Overview
We offer luxury, peaceful and affordable accommodation which will provide the holiday you deserve. Our villa (close to the Disney parks) comprises 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and provides a blissful retreat, quiet enough after a day at the parks. This home overlooks a beautiful relaxing lake view with a dock to enjoy an afternoon BBQ or fishing. The villa will sleep up to 8 people in comfort.
For golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate development, which is only 5 minutes away.
Facilities
Take exit 58 from freeway at Champions gate and villa is 10 mins along the road. Near all amenities. Publix, Chili's, Red Robin, Millers Ale House etc. The villa is easily accessible via all local airports: Orlando (30 mins) Sanford (45 mins) Tampa (60 mins). If you fancy a trip to the seaside, both the Gulf Coast (75 minutes) and the Atlantic Coast (60 minutes) are within easy reach.
Living
The open plan living area has high ceiling. Furnished to a very high standard. New corner leather sofa. Overhead ceiling fan to improve air circulation - casual tables, lamps, pictures, ornaments etc to make the villa a real “home from home”
Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is fully-equipped, and includes the following equipment: - full-size range (oven) and hob, - microwave, - large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, - dishwasher, - kitchen sink/drainer with waste disposal, - coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food blender, food mixer, electric can opener, full range of crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils, - all dinnerware and glassware for internal dining, and plastic ware for external dining.
Dining
The dining area adjoins the Kitchen area, and provides seating for six at the quality dining suite. All place-settings and napkins/rings are provided for those who prefer a more formal dining experience.Overlooking the lake

Lovely home near Disney
Sharon and Mark were a pleasure to work with! The home was quite spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/pans/utensils. Washer/dryer in the home was helpful. The furniture was comfortable and the private pool was a plus! Great floor plan for families traveling together with 2 master suites for the adults on one side of the house and 2 kids bedrooms with another full bath on the other side with kitchen/living room/dining room in the middle. The home is in a great location for access to Disney and other area attractions without paying Disney prices. I would rent this house again when returning to this area.

Everything went really well with my stay at this home. The home was ready for my 8-day stay and I enjoyed it very much. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around in the heavy traffic of Orlando.

Home Away from Home.
My family’s spent a month here in April and loved every minute of it. The home is beautifully decorated and obviously well maintained. We felt right at home from the minute we turned the key. We met Sharon and Mark who maintain this beautiful property and they were a pleasure to deal with.
The view from the backyard was beautiful. The lake, filled with a wide variety of wildlife was an added luxury. The grandkids made a trip to the deck every day to see the fish, alligators and turtles.
We would, without a doubt, stay in this lovely villa again.

Stunning home and beautiful outlook over the lake. Perfect for our family of 6. Management company were excellent and even called by to make sure everything was OK, very helpful and knowledgable.

Stunning
Great location, close to the parks and stores. Plenty of space never felt cramped and were able to get some quiet time in away from each other. The decor was beautiful, the pool area was everything we wanted! Overall, a great stay!
