Mark were exceptional — always on hand both before and during our stay. Communication was clear, friendly, and timely, making the entire experience completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this villa and Westridge Management to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free Florida getaway. We’ will definitely be booking again!

We stayed at Sharon and Mark's amazing villa for two weeks at the beginning of June '25. The pictures were great but the villa is better, it is stunning and in a great location Sharon sent us all of our details the week before we arrived so we knew exactly where we were going and how to access the villa. The villa was spotlessly clean, very modern and well equipped for anything that we needed. The south facing pool is the highlight and isn't overlooked. I will recommend this villa to friends and I am looking to book for '26!! Nice to meet Sharon and Mark too. Both very friendly, knowledgeable with lots of local advice and suggestions. First off I want to highlight Sharon's prompt responses to our queries when starting out as well as throughout, much appreciated as comms is key. As for the villa, it's in a gated community, literally 2 minutes from many amenities, great pool and has pretty much everything you'd require for self catering in the kitchen if you decided to cook. Realistically it's about 20-25 mins from Disney and 40 mins from Universal, this was our experience on average across our stay, obviously during quiet times it's much quicker but it is a tourist hotspot so these times are a little more realistic I'd say but we'd still stay again! Stayed in villa for 8 nights in May 2025, our second visit and it was excellent again. Villa has everything you need for a great stay, well equipped, modelled to the highest standard and is in a brilliant location close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Beautiful outlook at the back, quiet and well enclosed so it is totally private and very handy for Disney parks which are only a short drive away. Community is gated so very safe and secure and Sharon & Mark are excellent, very friendly hosts who are always at hand if you need them. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back - next year hopefully!
